About: I've had the privilege of loving a variety of dogs: a large rottie/shepherd mix, a rat terrier, and currently an american lab puppy. Now that our lab is beginning to calm down, I'm eager to use my energy to help other people care for their pets! We used Rover for many years and I understand how important it is to find loving, last minute care for your beloved pet. I'll be sure to show your pups the best of care while you're away! I live by Barclay mountain, south of Towanda and commute to the Sayre/Athens area for work, which allows me to check in on pets in a wide range. I'd be happy to swing by before and after work as well as on my lunch as long as your location allows! We have a large, unfenced lawn (one day planning to put in a fence for future farm animals) and a small pond on our large, wooded property. Our dog is boundary trained but we keep a long 50 foot lead for visitors! Dogs are welcome to snuggle up on the couch but generally expected to sleep in their crate or bed as bedrooms are off limits to our furry friends. When I come to you to care for your pets, it's important to me that I follow the usual routine that you've established with them!

About: I have a country setting home and have a mini farm that's slowly growing. My animals are part of my family so they are treated as so. I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys and my days consist of caring for my entire family. Have transportation if necessary and an incredible vet if anything God forbid were to happen during my care. Proper care consisting of following proper feeding schedules. Exercise consists of walks at the park and bathing if necessary. Lots of cuddles of pets if necessary and probably if not but definitely observant of pets needs. All animals will be given the respect they deserve. I'm fully aware of all normal dietary restrictions animals have.

All boarders roam free during the day and sleep on floor or in bed you provide at night. Feedings and treats on daily schedule. Daily exercise in yard if good weather. Dogs roam our secured house freely. Will either be on leash or on zip run if in yard. If dogs need to be separated we have a room we use for that purpose. If your dog likes to sleep in kennel please bring with you or we will provide a kennel or cage (extra fee).

I am not grossed out by any mess your pet may make and will keep the space clean. Normally work 7-noon 3 days a week. My job is very flexible and could change to suite you and your pets needs! In July of 2025, we had to put our 14 year old dog, Roxie, down.. This was very depressing as she was the best girl. I have some experience taking care of mice and hamsters and would like to learn how to care for rats and snakes. I'm currently looking for part-time work and would be more than happy to provide the love and care that your fur babies require in your absence. I have an adorable tabby cat, Pippi, who may come out to greet your pet but typically prefers to stay by herself.

About: I’ve been dog and cat sitting since I was 15, and I worked as a veterinary assistant for 4 years. I have continued to educated myself on veterinary topics and have a love for all animals. I currently work from home 5 days a week from 8-4:30pm, so I can be at home with your pet all day long. My schedule is extremely flexible! I have former veterinary experience and plan to abide by safety rules of the owner. When walking, all dogs will be kept on a leash and will not leave them unattended outside of the home. I have experience administering medications and fluids.
