About: I’ve always been an animal person since I was a kid, but cats turned out to be my favorite. I started cat sitting on and off from 2021-2026. I haven’t had my own cat yet but when I was cat sitting, I took care of them like they were my own. They felt like family to me. During my journey I learned how to groom them properly, keep them entertained, and just tend to their daily schedules such as eating, sleeping, and exploring.

About: I don’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had with a dog was with a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite my lack of experience I am willing to learn. My love for animals in general is why I am open to learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. I am currently on maternity leave so I have lots of availability throughout my days. I treat them like their family and not strangers or “just for the money type of thing”. About: I brought our two cats, Chili and Lok-Lok, all the way from China, but I grew up with dogs in my family and love both. I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends’ dogs and I heard about this app so I thought it might be fun to give it a try. Whenever I get called on to dog-sit for my friend here in Pittsburgh I like to go to the dog parks near the South Side river or jog along with them, rain or snow, and socialize with other dogs. Looking forward to meeting yours! I’m a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh so summer and winter breaks are relatively free, and usually I’m only “working” 2-3 half days per week. I have to do a lot of reading and thinking so getting out of the house is a good way to take a break and process. I have a fenced yard where I do some gardening and let our cats out every day to chase bugs and birds. About: I grew up in rural Louisiana and have been an animal whisperer and novice rescuer for as long as I can remember. I started helping neighbors with pet care and stray rehabilitation when I was a teenager. As a teen, I also worked on a farm and had exposure to many different types of animals. I have worked with other local professional pet care agencies here in Pittsburgh and I am a Certified Pet Saver (trained in pet care and basic first aid). I have experience working with challenging/reactive animals, senior pets and administering medications. My primary job for the past 10 years has been in-home social services, so I am very familiar with being in other homes and treating them with the same respect as my own. I am comfortable with all dogs and cats (and other critters), regardless of age or breed. I'm able to follow detailed instructions and I can also help with other house sitting needs: watering plants, taking the trash out, switching lights on and off, yard poop clean-up, bringing in mail and packages and other requests (within reason). I will make sure your pets and property are given the utmost respect and care while you are away and I will provide you with detailed updates per your preference. I do not have a fixed worked schedule. I do primarily care, some agency and some freelance, and no two weeks look the same. I try to keep my schedule here updated to reflect my weekly availability and if we schedule a visit, just know that is my commitment to you and your pet(s) at that time. I own my home and I have a fenced balcony that pups can relax on and enjoy the weather instead of being cooped up inside. I have an unfenced yard for potty breaks. I have two cats who are neutered, vaccinated, and very friendly. They are also okay around dogs, but I am able to keep them separated if needed. If your pet needs to be crated, you will need to provide that as I do not have a crate here. As far as visits in your home, I will follow whatever instructions you provide and treat your home and pet(s) as my own. I want them to feel as if nothing has changed in their routine while you are away.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets ever since I was a kid! My neighbors relied on me to go over to feed, walk, and play with their dogs when they were our of town. I’m currently working a part time job, so I tend to have plenty of time to dog walk! My schedule varies week by week, so I tend to be flexible and can be available at different times! When walking your dog, I will always make sure they have their collar and/or harness on, and anything else they may need during a walk! Making sure we walk in a safe, nice environment that is pet friendly is also extremely important.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats most my life and have cared for many friend’s and neighbor’s pets. I love dogs, cats, and even bunnies and will care for yours like they were my own. I have plenty of experience teaching my dogs tricks and good behavior along with giving them medicine and treatment when needed. I currently work part time and am a part time online grad student working on my masters degree from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On my days home I’d love a break to care for your pet or enjoy a nice walk together! I currently have no pets of my own and can come by to care for your pet whenever you may need. I work well with all pets big, small, young, and old as long as they are non-aggressive.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since my whole life since incan remember as a child. I grew up in California on 5 acres of property where we had our own dogs plus fostered other dogs. I have not had a dog since our last two passed away of old age because we are not ready as a family, but I would love to share my knowledge and experience to help care for your pets. I have cared for dogs of all ages and breeds from Chihuahuas to pitbull’s from puppies to seniors. I would love to show your pets, the same love and care I would show my own. I can take them on walks, do drop-in visits, provide play time and enrichment activities, feeding time, dog sit in my home, provide boarding and doggy day care. I am great at teaching new tricks and helping to teach them to walk great on a leach or harness. My schedule is completely open as i do not have standard day job right now. My family just bought a new home and I am currently staying home full time.
