About: I’ve always had dogs in my life from German Shepherds to our little cavachon. Since my kids are getting older and don’t need as much help, I have time to take care of your precious pets when you need it! I’m here to take care of everyone! My day is full of making sure every person and every pet has what they need! Walking, sleeping, eating, drinking, and mess making-someone has to take care of it all! I have a good sized yard and a nice wooded park with walking paths nearby for daily walks and outside time. Our home is clean and comfortable with big kids coming and going who love animals like I do!

“Amanda was extremely helpful, attentive, and reliable when we needed to board our doggie, Gastón. She was flexible in us bringing homemade food for the 4 days Gastón would be staying with her and she gave me all of his things back in pristine condition. On the evening of our pickup, our flight was delayed by close to 1 hour, which pushed back our pickup time. She was extremely understanding when we communicated this with her. We offered to pick him up the next morning, but she shared that she is fine with us picking him up late that evening, which we definitely really appreciated! Also, Gastón gets dirty faster than other breeds, but Amanda kept him clean and he came back to us in the same condition we brought him at the start of boarding. Last but not least, Amanda shared updates with us for all 4 days, sending us photos of our lovebug and letting us know how he was doing that day. It relieved a lot of anxiety for us while we were away. We are extremely grateful for all the careful attention Amanda paid to our pup and will definitely be leaving Gastón with her again!”

About: For my senior year of high school I went to a trade school to get my vet assistant certification. I graduated and received my certificate. In the program I was taught basic grooming nails, ears, and even shaving. Everyday we would walk the classroom dogs and interact with them. After high school I worked at a doggy daycare for about 6 months before I ended up without a car and wasn’t able to drive the distance to work anymore. About: I started back in 2010 with an adopted Cat who made such an amazing first “pet” that became family! After meeting my now husband, we adopted 2 beagle brothers who were 1.5 years old! Unfortunately one became very sick but we still have his brother who will be 12 this November! He loves car rides, treats, and walks around our neighborhood! I’m currently a stay at home mom which gives me plenty of time to spend with your furry family member! I teach my 4 year old son preschool and enjoy a lot of outside time to get our energy out! About: I have taken care of dogs in one way or another for most of my life. I have had a pet, either a dog, cat, hamster or a horse all of my life. A couple of years ago I started sitting for friends pets and the last six months of last year I worked for a couple who ran a pet sitting business. I did dog walking, cat feeding and care, and some overnight visits. I am not an expert trainer but I went through all the puppy classes with my border collie and spent a couple of years training for agility. I am semi retired so I have a very flexible schedule. About: Hi! I am a college student looking for opportunities to earn some money while doing what I enjoy most-hanging out with animals! I have sat for family, friends, and anyone else who needs help, and would love to be trusted enough to walk/sit/watch your dog. Being a student creates lots of flexibility, specifically mid afternoon to night! I also can do early mornings and weekends if they are planned ahead. Respecting animals space and reading body language is incredibly important when going into their home and walking them! About: I potty trained my dog. I can get dogs at ease and occupy them well. I'd say i'm better with younger dogs but I can take care of older dogs as well. I work part time but I wake up at 7am and let Max out. I then feed him and occupy him for a bit until I have to leave for 4 hours and let him out before leaving. When I Get back I take him for his walk and then give him his nightly bone. Before going to bed I let him out again. I have a huge yard so he can run around, not fenced but he is trained to stay in the area. He has toys everywhere and he's allowed to lay in furniture so he sleeps a lot as well. In client houses I'd do whatever they are comfortable with. I can go outside, stay inside, walk or run with them just let me know !

I have extensive experience with senior pets, puppies, and disabled pets. I am always available and dedicate my time to making the experience great for your pet while you're away. My home is very animal friendly! I do have crates available for pets that need to be crated, however since I am home almost all of the time- it's rarely necessary! “Amanda was extremely helpful, attentive, and reliable when we needed to board our doggie, Gastón. She was flexible in us bringing homemade food for the 4 days Gastón would be staying with her and she gave me all of his things back in pristine condition. On the evening of our pickup, our flight was delayed by close to 1 hour, which pushed back our pickup time. She was extremely understanding when we communicated this with her. We offered to pick him up the next morning, but she shared that she is fine with us picking him up late that evening, which we definitely really appreciated! Also, Gastón gets dirty faster than other breeds, but Amanda kept him clean and he came back to us in the same condition we brought him at the start of boarding. Last but not least, Amanda shared updates with us for all 4 days, sending us photos of our lovebug and letting us know how he was doing that day. It relieved a lot of anxiety for us while we were away. We are extremely grateful for all the careful attention Amanda paid to our pup and will definitely be leaving Gastón with her again!”
