“Let me start by saying, Nina is amazing. From first contact on Rover, to me just picking up my pup, it was professional and seamless. Stayed in contact with me consistently and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was also very thorough and asking me any pertinent information about my dog that could be important. Now we can talk about the actual visit. She has an amazing yard fenced in with all the amenities a pet would ever need. Her personal interaction with my dog was as if it was her own. You can tell she loves what she does. The end result, I think my dog came home happier than when I left him. Lol. All kidding aside, I would recommend Nina to the entire Rover community. We sit on 10 acres of land, featuring 3 groomed acres for supervised play and 7 acres of private woods. While our yard is only partially fenced, we have two large, fully enclosed decks that are completely fenced in—perfect for safe sunbathing, lounging, and secure outdoor activities. We also utilize a collapsible fence that we can pull out and set up to create customized secure boundaries if necessary. For exercise, dogs are strictly supervised and kept on-leash as we head down the driveway to our private access point for the D&H Canal trail, keeping them completely away from traffic.

About: I have taken care of close friends and families pets for years and I have decided to expand and see if anyone else needs care for their animals! I have plenty of experience working with animals. I started out as a farm aid at Turtleback zoo a couple years ago and left to go work with marine mammals in Florida. When I came back to NJ I went to Cape May and worked as a full time seasonal animal keeper. After my 6 months were up I went back to Turtleback zoo as a Relief Keeper. I left the zoo field December 2021 and started working part time at a local vet clinic where I work with all size dogs and cats. I know how to give medications also if your dog or cat have any special needs! I currently work full time, first shift for a laboratory. I also work part time at a vets office but when I am dog sitting I do not just do that your pets have more of my attention and are my priority. I have experience with dogs of many breeds, from German shepherds to Chihuahuas, newfoundlands and jack russells. I try and understand every dog breed to understand their unique needs. No dog is the same! But they all love unconditionally, so I try and give them the same. I have some training in puppies and have experience with puppies as well as elders. I've house sat in the pets homes where I know they are comfortable and can have their routines and environments. I just want to give each pet whatever it is they need. I have had pets since I was born, my first dog being a boxer. Almost never without a dog, but certainly never without a pet. Currently I have a german shepherd/collie mix named Blue. Even at six years old, he has the energy of a puppy! We run every day in a field nearby, sometimes visit the dog park, and have frequent visits with his dog friends. Making sure he is happy and healthy is a daily priority in my life. In the clients home, I get in depth information on their pets routines, food schedules and preparations, walking and play time, and whether they are crated or not. I will follow your instructions to a T.
About: My first job as a kid was to walk the neighbors dog everyday after school. Since then, I have taken care of all types of critters. From horses to chickens, donkeys, goats, birds, cats and dogs. I am able to help care for your pet Monday through Friday. I am available on weekends as long as I am scheduled in advance. While taking care of your furry family member, I will be sure to abide by all the rules you have set forth to ensure the safety of your pet.

Stayed in contact with me consistently and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was also very thorough and asking me any pertinent information about my dog that could be important. About: Our property is a lush 5 acres. We have a fenced-in dog run, but we have lots of land for walks. We have two beautiful labradors: Abilene and Odessa (8 years old). They like having friends over to socialize and play. You can rest assured that we will treat your dog like one of our family. We love dogs, so care is easy! Amy is close to the retreat we were on, which was part of the reason why we chose her, but I would seriously consider making the 2-hour trip to her if Tango needed sitting again, regardless of her proximity to where I was going.”
