“Heather was amazing with Mika over the long weekend! She was super accommodating, very responsive, and kept us updated with daily pictures. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Mika was in such great hands. We really appreciated how caring and attentive she was. We would absolutely book with Heather again and highly recommend her!”

“Amanda is WONDERFUL! I am always cautious about leaving Rex with anyone but I had no concerns at all. She treated him like one of her own babies and he really enjoyed himself. I will always use her for his birding needs. She is his new "GRAMMY"”

“Nancy was absolutely amazing with my dog! She sent lots of pictures which I greatly appreciated. I could tell he was having a great time and was well loved and cared for. Nancy and Butch are lovely people and I highly recommend their services!!”

“Jordan provided a safe, calm, and secure place for our pup. She kept us informed with text and pictures and it was great seeing our pup so relaxed and happy while we were away. 💙”

“Brittany was great, she let me bring my dogs over before my scheduled date so the dogs would be a little more comfortable. She was great with the dogs and she responded quickly to any messages. I will be using her again in the future.”

“Mar is great to Molly. Even when a family emergency came up and I had to extend the visit unexpectedly, Mar was super helpful and accommodating. Molly gets excited when we pull up to the house, so I know she is in good hands and has a great time when she's there.”

“Amber is amazing! Very attentive and her professional and personal (has pets too) advice and care makes such a difference. So flexible! I needed her last minute and my dog Chadley felt so loved and cared for! I will be hiring her again and again. Chadley adored the time spent!”

“We are so grateful to have found Brian to care for our two very special dogs, both of whom come with their own quirks and sensitivities. Our sweet and playful pup, Abbi, gets anxious in new environments, while our 13-year-old, Hank, is mostly sweet and playful but can also be a bit reactive when startled, especially by fast movements or unfamiliar people. Brian was incredible with both of them. Hank warmed up to him almost immediately (something that rarely happens) and seeing him snuggling his head into Brian's hand during one of the daily video updates was a highlight for us. Brian’s calm, confident presence clearly helped both of our dogs feel safe and happy. They had plenty of space to explore, lots of outdoor playtime, and were cared for with patience and attentiveness. In addition to putting our dogs at ease, he also managed to put my husband-who tends to be quite anxious about leaving them-at ease, as well. The daily video updates, thoughtful care, and dog-friendly environment made all the difference.”

“This was a wonderful experience for our mini doodle, Rosy! Perfect, quiet setting and lots of opportunity to safely play outside. Faith and her husband are very accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for better care for our pup. We definitely recommend!!”

“Meghan and her family took such great care of our pups. She checked in often and reassured me they were doing great. They came home happy! Would definitely recommend Meghan to take care of your pets.”

“Jamie was wonderful with The Diva! Jaime sent photos every day while we were away and updated us on how Hadassah was adjusting. I would highly recommend her to care for your sweet ones. Bobbi Jo”

“Renae was wonderful with Jack! Reluctantly, my partner and I had to have him boarded for Thanksgiving and he was given such good care. He's pretty new for us and was eased into some social time with kids and other dogs, giving us more confidence for him to be around our families and in large group settings. She updated me periodically which put me at ease. I can vouch for her kindness and quality of care. Book Renae!”

“Jody was extremely pleasant to work with. She was friendly immediately upon meeting her and interacted with our dogs like they were her own. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.”

“Carol was amazing with my fur child. She sent pictures everyday and just loved on her like she was her own. Will use her every time I have to leave town and can't take my girl with me!”

“I would recommend Kimberly to anyone thinking of leaving their precious pets with her. She makes you feel very comfortable and makes accomodations so that your pets are well cared for. She even asked me where they sleep at home and offered to let them sleep in the same place ( in the master bedroom) at her home. WOW!!! She is a true animal lover and it shows!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Luther and Buster had a great stay! They were both tired out from the visit and went right to sleep when they made it into the car. Thanks again Kristin, wish you were closer to use here so we could work with you more often.”

