About: I have had pets all my life! Cats and dogs! I currently have two labs. I am comfortable of taking care of dogs of any age or size. One of my dogs is currently on medication so I’m comfortable with giving dogs medication if needed! I work a full time job and have my two girls to take care of. I would be able to take care of your pets before and after work or on the weekends if I have availability! I will not be taking care of pets in my home at this time due to having two dogs of my own. I also work at Camp 4 Paws in Kunkletown PA and I’ve had experience working in other kennels prior! I am currently doing online school and working full time, my hours are 1-9pm every mon-fri. If I have enough notice I can take off if need be but I can also help before or after work and on weekends! If I have a list of what you want me to do, I will 100% follow it. About: I used to hate cats when I was a kid until I got my first cat, Sombra. She was found on the side of the road as a kitten by a friend and asked if my mother and I could take her in. I was hesitant at first, but decided to give her a chance. 9 years later, and I love her to death, despite her feisty attitude. Most recently,2 years ago, I found 2 more black kittens in an abandoned building, a brother and sister. We took them in with the intention of fostering them until they were old enough to adopt out, but unfortunately, since black cats aren't popular, no one wanted them. I decided to keep them for myself, and now Milan and Marcille are happily living together, with Sombra. (all of my cats are indoor cats)

“Our two dogs seemed to be at ease with Megan during a four hour "day care" at her residence. They came home happy, tired and healthy. I think that's a good sign. I met her two dogs and found them to be gentle and well-behaved. Although our dogs were with her for only a four hour stay that day, she still somehow managed to get nice, little walk in for them! About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. My children are well versed in animal care and also understand giving space to a new animal, calm energy, etc. I will always setup a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Medications can be distributed, and special diets can be managed.

About: I've grown up with multiple dogs at a time, never had a period of time where I was not around dogs. I've raised them from birth to passing away. I love playing with them, caring for them, being there for them and providing love to them. I love going for walks in the parks, around development, etc. Whatever the pup/dog likes to do is fine with me, I have a lot of history with them so I'd be more than happy to provide for any dog! I do have a lot of references just not on rover, they can be provided upon speaking/meeting! I am very accommodating and can stick to your pets schedule as close as possible to yours! I can work my schedule around whatever is needed for care. For example, pets needing strict medicine schedule. I do work during the day but am available with notice! I can provide drop in visits, pet taxi to groomers or vets, dog parks, etc. Cages would need to be provided especially for multiple pets while I am out of the home. Pets have full range of the home. We have gates for the stairs at top and bottom!
About: I have cared for animals for over 10 years on my own, which included letting them out taking them on walks, feeding them cleaning up outside bathing them. I also volunteer at shelters to help care for their animals. I have an extra few hours in my day, which allows me to have time to care for others when needed because I know how difficult it is to find a sitter while going away I would care for them just as I do my own with love respect and I would follow their routine and what they do for their pet so they feel comfortable while they are gone

“Megan and her family were great with our 2 dogs. Both dogs are more on the nervous side and tend to be very shy and hide in new situations. Megan said she let them take their time getting to know the place and let them decide when they would be interested in being more social with the family. The girls seemed to do well and were happy and healthy when we came and got them. Also appreciated the flexibility on the drop off/pick up as we were beholden to airline schedules! Our booking was last minute, so I'm very thankful Megan was willing to take the girls and I will be booking with her again in the future.”

We had a fairly last minute booking and she was able to accommodate our 3 dogs of different energy levels, food, medications, etc. One of our dogs can be a little reactionary but not with Deirdre. Wonderful space and a great yard for them to play in. The dogs came back tired and I swear, a little better behaved, but maybe that was the exhaustion of playing. Would definitely book again and is now our first choice going forward.”

Dawn and her family played and interacted with Parcha. Her two boys played with her, gave her hugs and kisses. There were two other dogs that Parcha was able to socialize with as well. She also was able to run and exercise in the yard. Parcha came home and fell fast asleep. She was on doggie vacation with Dawn. Two fun filled days. I am very pleased with the service Dawn provided.
