She’s four and half months old and is quite the handful, she’s also very attached to mom and dad. So it goes without saying we were a little nervous about leaving her side. Colleen came in and just blew us away with how patient and courteous she was to our fur baby from the start. We knew instantly we had found the perfect person to watch over her. She truly has a passion for what she does and eased any concerns we had. She was on time and gave us much needed updates throughout her stay. They bonded so well together we were shocked! About: I have been working at a Pet Resort for over a 2 years. I work at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic. I have two dogs of my own. About: I had a border Collie for 17 years now an American shepherd for 1.5 years and he's fully trained already he's great just still a pup. Currently I work part time for an Amish company and I do morning pick ups and evening drop off with Thursday me being at the job all day. With time in advance I can move stuff around if need be. Im basically free all week during the times everyone is working. Well my dog i train and make sure he's behaving before he gets a reward. I don't always make him do stuff for tricks, but I practice commands daily and when it's not raining we go on walks, unfortunately he gets car sick so long drives aren't great for him still. I hug him tell him he's great tell him when he's done something bad as well, Play with toys and I'm currently working on him knowing what toy I'm telling him to get

My 2 youngest grown children have dogs and they are my grand dogs lol. We are a horse family. I have a degree in education and have been a teacher for ever. Communication was perfect throughout the entire stay, she provided both pictures and videos, daily, of our pup enjoying his stay at her home. “Jenna was fantastic, flexible, and fluid in all communication. We were in a pinch from out of state and she responded immediately, was willing to do a meet prior to ensure it was all ok and coordinated with multiple people in my family for drop offs and pick ups throughout the long weekend. She sent pics consistently with context and updates and you could see how at home our sweet Geti girl became after settling in. She really observed Geti to ensure she was as comfortable as possible and gave her all the cuddles. Geti was able to go freely in and outside and relax by the window. We would recommend Jenna to anyone needing some pup sitting or care!”
“Ashley & Jerrell were exceptionally kind & thoughtful, going the extra mile to help us board our dog on short notice during an emergency. Great communication throughout shifting circumstances and they were also very patient with my elderly mother. The only downside was that our dog was crated from 6:30am to 3:30pm while they were at work, but not unexpected.”
