Our dog (Benny) was just diagnosed as being hypothyroid and was dealing with many different associated conditions that required medicines and a lot of extra care. This was why we decided to try Rover rather than just boarding him at a kennel. Johanny was available at late notice and was amazing with Benny. We received pictures each day and she had no trouble administering all the medications. He was healthy when we returned and we are incredibly grateful for the care that she provided. About: I’ve been dog sitting for 4 years and have been around all kinds of dogs my whole life. About: Back home I took care of many animals in my town. I raised a Husky, a Boxer-Lab, a Leopard Gecko and a Bearded Dragon as well. I have taken care of plenty of dogs, cats, puppies and even some farm animals for friends. Groomed, Served ice cream to dogs and cats at an animal ice cream parlor, walked dogs, dog-sat, and raised some amazing animals which tuned me into true animal care. I am currently raising an Australian Shepherd, Ziggy! He is full of life and super eager-to-learn, high maintenance too which is right up my alley. He is leash trained and off-leash, potty trained and loves to go to dog parks and run around till he can’t no more! Daily we walk Ziggy around town, give him plenty of potty breaks and playtime! He loves tossing around teddy bears and licking play-mats in his free time. I wake up and feed Ziggy, then take him outside, and feed him for dinner as well. We train him every day with certain commands and tricks. With all of my animals, I make sure to get them outside enough and play with them as much as I can. At home I always make sure my animals get fed twice a day and have water at all times and I always have water when going out on long walks, drives, and to the park. I am super on-top-of making sure they get enough potty breaks and teach them how to react a certain way when I ask if they want “Outside?Potty?” to house train.

About: I have years of experience. i have had animals all my life and have taken care of all different kinds - turtles, sugar gliders, rabbits, ferrets, lizards, cats and dogs. i have had to take care of senior dogs, and of dogs that needed medications everyday for either seizures or for pain due to being hit by a car. I work from home, i can play or arrange services M-W til 3p, Th and Fri all day long, and the Weekends before 7a and after 3p they can be all mine. About: I’ve grown up around all different types of dogs: Maltese poodles, labs, Frenchies, bulldogs, and more! I’m an occupational therapy assistant looking to make some extra income and share my love for furry friends! Currently I am on summer break and I am available for walks and visits any time of day. I am also available on weekends with booking in advance. I am comfortable walking dogs of all sizes and strengths! I am very aware of my surroundings on walks and will take any precautions to ensure your furry friend is safe!

When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow the owner's instructions closely to maintain the pet's normal routine. I provide walks, feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, and companionship while ensuring the home is respected and left exactly as I found it. “This was the first time that we have used rover to board our dog while on vacation, and we were incredibly pleased with the care provided to him by Johanny. Our dog (Benny) was just diagnosed as being hypothyroid and was dealing with many different associated conditions that required medicines and a lot of extra care. This was why we decided to try Rover rather than just boarding him at a kennel. Johanny was available at late notice and was amazing with Benny. We received pictures each day and she had no trouble administering all the medications. He was healthy when we returned and we are incredibly grateful for the care that she provided. We will DEFINITELY be using her again in the future.”

“We, like most pet owners I am sure, were very hesitant to leave our crazy dog with a stranger. Unfortunately A family emergency left us no choice. Once we decided to commit we did a meet n greet with Emanuel (Manny). Emanuel’s love for our four legged animals was apparent from the first meet. During the course of our time away we were given updates and photos of our happy dog. We just picked him up and he was well cared for. We are grateful that should the need to board our Wiley we have a contact that we, including Wiley, can trust.”
