About: I am currently studying Chemistry, which requires me to be detail oriented and have patience. I will be able to guarantee both a unique and dedicated care to your pet, and hopefully create a bond with them! I love every cat like it is my own, so I will also make sure to have communication with you on any needs or concerns you may have for your pet. About: I have had a cat in my life since birth, and since they make my life better for being in it, I decided to do my homework to make sure I could be giving them the quality of life they deserve. The one in the picture is my pandemic baby, who I’ve had since 6 weeks old, named Tabby. Tabby is my pride and joy, and I will admit I’m a little smug about how may professionals have praised her training, especially because it was pretty much entirely led by her. “Toby is a Godsend!! The way she went above and beyond for my Husky was truly a blessing. I took a 5day vacation and my pup does get depressed when I leave. He had a few accidents because of such but gratefully Toby took care of him. The walks were 3x a day and she even did it in the rain. All of his food bowls were cleaned and tidy which I didn’t even expect, but was so appreciative of after a long trip. My dog truly enjoyed her company. Toby is definitely my go to for my next trip. As a nightshift RN, I work three 12 hr shifts a week which allows me a lot of flexibility to add in selected walks or drop ins When caring for pets in a client’s home, I strive to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible to minimize stress. I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and exercise instructions carefully and make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and enrichment. I also keep the home tidy and secure and provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel connected while they’re away. I understand that every pet has different needs and personalities, so I take the time to get to know each pet and adjust my care accordingly. Whether a pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply quiet companionship, my goal is to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their family is away.
About: I treat every pet as if it were my own. I’ve owed three dogs in the past years , two of which were rescues. I worked at a greyhound shelter in the past. I grew up with a cat as child and always been drawn to animals. My house is pet friendly and is a three story row house with a fenced in yard, on a quiet block. I love taking care of animals and will make sure your pet is treated with love and respect! My dog is a friendly and playful Jack Russell mix who loves his walks. My goal is to provide love and company for your pet when you can’t be with them. Whenever I go to someone’s house with pets, they instantly become my best friend!

She took the time to meet us all (me, my husband, and Maggie) before we committed. We were able to see where Maggie would be staying and the two got along wonderfully from the first minute. About: Long-time Dog Lover and Owner Here! I’ve had dogs since I was 6 years old, ranging from Beagles to Pits but I love all breeds of dogs. Over the years I’ve done lots of dog sitting for friends and family and am always up for some good play time and cuddle time with doggos. I’m experienced with administering medication to dogs and cats. I’m also a quick learner and will be very mindful about particular requests in caring for your dog. Note: Unfortunately, I cannot care for or accommodate cats as I am highly allergic :( I currently work mornings until 2pm and live close to work so I have full afternoons and evenings available for your fur baby. I’m also off on weekends and have open availability. I have a fenced in yard and no pets currently. I do have a 5-year-old child but she has been around dogs and is very kind and gentle with them. However, your dog must be ok with small children. I also live in a neighborhood with wide sidewalks and a nearby playground making it super easy to walk your dog. I also have a car so I can easily drive to places in the area to for drop-in visits and dog sitting.

However if you would like them to be separated I can keep them separated on different floors in my home.

“Melissa and Dan were absolutely wonderful with my dog, Princess Leia. She’s a small terrier and very much a COVID puppy, so she hasn’t had a lot of exposure to other dogs. I was a bit nervous about leaving her while I went out of town for my 50th high school reunion, but Melissa and Dan put me at ease right away. From the start, my plan was to have Leia stay with them for two nights, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. They have a lovely fenced yard and several dogs of their own, which created the perfect environment for Leia to safely and gradually get used to being around other dogs. Dan works from home, so I knew she was getting plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. They kept me updated with several photos and messages showing how Leia was doing, which I really appreciated. It was clear that she was settling in well and getting comfortable in their home and with their dogs. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and seemed to have genuinely enjoyed her little “vacation.” I highly recommend Melissa and Dan for dog sitting. They truly love dogs, understand dog behavior, and provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment. I would not hesitate to book with them again.”
