No kids, married for over 40 years and living on a small farm in White Hall where we care for our menagerie of 4 legged friends. We know first hand how hard it is to find reliable help to look after our animals and the farm when we need to leave for anything more than a long day. Our alpacas are registered breeding stock and the guineas are for general amusement. But, the cats and dogs are all rescues, receive regular vet care and are fed on a routine schedule. We care deeply about their well being, nurse them like children when they are sick and spend a great deal of time and effort keeping them healthy and happy. We are regulars with our local vet and feed mill and know the area well. Hard work and long days are par for the course for us. Our common sense is well polished and we pay great attention to detail and feel quality communication is key to any relationship. We have been renovating a small farm house for many years, a work in progress as they say. We like to do business in the local community and are now in a position to offer our experience to the pet owners in our area. About: I have been around animals my whole life and I have 2 pets of my own. I feed and take them on walks every day I have 2 pets of my own. A dog named Reese and a cat named Sawyer. I am able to come to someone's home also. I also work in the evenings Wednesday through Sunday so I am able to care for animals in the mornings and all day on the days that I am off from my regular job which is Monday and Tuesday. If you need an overnight sitter I can do that as well. My schedule at work is usually 7 hrs and I would be able to come stay a night after I get off work. We can discuss that at a later time upon booking if needed. I take my dog out on the leash because of the place that I live at doesn't have a fenced in yard. Watch them closely when not on leash. I also have kennels that can separate them if needed.

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t know how to explain this except: Jess is basically Dodger’s second family now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re looking for the type of sitter who treats your dog like FAMILY…like actual family…Jess is the one. I honestly don’t think Dodger realized he was being “boarded.” He thought he was on vacation with his new cousins, new uncles, and his new favorite person on earth (Dan 😆). From the minute we dropped him off, Jess was so reassuring and kind. She sent constant updates, pictures, and little stories that made my heart feel so much better. And not just “here’s your dog existing” pictures…NO. We’re talking: *Dodger cuddling her husband like they’ve been best buds for 10 years *Dodger snuggled up with her youngest like they were watching Saturday morning cartoons *Dodger and Tanner acting like long-lost brothers reunited *Dodger eating, relaxing, wagging his tail like a helicopter blade *Dodger getting a whole spa bath after rolling in the yard mud 😭💀 He even chewed through a Kong, which honestly deserves its own award. I warned her he was a super chewer, but I don’t think ANYONE was ready for him to destroy the “indestructible” toy. She just laughed and sent pictures like, “Welp, he’s having the time of his life.” 😂 The whole time she made sure I felt comfortable…even when my baby stole my phone and I panicked thinking I missed messages 😅 She was patient, flexible, and genuinely cared about him AND about us. Dodger came home happy, clean, tired, and FULL of love. His tail literally didn’t stop wagging the entire stay. And I’m pretty sure he thinks Jess’s house is his second home now…which I’m honestly fine with, because I know he’s safe and adored there. Jess and her whole family are wonderful, warm people. They treated Dodger like he belonged with them, and that’s all a dog mom could ever want. We will definitely be booking again (unless Dan steals him permanently 😂). Thank you, Jess, for loving our boy so well. He misses you all already! ❤️🐾 P.s thank you for being so accommodating and helpful with his bath, I loved getting to pick him up early and snuggle him with us the moment he came home🥹💕”
“This is my very first time using Rover to gin weekend did a wonderful job caring for my 2 year old cat Ninja over the weekend. Colleen’s home was clean and she’s seems to have alot of experience dealing with pets. My cat had never been around a dog before, and Colleen took the time to allow them to acquaint them and they just left each other alone, no fighting.”
