About: I am an animal lover and I have always had pets. The past few years I have been saving lives and fostering with One By One Reacue! I am currently on a foster break since I have 4 dogs of my own but help run the rescue in other ways. I am lucky enough to work from home and be with my pets all day. They stay in the general area I am when I work. Since I have 4 dogs of my own, I would like to provide boarding at my house. I am in a town house and I have movable metal fencing for my dogs. I never leave them outside alone. When I do have to run to the store or have plans for the day (usually no more than 8 hours) I have a furbo that I check in on them throughout the day. I also gate off my stairs so no one can use them (or fall down, I had a blind dog and watch one) when I am not there.

About: Lucky me to have grown up with my ever-attentive dog, Shirley, an Australian Shepherd mix from the time I was born until I was 14. Then, Cindy - part Chow - came into our family. She was fiery and at grew to become very territorial and protective of our family. I learned how to work with a pup who was loving and sweet to us but dangerous to others. As a young adult, I adopted my perfect grey and white feline with a perfectly pink nose, Merzbow. She was my best friend for 15 years and moved with me from PA to NYC to LA. When I lost her, I was devastated. She was the joy of my life. I am a free-lance artist and performer, so I have lots of flexibility on a weekly basis! I go out of town for work from time to time, but I am usually in Pittsburgh and able to visit pets during all hours. I live in a 3 story home with access to a back patio on the first floor. Pets can either stay on the first floor, where I am usually working in my music studio and have a bed where I can sleep near them, or they can enjoy the rest of the house if they're able to climb stairs or are easily carried! I live in the city and near a park and can take dogs for walks whenever they need one.

About: I have been dog sitting for friends for 15years. I have experience with all types of dogs from French Bulldogs to German Shepherds to King Charles Cavaliers. I treat each dog like they were my own and give them the best care possible while their owners are away. I also have experience dealing with smaller dogs that are aggressive with other dogs I work full time from home so I am able to give the dog any attention it needs and will be able to take them outside frequently. I will treat your pet like it is my own whlie they are with me. I have no issues with the dog sitting on furniture or sleeping on the bed. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 9 years old. My family has had 3 dogs at a time since then and I have always been responsible for watching them, letting them out, and feeding them. I currently own a year old Jack Russel named sir loin and he is absolutely obsessed with making friends! I’m always available on during the week and weekend as I have a remote job. I also have my own 3 year old little gray tabby cat who is full of energy and snuggles:) I am currently a full time music therapist with UPMC! “For years I’ve struggled with not having a support system in place to feel at ease when going on vacation with my dog. I may not have a close family to do so but I do have Kasey and Alyssa. These two watched my bulldog Frank and did an amazing job. Cared about all my concerns and over protective dog dad issues.
