About: I have cared for dogs and cats ever since I was 13, family members and friends relied on me to feed, walk, play, and give medicine to their dogs and cats. I do have a full time job but do have a lot of flexibility. I’m also a night owl and also a morning person as well so late and morning hours do not bother me. I make sure to ask questions about the specifics of my clients pets, ask is there is any special care. I make sure when I let the dogs out I am outside with them no matter the weather. About: I am currently doing Rover part-time, I’m also working 2 other part-time jobs, however, for one of them I get to choose my own schedule. If given enough notice (usually a week) I can take off the days you’d need from one of my jobs, and then just schedule my other around it! I’ve had and taken care of dogs/cats since a young age. I love all animals and caring for them! Ive taken 2 pre-vet classes and would love to have a job working with animals full-time, no matter the job! As of now, I am caring for my 2 cats and leopard gecko! I only work Thurs-Sun, never more than 8 hours + my other job I can pick my own schedule! I am free all other weekdays to be able to take care of your pets! I am no longer able to do house sitting because I now have a baby to take care of, but if they are good with kids and cats, your pet is more than welcome to come stay with us! I prefer having the option to crate in case I need to go out for a bit, but I have taken care of pets who didn’t need one! Your pets are treated as my own when they are here, we take long walks around my apartment complex, I have treats for both cats and dogs, and many toys! We take care of your pets as if they are our own! Unlike kennels and certain doggy daycares, we do not utilize crates or cages. We provide them with extra attention to make them feel at home and relaxed while you are away. This is especially important for dogs with separation anxiety. Being left in kennels or crates all day can leave your dog with heightened anxiety and traumatic stress. When you bring your dog to us you can be assured that we will make them feel at home and treat them as a part of our family while they are here. We will not crate your dogs and leave them like some doggy daycares and kennels, unless you request that they are crated. We will give your dogs the extra attention they need while you are away. I work different days throughout each week, but my wife Jessie is home full-time with the dogs and our kids. So one of us will always be here with them the majority of the time. We have a guest house where I will board your pet, so no need to worry about any interaction with my current pets. I can offer a relaxing atmosphere and all day care on weekends along with morning and afternoon care on week days. I can also board or do drop-in visits for fish, hamsters, or horses. Your dog will love a relaxing mountain retreat! Your cat can enjoy a quiet vacation! I work full time as a teacher. I can board your pet all weekends or in the afternoons. I can take crate trained dogs anytime during the week but could only provide potty breaks every 6-8 hours. I am available for dog walks or drop-in visits any day in the afternoon or evening in the Chambersburg, Gettysburg, and Hagerstown areas. Your pet would live only with me in a private guest house. We have 300 acres to go for walks or chase balls! My husband and 9 cats live in the main house. Our cats don’t mind other animals but I can keep your pet away from the cats if you prefer. As a 15 year high school teacher, I am very trustworthy, authentic, and kind. I admit to being a bit of a “crazy animal person” as I try to pet every animal I see! About: I am 24 year old animal lover and a manager at a dog boarding facility and care for dogs there regularly. I medicate, bath, walk clean kennels and much more. About: I have cared for pets my entire life. I had 3 dogs throughout school, and have assisted in training 5 dogs and 3 cats in my life (all of whom I love with my whole heart). I have also always been very good with new animals, and animals seem to like me (even when they "never like anybody"). About: Although most of my experience lies in caregiving and sitting for equine/farm owners, I also have lots of experience taking care of household pets! I started letting out close friends/neighbors' dogs when I was about 10 and began staying overnights to take care of pets as soon as I had my license when I turned 16. I have more experience with larger dogs (Pitbulls, labs, Malinois, German Shepards) but have also taken care of some smaller dogs as well. Don't let me forget cats! I love sitting for households with a kitty! Nothing is more fun than playing with toys or even just laying around grooming and brushing a cat. A purr from your cat is one of my favorite sounds. As a competitive horseback rider, there are a few weekends that I have competitions during the day, but after assessing your pet's needs I can let you know if I am still available to help you and your pet with whatever you both need! Whenever house sitting, dog walking, potty breaks, or even playtime I always make sure to leave my client's home how I found it; clean and secure. I always make sure to follow instructions regarding the security of the home (for example what doors need to be locked/unlocked). I also always make sure the house is in the same condition as before I came as if I was never even there. I would never share keys, passcodes, etc with anyone because that would be a violation of my client's privacy and safety which I respect greatly. My main priority is to leave my clients smiling, and their pets purring or tails wagging!

My first dog 2 when I adopted him and I cared for him until he crossed over the rainbow bridge when he passed at 10yrs old. I also raised two puppies from 8 weeks until they crossed over as well. I work full time away from home Monday thru Friday, so your pet would be alone for about 8hrs week days.
