“Josie and her family was great w/ our pittie, Max. We were anxious as this is the first time we’re going to be away from him, but she provided us with updates the whole time. I can tell Mac loved being at their home.”

“Heather was wonderful! Abbie was well-cared for and very much at home with Heather and her daughter. Lots of fresh air and space on the property, plus other animals for Abbie to see- chickens, ducks, and kittens—she loved it! Heather was very responsive to texts and sent pictures of Abbie’s activities over the course of the weekend. I look forward to using Heather again and highly recommend her.”

“Jack was great! This was our first experience using rover and Jack made the process super easy and low stress. We'll definitely be booking Jack again when we need a pet sittet.”

“Korine and Matt were so kind and thoughtful and took amazing care of Evie! Evie can have a bit of a hard time warming up to people, but she fell in love with them so quickly! They are my first choice when coming back to visit the area! I can't thank them enough!!!!”

“Goose was so happy after his overnight stay with Oleg! He was able to play and get lots of love at his house. Oleg was responsive and flexible with us to make it a pleasant experience for us just as much as it was for Goose!”

“I just love how much Christina loves Boris! She’s super communicative and he’s always happy when we drop him at her place, which to me is the best sign that he enjoys his time with her, Willow and Meeko!”

“Maggie absolutely loves staying with Miss Bobbi. Miss Bobbi takes such good care of all her little babies. I know when I leave Maggie with Bobbi, she will be loved and looked after. Even after Maggie has left Miss Bobbi's care, Miss Bobbi checks in on Mag to make sure she is OK. I 100% recommend Miss Bobbi, and 100% appreciate having her available to watch Maggie.”

“Jaideep and his family were wonderful with our Frenchie Guinness. They made us feel so at ease during the meet and greet, and we enjoyed our vacation immensely not having to worry if our pup was OK. It was wonderful receiving updates and pictures several times a day, keeping us informed on how G was doing during our absence. We will definitely use him again!”

“Libby Lou had a great time with Angela and Ken and their family. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Great communications and a great stay for Libby. Angela and Ken are dog owners and gave Libby Lou all the love she is use to. They kept her busy and you can tell because she was one tired little girl when we took her home and she is hard to wear down. Loved the large fenced in back yard because she could just run. We look forward to using Angela and Ken again in the future. Thanks to them for looking after Libby Lou. Linda and Bob”

“If you came to the reviews to see if Vasumathy is the right pet sitter for you. The answer is YES!! BOOK HER NOW!! She recommended a meet and greet before booking. Which is a great idea for you to know who will be taken care of your pet and where they will be. Vasumathy took care of my 3 month old puppy Dunkin, with short notice, for a few days while my family and I were out for some hours. She is very knowledgeable and gave us some advice on how to train our puppy as well. She updated us on how our puppy was doing through out the day. Asked questions on how to care for our little Dunkin. She is very personable and you can tell she loves animals in general. You won't go wrong with booking her. I found our future dog sitter and I couldn't be more happy. Thank you Vasumathy!!”

“Daisy’s stay with Pam and Mike was perfect! Pam sent us picture and video updates every day and it was clear that Daisy felt right at home with Pam, Mike and their dogs! Would 100% rebook with them. They are truly dog lovers and will treat your dog as their own.”

“De’Andra & Robert are the best!! Arlo was so well taken care of and I loved the updates. They truly went above and beyond to make both my dog and me comfortable! Arlo didn’t want to leave, he was having such a great time! They were super accommodating when I was running a bit late to pick him up. I highly highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dog sitter! I will 1000% be using them in the future and recommending them to all of my friends in the area.”

“Michelle did a fantastic job with my pup. She followed all my little tips for feeding her, went on walks, made sure my dog wasn’t anxious, and made my pup feel at home. Michelle also sent pics of my pup, was very flexible for drill-off and pick-up times, and was very communicative! Would absolutely recommend!”

“Carrie took great care of our socially awkward dog. Phoebe and our dog Pebble were best buds for the week and it helped Pebble adjust to a new home. Carrie updated us every day and multiple times a day. This was our first time leaving our dog and the experience gave us the confidence to be able to do it again.”

