“Lorraine was great with my English bulldog Blu. She was very quick in responding to my messages. Two days before his stay with Lorraine he was bit by a spider and had an allergic reaction and she agreed to administer medication and took a great care of him. When we picked him up he looked happy and healthy so much so that he couldn’t care less that we were there to pick him up lol. Blu had a great time and we recommend and use Lorraine for future stays. About: Hi! My name is Joan. I am recently retired and live on a farm. I have had dogs most of my life and have felt the passion to start dog sitting after losing our 15 yr old beloved dog fairly recently. I sure miss having furry four legged ones around to share my love for dogs, and want to be able to love on yours as I would my own. Having used Rover many times in the past for our own dog over the years, I know how very important it is to find someone you know you can trust to love & care for your pup, that perfect place that you won’t have to worry about them while you hoomans are away, that would be Me! I live on a farm with lots of acreage for running and playing. I also have experience with administering medications if needed. I want to make a worry free home away from home experience for your best friend(s) while mom & dad are away. With being retired, and pretty much a homebody, I will make sure that I will be home at all times to care for your pup. Potty breaks and play time will be frequent, with living on a farm we will be sure and have plenty of walking and running space for your pup. I live on a tucked off the road farm with plenty of acreage to run and play. Our farm is not a working farm, meaning we have no farm animals on the property. I have never crated any of my dogs, therefore I would not be crating yours unless of course you ask me to and provide the crate.

About: I've grown up with multiple dogs at a time, never had a period of time where I was not around dogs. I've raised them from birth to passing away. I love playing with them, caring for them, being there for them and providing love to them. I love going for walks in the parks, around development, etc. Whatever the pup/dog likes to do is fine with me, I have a lot of history with them so I'd be more than happy to provide for any dog! I do have a lot of references just not on rover, they can be provided upon speaking/meeting! I am very accommodating and can stick to your pets schedule as close as possible to yours! I can work my schedule around whatever is needed for care. For example, pets needing strict medicine schedule. I do work during the day but am available with notice! I can provide drop in visits, pet taxi to groomers or vets, dog parks, etc. Cages would need to be provided especially for multiple pets while I am out of the home. Pets have full range of the home. We have gates for the stairs at top and bottom!

We train him every day with certain commands and tricks. With all of my animals, I make sure to get them outside enough and play with them as much as I can. At home I always make sure my animals get fed twice a day and have water at all times and I always have water when going out on long walks, drives, and to the park. I am super on-top-of making sure they get enough potty breaks and teach them how to react a certain way when I ask if they want “Outside?Potty?” to house train.

About: I used to hate cats when I was a kid until I got my first cat, Sombra. She was found on the side of the road as a kitten by a friend and asked if my mother and I could take her in. I was hesitant at first, but decided to give her a chance. 9 years later, and I love her to death, despite her feisty attitude. Most recently,2 years ago, I found 2 more black kittens in an abandoned building, a brother and sister. We took them in with the intention of fostering them until they were old enough to adopt out, but unfortunately, since black cats aren't popular, no one wanted them. I decided to keep them for myself, and now Milan and Marcille are happily living together, with Sombra. (all of my cats are indoor cats)

About: I have been handling animals for about 11 years now. From dogs to cats and even horses. I’m always down to taking dogs on walks or to chilling with cats. Two days before his stay with Lorraine he was bit by a spider and had an allergic reaction and she agreed to administer medication and took a great care of him. I have had dogs most of my life and have felt the passion to start dog sitting after losing our 15 yr old beloved dog fairly recently. I sure miss having furry four legged ones around to share my love for dogs, and want to be able to love on yours as I would my own. Having used Rover many times in the past for our own dog over the years, I know how very important it is to find someone you know you can trust to love & care for your pup, that perfect place that you won’t have to worry about them while you hoomans are away, that would be Me! I live on a farm with lots of acreage for running and playing. I also have experience with administering medications if needed. I want to make a worry free home away from home experience for your best friend(s) while mom & dad are away. With being retired, and pretty much a homebody, I will make sure that I will be home at all times to care for your pup. Potty breaks and play time will be frequent, with living on a farm we will be sure and have plenty of walking and running space for your pup. I live on a tucked off the road farm with plenty of acreage to run and play. Our farm is not a working farm, meaning we have no farm animals on the property. I have never crated any of my dogs, therefore I would not be crating yours unless of course you ask me to and provide the crate.