About: Being around dogs has been the foundation of my life since the age of 3. From caring for my own pets, helping our neighbor who bred collies, and caring for dogs while also caring for my patients at work as a home health occupational therapist, I feel like every pet is part of my family. My heart is full around any four legged friend and I strive to care for them, show them the deepest love, and teach them as I do my own children. It’s in my blood! I currently work as a home health OT with a flexible schedule during the day. I also have windows of time during the evenings and weekends to care for any pet. Teaching my sons responsibility and skills required to care well for animals are just an added bonus! I own my home with a large yard in the rear of the home. I’m also able to provide in-home boarding as I do not currently have a pet in the home. I also am able to offer drop-in services to address any home needs (mail, plant care, shoveling or vacation mowing), dog-walking, and light housework. Additional services like dog-walking upon request- let’s make your time away painless without concern at home.

About: Many years ago I used to take care of my neighbors' golden retriever. This led to dog-sitting at my house, house-sitting, cat-sitting, plenty of dog walking, as well as some hiking with dogs. Even now, golden retrievers are one of my favorite breeds. Whenever I have a Rover booking I try to spend as much time with the dog as possible. For short stays (1-4 days) I usually don't have to leave the dog home alone at all. For longer stays I try to minimize time away and when I am out it's typically very brief - running a couple of errands, grocery store, etc. My house has a large, well maintained yard with plenty of room for dogs to play and "do their business". My yard isn't fenced, so I'll keep dogs on a leash at all times when outside. If your dog likes hiking I'm an avid hiker and have found that hiking always goes better with dogs!

“Breanna was very kind with all of the fur babies! So sweet! All the pets really warmed up to her! Giving them some outdoor time for them to relax and enjoy! We kept clear, constant communication. Answered any questions and concerns! Just really appreciated her patience with me as well! We are really grateful for her!”

“I recently had the pleasure of hiring Alexandria to take care of our cat, Midnight, for a week while we were out of town. Alexandria stayed at our house to keep Midnight company and to take care of feeding, litter box cleaning and quality play time. She kept me updated with frequent photos and messages, which really put my mind at ease. Midnight seemed comfortable and happy around Alexandria from day one. She also took care of various household chores such as garbage collection and bringing in mail and packages. After getting home, not only was Midnight in top shape, but also the house! I highly recommend Alexandria to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy petsitter, and I will definitely be booking her again in the future.”

Bob was accommodating to our last minute schedule..we wasn't sure of exact dates so he held the room for a time frame which we appreciated..we had a funeral to attend out of town and he extended the pick up date time when we returned.. which we needed during this troubled time. About: Hello! My name is Julia and I’m 27 years old. I’ve taken care of, rescued & owned nearly every pet imaginable. As a young child I grew up in a home taking care of various animals. For years I have been rescuing and re-homing animals of all sorts. Animals are a big passion of mine. I am very comfortable with injured, animals in need of rehabilitation, or animals in need of special medical attention of any kind. At the current moment I am available full time for your pet!!! For last 3 years I have worked as an EMT all over the country. As of right now I decided to go part time with EMS in order to have more freedom/ be able to work when I want to. I work as a part time EMT at the moment in order to set my own schedule. I want to expand my career and build clients with pet owners in hopes of fulfilling my dream of working with animals, rehabilitating, and caring for animals of all kinds. I promise to offer your pets a safe, trustworthy environment. No matter if I come to your home or they come to mine. They will be taken care of as my own and that is a promise on my part.
About: I have had all different animals all my life. I grew up working on a family farm, so I have experience with all different animal species. We currently live in Berlin with our 4 children, Great Dane Bella, and a mixture of farm animals. I attended PSU studying animal science, minoring in equine science. I am excited to meet your furry family members! I currently am a stay at home mom, so I’m very flexible! I am available for visits, drop ins, walks, day sitting in my home, and overnight boarding. I have a fenced in yard connected to my house, with locks on the gates. I also have an outdoor dog kennel and dog house if you have a dog that stays outdoors. In the home we have an older Great Dane, but she likes to keep to herself and is a certified couch potato. We have several gates up in our house to keep pets safely separated. I welcome dog crates if you have them, or I do have a few I could use here if that is easier. We have a large property where we can take walks, or we even live close to a bike trail we can walk at. I have done drop in visits for puppies and dogs in the past, and have had great feedback. I can stay for a length of time and let your pets get some exercise and play. I am open to tending farm animals as well while you’re away.
“Deanna was great! She was able to take Mishka within 2 days notice and met with us first to make sure Mishka felt comfortable in her home! If we visit PA again with family we will use her and I will let any friends in my hometown know how great she was!”
“Marcy is beyond wonderful! She’s so caring and I can tell Porter has a good time while he stays with her and her dog Charlie. He comes home completely I can’t seem to keep him awake which is amazing because he’s just a 3 month old puppy and is typically a wild child in the afternoons! Marcy was so kind to take him on at a late request and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for my little man. She made me feel so comfortable immediately! If I could give her more than five stars I would! She is so kind and I can guarantee she’d treat anyone’s pup like the special little fur ball they are :)”

