About: I lived with animals, all my life I have three kitty cats now, and I had labradors when I was kid. My grandfather had some Dobermans when I was little and I’ve been around great Danes as well.. I have walked three huskies with my son who has high functioning autism, and is my helper with a lot of my jobs we do it together. We’d love to take care and love animals I am highly focused on creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment. When I watch pets, we typically spend our time doing activities,, outdoor play. About: Growing up in a cat-loving home, my affinity for animals was realized at an early age. I’ve been the go-to person amongst family and friends for pet care since I was a kid. I’ve dabbled in this passion on the side my whole life, but am now pursuing it full tilt and hope to build a career in conservational zoology. In 2020, pet care grew outside of my inner circle of friends and family, and I gained clientele I still work for to this day. I’ve handled cats of all sizes and temperaments, administered medication, and adhered to the specific needs of the families in my care. My focus is on the comfort, stimulation, and enrichment of your pet! I am reliable and flexible, and find genuine joy in this line of work. This is how I would prefer to spend my time! My Pets: Thistle and Pants are my two cats. Thistle is a 7 year old domestic long hair whom I adopted from a rescue when she was 6 months old. She grew up with big German Shepherds and finds herself very comfortable around dogs. She gives off that annoyed older sister vibe, but always wants to be where the people are. She looks like a plump raccoon, and spends most of her time perched cozily on the back of the sofa or sunbathing on the windowsill. Pants is a 5 month old Maine Coon kitten, and he makes himself right at home in any space he occupies. He’s adventurous and outspoken, and keeps Thistle moving (and slightly irritated) throughout the day. He’s proving to be too clever for his own good, but overall he’s very chill for such a young boy. He’s currently snoozing next to my elbow on the kitchen table while I type this. I will be adding a new dog to the family in several months, and will undergo training with a focus on companionship and socialization. I can’t wait to have another partner in pet care! About: Me and my family have been around dachshunds for over 10 years. A little biased, but would love to share the love to other dogs! I currently work from home and take my dog out regularly throughout the day. She gets breakfast and dinner and her monthly medications. She gets too much attention, but that’s our fault:) I have a back fenced in porch that I have a grassy area for my dog to relieve herself, as well as an unfenced front yard. If the front yard were to be used, we keep our dog on the leash for safety. Our stairs are gated to prevent any injuries.

“I have really enjoyed having Shanon coming to walk my big boy. My big boy is a rescue and is not great with new people. At 140 pounds he can be very intimidating to others. We need someone to watch our dogs for a long trip this year which will require work and time to build a relationship. Shanon is very intuitive to my dogs need to build a relationship slowly. She doesn't react to him the way most would and genuinely takes clues from him. Ive been so worried to try and have him build a relationship with someone and I dont think I could have gotten anyone better. She does rush him or force him to be near her and he is very quickly getting comfortable with her which is something I wasnt expecting to happen so soon. I can not rave enough about her natural intuition and willingness to work with us, its been a perfect fit and I know our dogs will be just fine with her for an extended period of time in a few months!”

My grandfather had some Dobermans when I was little and I’ve been around great Danes as well.. I have walked three huskies with my son who has high functioning autism, and is my helper with a lot of my jobs we do it together. I know how much animals are part of your family just like mine, so I take it very seriously when caring for someone’s fur baby! I also have a degree in Animal Science, and experience giving meds if needed! I can provide as many or little amount of updates as you wish for, and I promise to love them like my own! I do work full time during the week, however week nights and weekends are free to provide whatever your pet needs! I will not take a booking I feel I cannot provide the best care to that animal. About: I have always been around dogs my entire life and have trained both of my dogs that i’ve had! I love all breeds and have watched dogs in the past! I just graduated from West Chester University studying Exercise Science and am attending Drexel University in the Fall for grad school for Prosthetics and Orthotics! My schedule is very flexible depending on what is needed or required as I am currently on summer break. I have had a dog that isn’t fazed by anything and a dog that would chase a leaf going by so I am good with any types of dogs. I grew up with a big dog, an Airedale Terrier, and now have a small 6lb Toy Poodle so I am great with all sizes. About: Hi! I’ve grown up with pets all my life. Now that I’m an adult I have 5 cats and a dog. I’ve fostered (and foster failed) both cats and dogs over the years. I watch my friend’s pets here and at their homes as well. At my house I have a spare room that can be your animal’s home away from home if they need their own secluded space. I also have a fenced in yard with friendly neighbors who are also animal lovers. Come in the summer and I’ll send you home with some fresh veggies from my garden too! I get up early for work and make sure to leave plenty of time to feed, clean litter boxes and make sure all my four legged babies are ready for the day. Once home in the afternoon and after I lay down on the couch they all come to find me for love and to lay on me for all the pets. At night all are welcome to sleep with me, on the couch or wherever they are the most comfortable. I home almost all day over the weekends except for the morning time on Sundays. I have a fenced in yard so any dogs are able to go outside whenever they need to to play, pee or lay in the sun. I watch my neighbor’s dogs as needed and will go over every 4 or so hours to let them out over the weekends. During the week I let them out before I go to work and then as soon as I come home. I then let them out again before bed around 8pm. I also am able to let them out as needed when they are in a pinch and can’t get home in time. My cats and yours if they come for a stay will have water and toys available to them at all times. They will be fed twice a day with a snack of crunchies before bed. If you needed me to come to your house to take care of your cats and/or dogs, I would be able to come early in the morning, after work and before bed during the week and every 4-6 hours during the weekend. While at your house I can take animals for a walk, play, give pets and love, brush or whatever else is needed. Of course I’d feed them and clean kitty litter boxes or whatever else your babies need. I am good with giving medicine to cats and dogs. I give daily medication to my dog and have had to give cats medicine in the past.
About: I have completed a degree in Animal Behavior at Bucknell University and provided husbandry for pets of all kinds. I currently work as a professional dog trainer and take great care with each and very animal that I work with! I am currently working part time and will have lots of free time to check in on, provide care for, and update you on your pets! I am available any day of the week and have a flexible daily schedule.
