About: I have always had experience with dogs. I have had dogs my whole life and I know how to care for them. I have also had experience training puppies as I have had two of them. I feed and let my dogs out daily. I also make sure they get enough exercise and take them for walks as much as I can. We put one of my dogs on a leash while they go to the bathroom and let my other dog roam wherever she pleases because she knows the boundaries of the yard.

“Our two dogs seemed to be at ease with Megan during a four hour "day care" at her residence. They came home happy, tired and healthy. I think that's a good sign. I met her two dogs and found them to be gentle and well-behaved. Although our dogs were with her for only a four hour stay that day, she still somehow managed to get nice, little walk in for them! About: I have been house sitting and watching animals since I have been in middle school. I have also had a dog since I was in kindergarten with my family adopting a new puppy there years ago which I helped train. I am a college student taking a summer class at Lebanon Valley College which leaves me free all day on the weekends and on Wednesdays in which there is no class. I am also available to stop by for a bit in the evenings after class lets out. I love playing with dogs and would love to any type of dog on a walk/run and promise that I will be able to tire out the dog before I do. I have 3 cats and if your dog does not like cats, they are perfectly fine hanging out in the basement during your dog's stay. This is my 7th year pet sitting. I am very reliable and have pet sat for my neighbors, friends and family's pets. I volunteered for a pet shelter for six months cleaning cages and walking dogs. About: I spent my youth training to be a vet and fostering dogs. I learned a lot at vet school, namely that I couldn't ever deliver the final act of compassion. So, I turned my attention to my true passion - caring for dogs! I have been dog sitting for over 15 years and I love it. Every new dog that I meet reminds me how much I love dogs. I am flexible to the needs of every dog I care for and will make their experience with me as similar to their home life as possible. I have two dogs of my own, but they LOVE meeting new dogs to play with. If your dog is not as keen to new friendships, I can separate them all with ease. I have only one hard line, I need to meet you and your dog before the stay. I have learned that it is the best way to ensure your dog's comfort in their stay. I did not always adhere to this and I have seen some very stressed out fur babies. I want your fur pups happy and healthy as much as you do! Thank you for your consideration. I work from home so, I will be with your dogs all day. If we have any grocery trips or daycare drop offs, they will be crated for those brief periods. We keep our dog-less activities to a minimum during pet stays. We have no fence and our dogs run off-leash. With your dogs, I will walk them leashed because dogs (like children) test boundaries. We also go to creeks and hikes very often, and your dogs will join us leashed (if you approve).

I have a part time job, but if you let me know ahead of time I will not schedule myself to work and be available to take care of your pets.