“I was definitely a nervous new mom dropping Rosie off with someone I just met but Jordan was kind, patient, and thorough. She is also extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Rosie had the best day on her farm!”

She sent pictures and updates throughout the day, and I could tell Biscuit was having a great day! If I am ever needing a sitter in the Johnstown area again, I would definitely contact Caitlin again!!!”

About: I've been a pet sitter for about 15 years. My german shepherd came into my life 7 years ago which gave me another view of pet care experience. I have worked with and cared for dogs with anxiety, fear, aggression, and in need of extra cognitive stimulation. Okay with giving meds and teaching tricks. Currently, I'm working nursing shifts as needed, with running errands on my days off. I'm more often available than not and have flexibility to work around others schedule. I have a back door doggy door that leads into a fenced in back yard (approx half an acre). I also live in a small neighborhood (very little traffic) with about a mile loop for walks. My military and nursing experience makes me very type A. Everything is always clean, tidy, and on time.
About: Growing up surrounded by a variety of animals—from reptiles and birds to cats, and dogs—I’ve developed a deep understanding of pet care. Over the years, family and friends have relied on me to look after their pets, trusting my attentive and compassionate nature. With my own dog, I’ve completed puppy and advanced obedience classes, explored agility training, and even participated in AKC FastCAT trials. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s part of who I am. My schedule is highly flexible, so I’m available when you and your pet need care most. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a midday walk, or a cozy stay while you’re away, I’m here to make pet parenting easier and stress-free. I have two children (ages 7 and 1½) who are gentle, curious, and adore spending time with pets. Alongside them is our friendly 4-year-old Dalmatian, who is crate-trained and well-socialized. We live on a spacious property with an invisible fence, but I understand not all pets are familiar with that setup—so your dog will always be walked on a leash for safety and comfort. I also have room for an additional crate to provide a secure space for your pet if I need to step out, ensuring their well-being at all times. Your furry family member will be treated with the same care and attentiveness I give my own.
“We couldn’t be happier with our experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She took care of Vincent as if he were her own, with so much love, patience and responsibility. From the very first moment, her sweetness and professionalism gave us total peace of mind. Vincent felt safe, content and spoiled — y eso para nosotros lo es todo. We received updates, photos and messages throughout the day, always con cariño and attention to every detail. It truly felt like leaving our baby with family. Her service is exceptional, her energy is beautiful, and her dedication shows in everything she does. We are so grateful and will choose her again and again without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended. She’s truly the best! 💕🐶✨”

“My dog's stay with Beatriz was great! Needed a last minute sitter and she was quick to respond and accommodate us. She is super thorough in vetting dogs to make sure that everyone gets along at her house. My dog is blind and she made sure he was safe and well taken care of. Very easy drop off and pick up process. Would highly recommend Beatriz for all your Rover needs!”
About: I’ve had pets my entire life. I currently have a 7 year old lab mix and a 1 year old Cane Corso both of which I have trained myself. I have a crate that can be used if need be. I also have a nice sized yard and tie outs available.
“Kristina and Mark took care of our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel while we visited a local attraction. We had excellent communication during the booking process and while he was in their day care. They were very nice to keep us up to date and sent us photos. Overall, they provided a great experience. We highly recommend them!”

