“I couldn’t be happier with my first Rover experience. My 2yo Golden Retriever is what the call a Velcro dog, following me everywhere and loving nothing more than a good cuddle. We tried kennels and while they were safe and well managed, my pup was simply anxious in a loud setting with limited contact. Tiffany was wonderful and warm providing plenty of playtime and affection throughout the week long stay. Photos and updates showed him playing happily in the yard and comfy on the sofa. I can’t say enough about the relief these updates gave me, allowing me to enjoy my time away with family. I highly recommend Tiffany and hope to request her again in the future.”

What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. I could see my dog was happy, playful and tired. When I picked up my dog, Scott reviewed details with me what happened during my dog’s stay. I highly recommend Scott being your dog sitter. I mainly have experience with older dogs (1 year to senior) and don’t shy away from the many needs dogs require in their twilight years. I primarily have been dog sitting for a close friend with two beagle mixes and can tell you they gave me enough experience to be able to handle the high energy and stubbornness that comes with their breed. About: I have taken care of cats for at least 20 years now. I would love to help someone out by taking care of their cats when they cannot. I am retired so I would have a lot of time to take care of your cat or keep them company for a while. I love fur babies. I have three indoor cats and one outdoor cat that comes in to eat and sleep. They get plenty of attention. I would love to add more Cat friends to have fun with.
About: I've been around cats and dogs my whole life, but started taking care of dogs around the time I was 12 and moreso with cats around 13. We adopted a dog when I was 12 and I fed her, walked her, bathed her, taught her tricks, played with her, we'd even cuddle! We fostered a dog from a hoarder and had another dog after the loss of the last one and I continued to repeat the cycle with this big crazy whippersnapper! Where I was working part-time just closed for the season, so I have plenty of free time for playing with your pups and kitties!!! When I'm not in school, I'll be taking care of my pets and helping my mom out with them around the house, she does Rover too and recommended I get on it. For drop ins, I like to meet the pet first and learn about their likes and dislikes and where to find all of their things. I like to ask questions on how to make sure they feel most comfortable with a new person and try to follow that advice to make sure they feel their best. For walks, I like to get an idea of where they like to walk and any behaviors I can expect while walking them before we head out on our adventure!
About: I have taken care of dogs for 7 years now, as well as taking care of my own. I watch family, friends, and neighbors dogs. I walk and play with them and give my dog baths. I am a college student so this is a perfect job for me! In addition to caring for my own pets, I volunteer extensively with my children's activities. I serve as the treasurer for my daughter's club soccer team, help my husband run our youth lacrosse program, and enjoy participating with my son in Boy Scouts. About: I’m familiar with almost every breed, and have been training them since I was 10 years old. My last dog was a therapy dog I took into nursing homes, but his time has past. :( I have all my time to spend with your pets. I am available weekends too, very flexible schedule. Will walk daily and play with them depending on age etc. I have a fenced in yard with no other pets. I am looking for a dog for myself to adopt and turn into a therapy dog, so I don’t mind training or corrective actions if wanted/ needed. I had constant updates through photos and videos multiple times daily. They were both so kind and live in a great neighborhood.
