About: Having two dogs since they were puppies and raising four cats has taught me a lot about animal behavior, patience, and daily care routines. I've experienced everything from the teething phase to handling older pets, all which have made me a confident and attentive care-giver for all kinds of pets. This was the first time my one year old goldendoodle was being watched by a family member, but Melissa made sure not only Sammie felt comfortable, cared for, and loved, but also me! She sent daily text updates, plenty of pictures, and a video each day of my vacation. Sammie even was able to fall asleep with her in her bed similar to how she is at home. Sammie loved their dogs and had a great time playing in the back yard. I highly recommend Melissa, Dan, and her family for watching dogs.