“Jody has been an excellent dog walker. Not only does she walk my lab (who is skiddish around strangers and takes a while to warm up), she also plays ball with him in the yard. I get cute videos and he looks happy. She’s very patient and loving with my dog!”

“It’s hard to find someone that you trust completely with your pups, but Heather is that type of person. She is so thorough and capable. I was so happy to find her when I needed help walking my dogs while I was out of town. She sent pictures, updates, was early, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend her!”

About: Hi! I’m Lexi! I am a Marine Corps veteran currently living in Laughlintown, PA. I am a pet mom to the sweetest kitty. I am open minded to what Rover has to offer, and I look forward to taking care of your family’s beloved animals. I have a flexible schedule right now. I am easy going and open to learn new skills to accommodate your situation. I understand that pets are apart of the family and will care for your pet as I would my own. About: While I have the most experience with cats due to having my own cats, I have grown up around many dogs. My family had a chihuahua growing up, and many of my family members have had dogs such as dachshunds, terrier mixes, GSPs, and labs, and I would watch and walk them when my family members went on vacation. I also have some experience with some odder pets like hamsters, freshwater aquariums, or feeding crickets and bugs to spiders (or other carnivorous bugs), geckos, and frogs. I am also knowledgeable of and comfortable handling reptiles and birds :) I am currently a full-time student and work part-time on the weekends. However, there are many gaps in my class schedule where I can fit in a couple visits or walks ! As a pet parent myself, I understand the anxiety that comes with trusting someone else to care for your pet. I am dedicated to making sure you don't have to worry anymore. As long as you communicate any potential issues or preferences you may have in regards to your pet and their care, I will care for your pet to the best of my ability!

About: Ive taken care of dogs every size. teaching new tricks, going on walks, and ice cream is something I enjoy doing with a fur baby I currently work full time night shift. I work 12 hrs shifts so my other 4 days during the week are open to helping other animal lovers with their babies. Because without the help I receive on my work days I would b very stressed. I have an unfunded yard but I love going on walks. Me and my dog ( henny) are always going hiking, fishing, to the dog park, or just out for a car ride. Henny loves all dogs and has lots of energy to play.

About: I love all types of dogs and have personally trained 4 over the years from puppy to adult. I have also had to help one with diabetic insulin shots for over a years time. I genuinely care about the pets I own and give them lots of attention and love each day! I am currently available every day or the week and am able to come and give your pet company or walk your pet when needed. I will care for the pet as the client suggests and always take into account what the owner prefers I do when walking or watching their fur baby. At this time I am not watching others pets at my home, but at the clients home.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and I’ve always known I wanted to work with them. After working at a dog daycare, that feeling only grew stronger. I adore caring for dogs or any pets! Even with all of their very different personalities I love every single one of them and would care for them as if they were my own. I am completely free during the summer to give your pet lots of love! In the fall I have complete availability besides my morning classes :) I can’t care for many pets in my own home considering I do live in a small apartment. Pets are allowed however, they just wouldn’t have much room! I do have a crate and the potential to house your pet if that would be something you would want to explore! In any case, my unconditional love for animals should reassure you that they’d get the best care from me no matter the circumstances.
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 7 when we first got our pug, Loki. He's 14 now. We also got a bulldog, Chubb's. I've walked, fed, and bathed them ever since. I've also taken care of some of my friends pets. For example, I took care of two Australian cattle dogs, fed them, walked them, played with them, bathed them. For a while I lived with 2 great Danes so I am familiar with big dogs. I'm currently working part time, I am a full time college student but I can work around that schedule! I'm not working many hours at my other job, so I should be more available during the week. I always make sure they're within eye-sight. I would never let them run amuck. I'm going to follow everything you say so safety is no issue.

“Haley was wonderful with my dog Sunnie! Sunnie was relaxed and looked like part of the family when I picked her up! Haley sent me photos during Sunnie’s stay with her that put my mind at ease. I will definitely use Haley again and highly recommend her!”

“Emily and her family were wonderful caring for my dog Sunny! Emily treated Sunny as part of her family and was in constant communication with me to send pictures and updates. I had absolutely no concerns about Sunny while we were on vacation because I knew that Emily was giving Sunny so much love.
