Our 12 acres are not fenced but are cleared for easy walks, on or off lead as desired. Our home sits well off the main road. We’re not opposed to taking pups for rides in our side by side. House trained dogs have freedom in our home. We’re suckers who allow pets on furniture and provide all the love and cuddles needed to make them comfortable. We have plenty of room for crates if your pup is more comfortable in one. In your home, I will follow your house rules. Depending on location, I can come and visit or stay overnight. I can bring mail and packages in for you and take care of your plants. 🪴

About: I've had the privilege of loving a variety of dogs: a large rottie/shepherd mix, a rat terrier, and currently an american lab puppy. Now that our lab is beginning to calm down, I'm eager to use my energy to help other people care for their pets! I live by Barclay mountain, south of Towanda and commute to the Sayre/Athens area for work, which allows me to check in on pets in a wide range. We have a large, unfenced lawn (one day planning to put in a fence for future farm animals) and a small pond on our large, wooded property. Our dog is boundary trained but we keep a long 50 foot lead for visitors! Dogs are welcome to snuggle up on the couch but generally expected to sleep in their crate or bed as bedrooms are off limits to our furry friends. When I come to you to care for your pets, it's important to me that I follow the usual routine that you've established with them!

About: I have a country setting home and have a mini farm that's slowly growing. My animals are part of my family so they are treated as so. I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys and my days consist of caring for my entire family. Have transportation if necessary and an incredible vet if anything God forbid were to happen during my care. Proper care consisting of following proper feeding schedules. Exercise consists of walks at the park and bathing if necessary. Lots of cuddles of pets if necessary and probably if not but definitely observant of pets needs. All animals will be given the respect they deserve. I am not grossed out by any mess your pet may make and will keep the space clean. Normally work 7-noon 3 days a week. My job is very flexible and could change to suite you and your pets needs! In July of 2025, we had to put our 14 year old dog, Roxie, down.. This was very depressing as she was the best girl. About: Do you ever look at your dog and think how did I get so lucky...Pups to many our like children they get all the love you have to give...Like you the time I am with them I will love and adore them...I've almost always had a dog...My beagle Shelby 15 1/2 passed away on December 20, 2022 and Dante passed away July 4th 2020, I don't have the heart to delete them he was 11 and had been with me the past 4 years since I saved him from the NYC kill shelter on his last day...I trap cats have them fixed and find them homes, some stay (10)....I am active on house sitting sites and travel for sits whenever I have free time from work (photographer)...For years I have taken care of friends cats, dogs, horses, cows, goats and Rizzo the rat... I work a lot from home only gone a few hours at a time if I do need to go out for any jobs or errands... I do have an indoor/outdoor kennel in my barn in the house I have a spare bedroom a pet can have if they need their own space also a mud room which I mostly use for kittens/cats I have trapped...

About: I helped care for family dogs and cats since I was about five years old, feeding, giving water, walking and cleaning up after them until I was 18. I have boarded two dogs for a friend and provided drop-in visits for a former neighbor for about a year after that and worked at a pet hotel from '17-'19 in which time I got a dog training certification. I have some experience taking care of mice and hamsters and would like to learn how to care for rats and snakes. I'm currently looking for part-time work and would be more than happy to provide the love and care that your fur babies require in your absence. I'm also a newer driver and could really use the experience. Afternoons and evenings work best but please don't be shy about asking for morning services. Depending on the service and your pet's needs, I will spend as much time as they need whether it be a brief or long walk, cuddling on the couch, etc. I will be working part-time starting April 14, 2024. I will have a schedule ready sometime afterwards. Hopefully it will be in the next few weeks. I will keep your pet indoors for the most part, depending on the pet. I prefer to keep dogs on a leash when they go out for walks and to potty unless there is a fenced in yard.

Every fur baby has their own unique personality and needs and I am well equipped and able to keep them safe and happy while in my care.
About: I’ve been involved with dogs and horses my entire life. I’ve trained a wide variety of dogs including, reactive dogs, puppies, seniors, small dogs, big dogs, nervy dogs and even some more challenging training like obedience and agility. With experience in house sitting, dog walking, public training, private sessions and more. I have knowledge in preventing medical illnesses and injuries as well as health and perfect diets. My services will not fail you on reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility. This would currently be my only job and one I would be more dedicated to. My household only has one vehicle at the moment so I would have to work around when my partner needs a ride to work and when I need to pick him up. But other than that I have plenty of free time to tend to your animals. Currently I am available to care for pets in my clients homes, your animals will be in safe hands as well as your home. Being attentive to animals is most important and making sure they get their stimulation for the day as well as exercise. My clients house rules and animal requests are at most importance.

About: I’ve cared for family and friend’s pets for over 20 years. I’ve been a foster mom and I have 5 dogs of all sizes and ages. I am currently working part time so I am able to spend plenty of time playing and walking with your fur baby as needed during the week and sometimes on weekends. About: Aside from my own pets over the years, I’ve also provided care and comfort to pets of family and friends. Whether in my home or yours, I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I know how hard it is to find a safe place for our fur babies when we have to travel. Our pittie mutt, Hank, can’t wait to meet your pups! I recently retired after 36 years of teaching and have lots of free time to care for your fur babies. We have a large fenced in deck (and pool for our swimmers). Our 12 acres are not fenced but are cleared for easy walks, on or off lead as desired. Our home sits well off the main road. We’re not opposed to taking pups for rides in our side by side. House trained dogs have freedom in our home. We’re suckers who allow pets on furniture and provide all the love and cuddles needed to make them comfortable. We have plenty of room for crates if your pup is more comfortable in one. In your home, I will follow your house rules. Depending on location, I can come and visit or stay overnight. About: I've had the privilege of loving a variety of dogs: a large rottie/shepherd mix, a rat terrier, and currently an american lab puppy. Now that our lab is beginning to calm down, I'm eager to use my energy to help other people care for their pets! We used Rover for many years and I understand how important it is to find loving, last minute care for your beloved pet. I'll be sure to show your pups the best of care while you're away! I live by Barclay mountain, south of Towanda and commute to the Sayre/Athens area for work, which allows me to check in on pets in a wide range. I'd be happy to swing by before and after work as well as on my lunch as long as your location allows! We have a large, unfenced lawn (one day planning to put in a fence for future farm animals) and a small pond on our large, wooded property. Our dog is boundary trained but we keep a long 50 foot lead for visitors! Dogs are welcome to snuggle up on the couch but generally expected to sleep in their crate or bed as bedrooms are off limits to our furry friends. When I come to you to care for your pets, it's important to me that I follow the usual routine that you've established with them!

About: I have a country setting home and have a mini farm that's slowly growing. My animals are part of my family so they are treated as so. I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys and my days consist of caring for my entire family. Have transportation if necessary and an incredible vet if anything God forbid were to happen during my care. Proper care consisting of following proper feeding schedules. Exercise consists of walks at the park and bathing if necessary. Lots of cuddles of pets if necessary and probably if not but definitely observant of pets needs. All animals will be given the respect they deserve. I'm fully aware of all normal dietary restrictions animals have.

About: I’ve been dog and cat sitting since I was 15, and I worked as a veterinary assistant for 4 years. I have continued to educated myself on veterinary topics and have a love for all animals. I currently work from home 5 days a week from 8-4:30pm, so I can be at home with your pet all day long. My schedule is extremely flexible! I have former veterinary experience and plan to abide by safety rules of the owner. When walking, all dogs will be kept on a leash and will not leave them unattended outside of the home.
