“Our two dogs seemed to be at ease with Megan during a four hour "day care" at her residence. They came home happy, tired and healthy. I think that's a good sign. I met her two dogs and found them to be gentle and well-behaved. Although our dogs were with her for only a four hour stay that day, she still somehow managed to get nice, little walk in for them! At this point, I feel comfortable with Megan and her ability to care for our doggies and would use her service again. She's very professional, cordial and accommodating. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a child. My parents owned 10 acres and I helped care for dogs, pigs, rabbits, birds, sheep, goats and more. I currently own a four year-old golden retriever who I have trained since a puppy, and I am currently beginning training for him to become a Therapy dog so he can bring joy to others, as much as, he’s brought to me. I have a 2 1/2 acre yard, it is not fenced so I would need to know if your dog needs to be on a leash or is trained to stay by command. My dog Oakley is four years old, trained by commands and is extremely friendly and has never had any problems with another dog. I sadly cannot take cats because he is scared of them. I am home 24/7, so I am able to be there for all their care, especially if younger and needing to be let out more often or if older and need medicine given at certain times. I have a crate if needed that could be used for small, medium or large breeds.

I can provide drop in visits, pet taxi to groomers or vets, dog parks, etc. Cages would need to be provided especially for multiple pets while I am out of the home. Pets have full range of the home. We have gates for the stairs at top and bottom!

I also work at Camp 4 Paws in Kunkletown PA and I’ve had experience working in other kennels prior! I am currently doing online school and working full time, my hours are 1-9pm every mon-fri. About: I’ve lived with dogs for the majority of my life and have had the chance to care for plenty of pets! I volunteered with a rescue organization where my family rescued 2 dogs from! During breaks from school, I had the opportunity to work in a boarding kennel where I walked, fed, bathed, and played with all types of dogs. I am familiar with all ages of dogs and the care required. Even though I have had most of my life experiences be with dogs, I had the chance to volunteer at a cat rescue as well! When available for doggie day care and boarding, I have a large fenced in yard and I have two dogs in my home, so a meet in greet would be required prior to services to ensure all pets are comfortable. This would be in New Tripoli, PA. There is a nearby creek and park that I can take your pet to for walks if you would like. I am also available for drop ins, walks and care within the owners home! In terms of walking and check ins, I can come to your home and check on your pet throughout the day and take them for walks around your home or to a local park if applicable. Right now, I am in between jobs but also commute daily in between New Tripoli and Mcadoo/Hazleton PA. I am looking to pick up some walking and drop in shifts at this time within the locations of those two towns. I have a large fenced in yard for your pet to be able to roam freely and safely. I also have a pet friendly home and neighborhood to ensure safety. I am also able to travel to your home to provide care and make sure they are comfortable in their own environment.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a child. My parents owned 10 acres and I helped care for dogs, pigs, rabbits, birds, sheep, goats and more. I currently own a four year-old golden retriever who I have trained since a puppy, and I am currently beginning training for him to become a Therapy dog so he can bring joy to others, as much as, he’s brought to me. I have been a physical therapist assistant for over 15 years and I am looking to focus more on my family who is getting older and the more important things in life. I’m also looking to find a new path with animals, which is why I am available daily with notice to ensure there is comfort for myself, my dog and for you and your pet as well! I have a 2 1/2 acre yard, it is not fenced so I would need to know if your dog needs to be on a leash or is trained to stay by command. My dog Oakley is four years old, trained by commands and is extremely friendly and has never had any problems with another dog. I sadly cannot take cats because he is scared of them. I am home 24/7, so I am able to be there for all their care, especially if younger and needing to be let out more often or if older and need medicine given at certain times. I have a crate if needed that could be used for small, medium or large breeds.