“Kathy was AMAZING! Khai felt right at home and so comfortable with her. We got daily updates, we’re so happy we found her, we felt very at ease with Kathy’s care, she was very loving and caring for Khai. Will definitely book again with her 😁”

“We had an extremely positive experience with Jaime! From the first connection/message to her leaving our home from staying with our cat. Jaime is super thorough as a pet sitter and she did not disappoint - in fact, she exceeded expectations! She communicates effectively and consistently provides updates with pictures! We felt at ease with Jaime from the moment we met her. We hope to continue the partnership with her for future pet sitter needs!!”

“Rebecca took care of my cats over eight days while I was on vacation. She arrived promptly every day and took great care of them, feeding and cleaning the litter boxes. She sent daily photos and videos showing them at play. I am very happy with Rebecca and highly recommend her. I will use her again whenever I go away for an extended period of time. Thank You, Rebecca.”

“Korine was BEYOND amazing with my elderly and sick dog. I wish I could give her a million stars. She gave her all of her many daily medicines and walked her at her own (very slow lol) pace. I felt horrible leaving my girl but Korine kept me very comforted with constant check-in messages, pictures, and videos- it was almost as if I was still at home myself. My dog made a great friend in Korine and loved her company very much. 🥰 I could tell she was extremely and genuinely loved and cared for which put my mind and heart at ease being away from her. Thank you!!!”
“Mallory is the best! She takes care of our cats when we are away. We always have peace of mind knowing that they’re getting attention and love when we can’t be there, and we always appreciate the photos and updates on how they’re doing. Highly recommend using Mallory to watch your pets!”

“Samantha genuinely loves animals and it shows, she uses the ‘dog mom voice’, she gets down at my dog’s level to play, and is so careful about health quirks. I would recommend her to anyone with a pet looking for a sitter!”

“Tammi is lovely she took great care of Callie during her visits, filled out the report card and left purposefully feedback and photos too! 10/10. I would not hesitate to rebook when needed. Thanks again Tammi for all your care and being you!”

About: I have worked in an animal hospital/boarding kennel for the past 5 years. This environment has allowed me to learn how to properly take care of each animal based on their individual needs and behavior. I have hands-on training as a veterinary assistant and am capable of giving your pet medications if needed! I consider myself to be a well-rounded caretaker and lover of all animals, so please consider reaching out! 🐾💞🐶 I’m currently working full-time but will be looking to accept jobs that work with my off-day schedules! (Normally off Thursdays and weekends). Currently not doing overnight stays I can care for your pets however you would normally while you’re home with them! With working in a boarding kennel, people often tell us what works best with their pets when it comes to caring for them. I can adjust my work to best accommodate to what your pet is most comfortable with!
About: I have experience with many types of dogs of all sizes and energy levels! My dog, who is a coonhound mix, gets walked a lot, but is very chill and super friendly with other dogs. I’ve also cared for dogs from an aggressive lab mix, to a 4lb chihuahua. I had a long-term dog sitting job in college where I frequently gave medicine, assembled natural food plates, and exercised multiple dogs with different ages and energy levels. I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to tend to your pup! My dog also requires a lot of attention, so I’m used to dogs who need multiple walks a day and lots of cuddle/play time. My dog gets walked at least 4 miles a day, and has constant access to food and water, as he eats pretty intuitively. While he normally just lounges around the apartment while I’m gone, he is crate trained and can he put up if that is what your pup prefers!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I could remember. I’ve taken care of my families, friends, neighbors. I’ve bathed them, fed them, taken them out, and more. I used to work at a dog boarding and doggie day care. I am very flexible and can work around any schedule and pets schedules. I like to make sure pets in my care are comfortable by sticking to a schedule. I have a big yard for my dog to play in. My dog is a big love bug, who just wants to play. Usually I take care of my family’s dogs at their houses which have fenced in areas.
“Camila is great! She came to my apartment to meet them the day before which I think helped a lot. She is gentle and patient and my cats warmed up to her very quickly. I really appreciate the pictures and videos she sent me and I could tell my cats really liked her :)”

“Last minute reservation. Elizabeth was flexible and communicated quickly whenever I messaged her asking how they were as I am an anxious hover dog mom lol! I felt safe leaving my dogs with her and they came home nice and tired after playing all day :)”
“Josie was a great choice for our 2 standard poodles and us. She provided a safe, stimulating and relaxed space for them to adjust their 8 hour stay. Josie was a great communicator and adjusted to our last minute requests.”

“If you are in the Carlisle, PA, area, please consider using Victoria C. and her family as your sitter. It was only a half a day stay but we were able to do a meet and greet before the actual date. She was very attentive and sent pictures to us showing what he was doing. We could tell by Blaze's body language he was happy with his stay. They walked him several times in their backyard and was able to get him to play ball with them. Next time we are in town we will use them again, we highly recommend them.”

