“Kaipo loved Scotts home. He was so excited to be there. Nice big yard to run around in and other dogs to play with as well. One of the biggest changes I noticed after Kaipos' stay was that he now returns the ball to me when we play fetch. He would never do that before. Keep away was his favorite game. Took him to dog park and I was throwing the ball for him for nearly an hour. He bought it back every time, dropped it and waited for me to pick it up and throw it again. That was a nice change and I want to thank Scott for fixing that. I had fun.”

About: I’ve been around dogs and animals in general since a young age, with my grandpa running a small farm. I’ve grown up around breeds like German Shepherds, and have always taken care of friends’ dogs while they were in vacation. I learned a lot from my fiancé, who ran a successful dog walking business in New York City Give yourself peace of mind, your dog is in safe, loving, caring hands. I’m currently working from home with a special schedule which I take advantage of as it frees up a lot of time during the day. Pet care fits into it quite easily, as I have a daily routine I follow which includes dog walks, time with the dogs outside and of course feedings (and tending medicine when needed). I have a home situated on a quiet, secluded private lot that backs up onto a river with several trails within a short walking distance. The yard is secluded, well shaded and has ample space. I take care to be active with the dogs, so I usually toss frisbees or play fetch several times a day to keep them content. I walk my dogs twice around the neighborhood. Besides home, I have a number of dog-friendly trails and parks both in East Stroudsburg and nearby where I bring the dogs for some quality time outside. This includes hiking on trails and in the mountains, bringing the dogs to rivers or lakes, I mix it up each week depending on the weather conditions. Any time I go on an outdoor adventure, I make sure I have the owner’s consent. Their dogs will always be hydrated and have a snack. I only ask that if your dog has specific dietary needs or is taking medication, that you provide me with the necessary information and schedule. I have two modes of transport for dogs, both of which offer plenty of space, safety and comfort for the dogs while en route.

About: As a dedicated dog mom to two big boys — Tucker (95 lb Pitbull) and Roman (75 lb Boxer) — I understand that every pet has unique needs. Tucker has skin allergies, so I’m experienced with special care routines, and Roman has focal seizures and requires medication every 12 hours, which has made me very comfortable administering meds and staying attentive to health changes. I grew up with a Miniature Schnauzer, Snuggles (14 wonderful years), and our cat, Cuddles (18 years), so caring for animals has truly been a lifelong part of who I am. About: I have been in pet care since I 2019 starting with my own puppy. Since then I have worked in professional pet care in education and training through Petco and local businesses. I am dedicated to providing the best and personalized care to your fur baby. I know how important trusting someone to watch over your pet is. I myself have three dogs, two cats, one bird, one spider, five frogs, and one house full of beautiful chaos and love. I want to be the person to put your mind at ease while you are away. During my time with your animals, I will treat them as they are my own with kindness and respect. I will be honored to help care for your little (or big) pet babies! I want this to be my full time job as much as possible. I have my internship (animal care at a local AZA certified zoo) Monday and Friday, but am otherwise free. I have a two story duplex with a fenced in yard in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I love being outdoors and can even offer hikes after getting to know your dogs a little more. I thrive on attention to detail and can even do medication administration and body examinations.

I have experience with senior dogs who may need a little more time to walk or some extra help up on the bed. I am able to provide medication (liquid, tablet, topical, ointments, etc.). I am very thorough and detail oriented and am able to provide that same form to both the pet and for the owner in their own individual ways. From laying in bed with me, to an endless supply of toys and treats, these boys get birthday parties and much more! I allow the pets to lay in bed, utilize the sofa and chairs, and have free roam of the house. I follow the client's routines to a T as well in order to maintain consistency as consistency is key!
About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience caring for dogs with a wide range of needs. I currently care for three dogs of my own, including a senior dog who requires extra patience, attention, and gentle care. I also cared for my previous dog throughout his battle with epilepsy. Since I am a Nursing Student at ESU, my daily schedule is jam-packed with classes. However, my evenings are usually relatively open and I am always open to overnight sitting! I love animals with all my heart and spending time with different personalities is really special to me. I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. In my client's home, I make it a priority to keep your pet's routine as consistent as possible by following feeding schedules, providing fresh water, going on walks or playing as needed, cleaning up after them, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. I'm also happy to administer oral medications and provide extra care for senior pets or those with special needs. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets. About: I've taken care of various animals my whole life. I have watched and help train the pets of friends and family for many years. As a special needs dog mom, I understand the importance of quality care and would provide nothing but the best for your pet! I am a stay at home mom so my availability is fairly flexible for me to have plenty of time to spend with your pet! Took him to dog park and I was throwing the ball for him for nearly an hour. He bought it back every time, dropped it and waited for me to pick it up and throw it again. That was a nice change and I want to thank Scott for fixing that. I had fun.”

Our dog (Benny) was just diagnosed as being hypothyroid and was dealing with many different associated conditions that required medicines and a lot of extra care.
