My skill included potty training/ basic training and teaching them tricks. I enjoy spending time with pets, cuddling with them, and taking long walks. About: I have owned dogs my entire life. Right now I have one but at times I have had three. I worked at a veterinary hospital as a teenager. Over the years friends and family have entrusted me to watch, feed, and care for their dogs. I have had puppies up to elderly dogs. I currently work full time, we have a fairly large yard so I take my dog out twice in the morning. I take him out in the yard when I return home. I take him for a walk after dinner(we call it an adventure!). On the weekends, he loves to go to the park or the beach in the morning. I have a fenced yard. About: I have taken care of animals my entire life, primarily cats but dogs and fish as well. Most other animals I put extensive research into the care of when considering owning them, and I would be more than happy to use that knowledge to give your animals the best care possible. I am currently working on continuing my education, so having a way to cover my bills that allows me a flexible schedule doing something I love seemed the perfect fit. Raising my own cat, Tabitha, from a kitten to be a very social, outgoing, sweet girl who loves going for harness walks has left me with a healthy appreciation of how well it works if you treat an animal with respect and expect the same. About: I have had either a dog, cats, lizards, and/or frogs for about 10 years. I currently own 2 cats and a dog which I have had for about 10 years. I keep friends' dogs when they have trips and need a sitter because they know I am reliable and they can leave their pets with no worries. I can keep a good schedule for walking, relaxing, and even pet cuddle time. Walks occur every 4 hours but quick bathroom breaks in the yard are always worked into the schedule as well. I have a fenced in yard in my home and tons of grass in walking distance. I am comfortable taking care of pets in any environment including my home and making it like your pet's own. I work full time M- F 8 AM - 5 PM. I feed and walk my own dog thus I am home once a day, mid day to do that. My evenings and weekends are dedicated to the my pets and the pets I board and care for through Rover. I have a fenced in yard. I live in an area with lots of grassy spots to walk. I let pets roam free in my home. I have a finished basement for pets to roam and stretch their legs.

“Jayla is the best sitter I have ever had for Marley! I had to travel out of the country because of an unexpected issue for a month and she was ready to take care of Marley at literally a days notice and was flexible with extending the stay too! She updated me regularly with pictures and videos and she kept Marley super happy throughout the stay. Marely had never stayed away from me for so long and is usually a bit clingy but I could see that he was super happy throughout the stay from the videos Jayla shared. She trained him, groomed him and fed him as per his requirement. I was super happy with the experience and would definitely choose Jayla in the future too. About: Long-time Dog Lover and Owner Here! I’ve had dogs since I was 6 years old, ranging from Beagles to Pits but I love all breeds of dogs. Over the years I’ve done lots of dog sitting for friends and family and am always up for some good play time and cuddle time with doggos. I’m experienced with administering medication to dogs and cats. I’m also a quick learner and will be very mindful about particular requests in caring for your dog. I love to walk all over the city and look forward to taking your fur babies along with me!. If you have any more questions don’t hesitate to contact me. Note: Unfortunately, I cannot care for or accommodate cats as I am highly allergic :( I currently work mornings until 2pm and live close to work so I have full afternoons and evenings available for your fur baby. I’m also off on weekends and have open availability. I have a fenced in yard and no pets currently. I do have a 5-year-old child but she has been around dogs and is very kind and gentle with them. However, your dog must be ok with small children. I also live in a neighborhood with wide sidewalks and a nearby playground making it super easy to walk your dog. I also have a car so I can easily drive to places in the area to for drop-in visits and dog sitting.