“Heinz had SO much fun with Angela and her family! Angela was great to watch him last minute and we were so happy that she did! He is still all puppy, with lots of playful energy, and he was exhausted after a fun day with Angela! So much so he fell asleep on the way home. We will definitely be reaching out to her again for doggie sitting needs!”

“Aurora was easy to communicate and very responsive. She welcomed my dog into her home and made her feel comfortable. By the 3rd day, my pup was running and wagging her tail to get out of the car and to Aurora’s door. Highly recommend.”

“I am lucky to have had Vasumathy help me with pup-care. The pics and video Vasu sent me Day #1 showed me a happy dog. Day #2 confirmed it. My little guy was making his trademark excited noises from the car as we approached Vasu's house. Care included indoor play with toys, nice long walks, birdwatching from the window, visits upstairs with Vasu's husband, and, of course, meals and treats. TY so much Vasu (and Rajesh) for giving Bodhi such terrific care while I was at work. I felt totally at peace during his stay with you. :)”

“Was able to provide excellent last minute car and was very flexible with my last minute drop off and pick up time fluctuations. I would definitely use Sowmya again in the future.”

“Cheryl made me feel at ease about leaving my very anxious baby. Her system to introducing the dogs really put my mind at ease, and she sent me pictures while we were out to let me know my pup was okay. I would recommend her. Thank you Cheryl!”

“David is very patient and caring, great petsitter for your dog, He listens to your detailed instructions for doggie daycare and I'm sure for boarding as well. My Jovie got lots of exercise in fenced in backyard and very nice neighborhood with sidewalks to walk your dog during the day and evening. I had no worries leaving him at his house, sent me pictures and kept me up-to-date on everything.”

About: I have worked with animals for a long time. I have a degree in biology and psychology for animal training and behavior. I worked previously in a zoo setting, as well as offering dog training classes through a pet store. I’m trained in positive reinforcement techniques. I work from home with a flexible schedule. “We have an older dog who has anxiety being left alone so I’ve been looking for a doggy day care type of care for her when I can’t be home. The Rover app was recommended to us and we found Diana online who was highly rated. Wonderful experience and will book again. Thank you.”

“We are new to the area and this is the first time we have used Anton. My dog Lancelot enjoyed his visit and received a warm welcome and he felt relaxed upon the meet and greet. Right from the start he made Lancelot feel comfortable and he felt right at home. Anton is very responsive and kind and he sends updates with photos. Knowing your pet is cared for makes me enjoy my time away even more! I have already booked another visit with Anton. Thank you Anton!”

“Jaydeep was absolutely amazing with our dog! We left our pup with him for 8 days, and he went above and beyond to keep us updated every single day with photos and messages. It was so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable our dog was under his care. You can tell Jaydeep truly loves and understands dogs — he treated ours like his own. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely book with him again!”

Monday, Tues and Friday from 5-9. Wednesday from 1:30 to 4:15. Lastly, Friday 7am to 4:15 pm. I will do whatever you would like me to do with your dog to make sure you feel your pets are safe! I can put them in a crate, leash them, take them in a yard, etc…

About: I have always had dogs and cats and love animals sometimes more than people, LOL! I have retired from my business career and now getting to enjoy caring for your furry children. I am happy to walk your dogs and do whatever you need for them to be comfortable while you are away. I am currently working full time but will be retiring soon. At this time, I will be available to care for your furry friends on the weekends but in the coming year will also be available throughout the week. I am a trustworthy, reliable person and always put my best effort into everything I do! I look forward to caring for your furry friend!

