Jessica was so professional and organized as we prepared for such a long time away. She helped me prepare emergency medical care contingencies (our dog is almost 16) in case it became necessary and she thought of things for us to plan prior to our departure. Given that she is a veteran in the Rover system, Jessica knew everything that I didn't even know I had to think about. Her professionalism was second only to her caring compassion. She loved our dog like one of her own, giving snuggles and love to her, making sure that our girl handled all of the changes smoothly. Our dog bonded with another senior dog and Jessica would send regular updates (with pictures and a video) of our girl playing, galloping and spending time in the sun. All of these things eased my anxiety about leaving our dog for so long. I would absolutely book with Jessica again. Her home is a haven and our Zena loved her time there. When we picked our girl up, she ran to us and was happy to see us -- but she also ran back to Jessica and her family for affection, showing me that our dog was comfortable, loved and well cared for in Jessica's home while we were away. About: I’ve always loved animals, but my appreciation for cats really grew during college when many of my friends had cats of their own. Spending time around so many different personalities made me love how unique, playful, and comforting cats can be. I’ve cat sat for friends throughout college as well as family friends during high school, helping with feeding, playtime, litter box care, and making sure their cats felt comfortable and cared for while they were away. About: I’ve cared for dogs all my life, and I have lots of experience with big breeds as I’ve owned three Newfoundlands and a Leonberger. I also have some experience with elderly dogs. I have assisted in training all the dogs I’ve owned, and most importantly, I love all animals! I’m a college student home for the summer, so I’ve gotten plenty of time to spend time with your doggy. I’m less available early in the day (6–9AM), but from 9AM onward I’m at the disposal of your puppy. :) I’m quite good with crate training, as well as dogs that are a bit more stubborn. I am comfortable staying with them as long or as short as needed. I also have a lot of experience walking dogs that require prong collars or harnesses.

They made my dog Bear feel right at home, and you can tell they are passionate dog people so they’ll make you and your pup feel comfortable too! About: I’ve taken care of pets for friends and family since I was a kid. I love all animals, especially dogs and cats. I can’t walk past a dog on the street without asking politely to pet them! Two years ago I rescued my dog, Stanley, who is a 24 lb terrier mix. He was abused and took a very long time to warm up, but after a lot of patience and love he’s now thriving and the best boy. I learned a lot with Stanley and feel equipped to work with shyer dogs. Stanley also likes hanging out with other dogs and would enjoy some company around the house! I currently work from home full time, so my availability is flexible. Stanley and I would be happy to have you hang out with us at my place (I’d recommend a meet and greet first). Or, I could stay at your place with your pet if that’s better for them, as long as I can have access to the WiFi so I can work. I live close to a nature trail that I take Stanley on daily, and we’re very familiar with the neighborhood. I can take frequent walk breaks and crate your pet if needed.
About: I’ve owned, trained, and taken care of dogs for 26 years. I’ve had a Dachshund, Beagles, Rottweiler, and have fostered - and trained - a German Shepard, two Pit bulls, Husky, and currently a Penkingese. The German Shepard came to me from a friend who was rescuing him but couldn’t train him properly so I spent almost 2 months with him - trained him how to walk properly on a leash, stop nipping, and to become a follower rather then a pack leader. I then returned him to my friend (who I can give contact info so you can ask directly) who still has him to this day. My Rottweiler was the first dog that I had living on my own and within a month she was potty and crate trained, I trained her to walk properly OFF the leash, and even trained her to only sit in one specific spot in the car (passenger side backseat). She unfortunately passed away before my kids were born and it wasn’t fair to adopt dogs with the zero free time babies give you. My kids are now older and since I work from home, I’m excited to have dogs back around. Everyone (including dogs) that enters my home is treated like family. I’m a very hands on parent and that translates to all levels of care - whether it’s a pet or kid. I personally walk twice a day (typically by myself) so your dogs will be engaged and exercised. If you have any questions, feel free to ask - I’m very big on transparency. I work full time from home but own my own business. Due to this, I don’t have a fixed schedule or designated breaks or lunches, I can start and stop whenever I want or need to. Your dogs will never be interrupting or waiting on me for whatever they might need. I have a home with a good sized yard. Since I’m home 99.9% of the time, there really is no need to crate (unless for whatever reason you require that for sleeping or some other situation). They can sleep with me and sit on furniture (again unless you don’t want that due to the rules in your home and those rules will be followed and respected here). I’m home throughout the entire day as I work from home. He/she will be engaged & never alone while here. We also have a young dog who is sweet with all. We have long leashes and a fairly private yard, are frequently outside and would never leave them unattended. We treat all those who enter just as family.

About: Having grown up with several dogs, I've developed a lifelong love for animals and an understanding of their needs. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have experience looking after and walking other people's dogs and pets, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I've always had a love for animals and enjoy spending time outdoors, making dog walking the perfect way for me to combine both passions. I am dependable, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring every dog receives the exercise, care, and affection they deserve. As a recent college graduate, I have full availability this summer before starting my first teaching position in the fall, making me a reliable and flexible option for your pet care needs. I always prioritize a pet's safety, comfort, and routine when caring for them in and out of a client's home. I follow all instructions provided by the owner, and any specific preferences or restrictions. I understand that consistency is important for animals, so I strive to keep their daily routine as normal and stress-free as possible while their owners are away. During walks, I ensure dogs are safely leashed, hydrated when needed, and given appropriate exercise based on their age, energy level, and individual needs.
About: My family loves our two dogs and our mouse already, but my heart would love to love other pets, too! I don't have much experience beyond the animals I have, but I am willing to learn and help you with your pet care needs! I'm a college student who is taking classes online, so my schedule is pretty open! Since my classes are pretty self paced, I can work with animals pretty much anytime! It depends on the dog. When I take my family dog outside, we go on walks with a leash and harness. With my own dogs we let them outside in our fenced in backyard. Either way they get lots of room to run and have fun!
About: I’ve cared for dogs all my life, and I have lots of experience with big breeds as I’ve owned three Newfoundlands and a Leonberger. I also have some experience with elderly dogs. I have assisted in training all the dogs I’ve owned, and most importantly, I love all animals! I’m a college student home for the summer, so I’ve gotten plenty of time to spend time with your doggy. I’m less available early in the day (6–9AM), but from 9AM onward I’m at the disposal of your puppy. :) I’m quite good with crate training, as well as dogs that are a bit more stubborn. I am comfortable staying with them as long or as short as needed. I also have a lot of experience walking dogs that require prong collars or harnesses.
About: I love walking, playing, & watching all sorts of dogs. I’ve grown up with dogs in the house since I was a little girl. Dogs are my best friends! I currently work as a nurse so my schedule moves around a bit. Typically I am only working about 3 days a week! Any of my 4 days off I can be available! My home is friendly & welcoming to all different dogs. I do have a fenced in yard, & a dog who gets along great with others!
