“If you are in the Carlisle, PA, area, please consider using Victoria C. and her family as your sitter. It was only a half a day stay but we were able to do a meet and greet before the actual date. She was very attentive and sent pictures to us showing what he was doing. We could tell by Blaze's body language he was happy with his stay. About: I've been taking care of my own animals my whole life. Neighbors, friends, and family started hiring me for pet care when I was still in high school. I love the stark difference in pet personalities and learning how each of them likes to be cared for. Examples of my past & present clientele: - A family with 7 chihuahuas of varying ages and levels of crazy - A brand new hyperactive Bernedoodle puppy whom I still care for regularly (she's 4 now!) - A sweet lab who liked long, slow walks and bananas - A moody cat who could not care less about me (I have slowly earned the blessing of giving head pats to them now) - A tortoise who inspires me to slow down and eat more greens *my home is a safe space for people and pets from all walks of life* I am available for early morning or evening walks and drop-ins during the week. I am available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday unless I have a family or social event. However, I am always open to working around my schedule and offering as much flexibility as I can - just shoot me a message! We have a large back porch and yard with a fenced area for sniffing around. If your pet requires extra exercise, we have a quiet neighborhood to walk around in. “Wonderful experience for us and for Gus The Wonder Dog. We indicated at booking we would drop him off between 9 and 9:30 am and pick him up between 4 and 4:30 pm. We discovered before we dropped him off the first morning that our group would be eating dinner about 3 miles from the sitter's home. To pick him up at 4:30, return him to the B&B, and then drive back to dinner venue would have added about 15 - 18 miles of driving in somewhat heavy traffic. About: When not traveling on business trips, I work from my home office, so your dog will receive 24/7 care! I’ve had dogs my entire life and my first job as a tween was pet sitting for neighbors. My current rescue dogs are Jake; a senior Coonhound mix adopted in Tennessee and Kiba, an adult Husky-Great Pyrenees mix adopted locally and is a recovering escape artist. I took care of his Rotwilliers whenever he vacationed and had several dogs of my own. We have a guest house where I will board your pet, so no need to worry about any interaction with my current pets. I can offer a relaxing atmosphere and all day care on weekends along with morning and afternoon care on week days. I can also board or do drop-in visits for fish, hamsters, or horses. Your dog will love a relaxing mountain retreat! Your cat can enjoy a quiet vacation! I work full time as a teacher. I can board your pet all weekends or in the afternoons. I can take crate trained dogs anytime during the week but could only provide potty breaks every 6-8 hours. I am available for dog walks or drop-in visits any day in the afternoon or evening in the Chambersburg, Gettysburg, and Hagerstown areas. Your pet would live only with me in a private guest house. We have 300 acres to go for walks or chase balls! My husband and 9 cats live in the main house. Our cats don’t mind other animals but I can keep your pet away from the cats if you prefer. As a 15 year high school teacher, I am very trustworthy, authentic, and kind. I admit to being a bit of a “crazy animal person” as I try to pet every animal I see! I can be trusted with your animal for an extended time or just an afternoon walk! I can also board hamsters or horses.
About: I’ve helped care for pets of my own and my family since I can remember. I adopted 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own almost 8 years ago now. I absolutely adore my fur babies and helping others care for theirs brings me so much joy. I also have now taken on chickens and fish as well, so I have a variety of experience. I’m currently a SAHM homeschooling my oldest and caring for my youngest. I enjoy animals of all kinds, they are my passion and would love to share that with others. Being a SAHM gives me more availability to do drop ins, walks, and care for critters. I have a fenced in yard, which is how I’ve always pottied my dogs, but I’m also happy to walk them on a leash, and have gone back and forth crating my own dog and am happy to do that as well.

About: I have had the honor of having dogs my entire life. Recently, helped my daughter potty training her rescue puppies. They have become the protectors of my grandchildren. As an Empty Nester, I enjoy the simple things in life and would love to offer my services for walks during the early mornings and evenings. Additionally, if you need overnight care, I can provide that service in your home upon request. Currently, I do not have pets in my home, as I do not have a fenced yard that would allow them to safely play and enjoy outdoor activities.