About: I’ve taken care of animals of all kinds since I was a child - dogs (large and small), cats, horses, turtles, rabbits, even chickens! I have experience in puppy training and care, adult dog and cat care, dog walking, pet-sitting, farm-sitting, and house-sitting. I truly enjoy taking care of animals and will do my best to ensure their utmost safety and happiness while in my care. I’m a college student with quite a bit of availability during my long winter and summer breaks. I am fully available any time of the day or week from Dec 20 - Jan 19 and after May 9 of the current year. Outside of my college breaks, I will have more limited time for pet care, but will still be available most weekends and some of the time on weekdays. After January 19, 2026, I will be unavailable from 8am-12:30pm on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, unavailable Tuesdays from 7:30-11:00am, and unavailable Fridays from 12:30-6:30pm due to my class schedule. I currently care for my family’s own pets, including two friendly dogs, three cats, and three horses. I live at a home with a large yard in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is unfenced as our family dogs stay within the perimeter of our home. For this reason I will leash or clip client dogs to a long line when taking them outside for their own safety, unless the owner is confident in their recall abilities and/or specifically grants them permission to be off leash while supervised. Pets will always have access to clean drinking water, and I have a few dog crates available to use upon request for dogs who may benefit from one (for up to medium-large size). Our two family dogs (a labradoodle and a sheltie) are very friendly, healthy, up to date on all vaccines, and would love to play with your fur babies if they are friendly and healthy in turn. If boarding your dog at my house, I have limited ability to separate client pets from our two dogs, so if you would prefer your dog to not interact with others, I would suggest choosing a pet-sitting service where I come to the pet, rather than the boarding service where the pet comes to me. I encourage owners to send me a detailed list of any specific instructions you may have regarding your fur baby’s care.
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5. My brother was very active in the dog community and often took me with him. I took care of his Rotwilliers whenever he vacationed and had several dogs of my own. I have been a dog sitter for friends and family my whole life and have taken care of dogs for my nanny families in the past! I am currently a part-time nanny, but fit in dog care in my off time! I only work two full days a week, Monday and Thursday, so I have plenty of time for my puppy friends! I love to help out other dog parents and want to make dog care my full-time job. When caring for a dog in another home, I can easily follow instructions you leave for me. I can walk the dogs on a leash, take them to dog parks, or play with them in my own yard. If a dog has to come home with me, I have a large home with plenty of yard for them to run and play in. I have small crates at my own home if needed. I have experience with giving dogs medication due to my own senior dogs and my French bulldog who has had allergy issues.
About: I have a lot of experience with dogs! I had so many pets growing up and I would love to be a dog trainer in the future. I’m young, active and would love to take your fur baby on a walk! Of course depending on the temperature of the day that would change the distance and time of the walk but I would make sure they are well exercised and very happy! I have worked in a dog daycare so I have taken test and classes to make sure I’m fit for the job!! Hope to see you and your fur baby soon! I work in the food industry, my hours are anywhere between 7am -2pm or 10am - 7pm Monday through Friday. I’m off weekends! I love to walk and run. I’m young and active. I live in Carlisle and I love animals!❤️ I’m usually available over holidays as well! I think pets are family members! So they should be loved on as much as possible! All the attention they want and the best walks!
About: Hello, we are the Shapiros and throughout our whole life we have always loved, and owned, dogs. We have two of my own right now Our family lives on 1/2 an acre. The backyard takes up most of that, including a 6' privacy fence. Our floors are carpeted, though if any pet has an accident we are willing to clean it. We are trustworthy, kind, flexible, and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that while you go on a vacation away for the night, or even just have a little "me" time that your pet is safe, and being treated as well as you would treat them if you were home. We have sat for several family members and friends in the past, even as a young teen. Whenever we have little get-togethers with other family and friends we encourage them to bring their pets. They can always roam free through the yard, and if needed a dip in the pool. We can promise that while staying with us, your kiddo will be taken care of as if you never left. It is important to be able to trust someone enough to take care of a family member, and I can promise that I will be able to do the job. I hope to meet some furry-faces soon! We are home all day and on evenings. There are two adults and one senior dog in the home. Potty breaks are done often outside in our fence yard We will care for your pet as our own. We will provide any special care your pets need. We feed all pets separately as to avoid food fights
“Ceara is a reliable dog walker for our ridgeback Oso. We did a meet and greet prior to their first walk and she’s been so good with him ever since. Ceara is our first choice on rover because she is flexible, reliable, she communicates frequently, and because Oso adores her. We’re super grateful to be repeat clients with Ceara and we trust her with our dog.”

About: Hello! I am home for the summer and looking to spend my time with adorable pets and show them some love! I have been taking care of my two dogs since the 5th grade and I just graduated college. I love going for walks and playing fetch. I’m also content chilling on the couch and watching doggies nap. Most days I don’t have any obligations throughout the whole day and can work my daily tasks and errands around walking or checking on dogs. I always make sure my pets have water available all the time, especially in the summer. My dogs usually go on a leash when they are outside, and I feel most comfortable walking dogs with a leash. My dogs eat at the same time every day and get lots of attention when inside.
