I am the first person my friends turn to when they need a sitter, and have both hosted dogs in my house and stayed with them in their own. I also enjoy pet visits and walks! I work as a teacher, so most of my availability is on the weekend and during summer months, although I am available for evening visits or walks during the week. I have a large fenced in yard that is great for running and playing and live in a neighborhood ideal for walks. I have a large crate available, if your dog’s routine includes crating. About: They say grief is love with no place to go, so since my senior Belgian Malinois passed away, I've been fostering dogs and would like to get into dog walking. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages. I have pet-sat for family and friends as well. I currently have a very flexible schedule. I am generally available during daylight hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and 5 PM or later Tuesday and Thursday. Before or at the start of our first walk, I'd like to get to know your dog's preferences, triggers, and typical walking habits and routes. About: I have experience with a variety of dog and cat breeds, 10 years past experience as a veterinary assistant. I am willing and able to care for puppy to senior age and special needs furbabies, as well as administrator oral and subcutaneous medications. Standard schedule I keep is the life of a 1st shifter, dog walks/potty breaks minimally 3-4 times per day. I adjust as best as possible to keep within the schedule that your furbabies is used to. Through my experience, I try to provide as close to the routine that they normally have when in their home with they're family, and provide lots of love to them for their comfort.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for both friends and family for about four years now. The best days for me to care for your pet in Lancaster or York are Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. If requested, I may be able to accommodate services in Lancaster on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. I thrive on routines and like to keep somewhat of a normal routine for my dog. This includes feedings, giving medications, multiple walks, and enrichment activities (in or outside, depending on weather). My dog has anxiety and spring/summer are the most difficult for her, so I keep on music or background sounds while in the house, and make sure she is always on a leash when outside. I am willing and open to following any routines you have for your pet, however, I am not comfortable with electric fences or shock collars. I always have my phone easily accessible and am a quick communicator, so I can provide pictures, texts, or calls as requested if you’d like to check up on your fur baby.

I have a large fenced in yard that is great for running and playing and live in a neighborhood ideal for walks. I have a large crate available, if your dog’s routine includes crating. My own golden retriever would love to be friends with and keep your pet company! While I allow pets on my furniture and beds, I will follow the rules established for your pet. Your pet will receive plenty of love and attention!
