We haven’t left our dogs for overnight boarding in a few years and were worried about how they’d do…but it looks like they had a blast! “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We will definitely be calling again to have them watch our little fur baby!”
About: I've had dogs in my life since I was in my 20s. I have crate and potty trained all my dogs. I have patience and compassion for dogs. I would often meet up with friends and family at house party gathering and dog park gatherings to socialize my dogs and to show them love, companionship, and that they are a member of the family not only a pet. I've kept and cared for dogs until there dying age and paid for there cremation. I am indeed a dog loving person. I am currently taking care of my mom who has dementia 24/7 and I am home with her all day. The only days I'm out the house is when my mom or myself have a doctor's appointment. The time I have during the day, I can do dog walks and drop by to feed and let your dog out to your yard. I currently have a chiwawa mix dog name Romeo and he is fed, taken out for walks and sleeps on my sofa everyday. He is encouraged to play, fetch and have treats as rewards. He is shown love everyday and has all his shots and vet visits up to date.

“This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets since I was a toddler. I grew up on a farm. I love all animals and treat them with compassion! Some people call me the real Snow White. I’ve rehabbed / saved several wild animals back to their natural environment. I can provide the care needed for your furbaby whether its special needs, puppy, lazy or hyper baby - I am ready and willing to treat them like family. There will always be someone home during the work week.. I have a flexible work schedule. I work in the office few times a week; however, work is only a mile away so I come home for an hour lunch break at noon (Schedule is 8-5). My husband works overnight (remote) and sleeps for few hours in the early mornings then takes the dogs for a walk later in the afternoon. We are typically home during the weekends with few hours here and there for errands. There will never be a time we are gone for more than 4 hours at a time. I have walking trails in the area to walk your dogs within my community. I have a small backyard for small dogs or seniors; if walks are not part of their daily routine. If they enjoy car rides I am happy to take them on small local trails or a local doggy park. I have 2 loving chihuahuas who will keep your baby/babies company. My boys are crate trained, but I am flexible with your needs. I am happy to crate or not crate based on your preference.

About: I have had various dogs since I was a child including dachshunds, jack russels, and chihuahuas. I’ve always helped around the house and with the animals. (We’ve even had goats, chickens, goats, and a pig! So I know how to handle different dynamics.) I have trained and taken care of my own dachshund puppy over the past two years. About: I’ve always been a dog family, growing up with always 2 dogs or more in my family households. When I was 20, I adopted my soul dog Dusty, who was extremely dog reactive. He showed me a lot of how to deal with reactive dogs, especially on walks and dealing with strangers who may not get that their dog may be friendly, but yours may need that extra space to be comfortable. I now also own two cats, adopted from the local shelter Paws and they have become my life. They are very clingy but also shy towards strangers. So I also very understand if you own some shy cats, I would love them just the same! I currently live all year in State College, work full time but still have plenty of time for my cats and still have more time for others. Just let me know 24 hours ahead or more and it can happen! I am fully comfortable crating all kinds of dogs, walking any breed, or dealing with any shy temperamental cat. I really love animals with all my heart, and you have my word when you’re not home- you don’t need to worry about your furry loved one back home.
About: I I worked with animals at Wyomissing animal Hospital as a kennel tech where I will take care of them after surgery before surgery while they’re ill on boarding, I would walk them feed them medicate them if needed. I also worked at leesport pet resort where I would walk animals I have experience with cats, dogs, large, and small breed I do take care of my grandchildren in the morning, so pet care fits into my schedule as I am very flexible. I worked at why missing animal Hospital in the kennel as a kennel technician I used to take care of the animals and their surgery and gave medication as needed. Also walked at dogs took care of the cats before and after surgery as well. I will be walking dogs at my home. I live on a farm so they will be kept on leash and all times when the outside and being walked in exercise daily not just for a potty break. Also in the client’s home I would go in let them out walk them take care of them give them medication if they are needed to have medication throughout the day.

I work part time, and I'm trying to get back into pet sitting in my spare time. I love being around animals, and can be flexible with my schedule. I have 2 dogs of my own. I offer in home services, however if absolutely needed I could board your dog here in my finished basement. Has an exit right to the yard, and your dog wouldn't have to interact with mine.
About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve been around all kinds of animals my whole life, from chickens, hamsters to cats, dogs, and even horses. I’ve helped care for cats and dogs for family and friends in the past, providing feeding, playtime, companionship, and general care. I genuinely love spending time with animals! I’m very patient and understanding, which I think is super important when it comes to pet care (and earning their trust!). I am a college student but I usually only have two classes in the morning, which leaves me free the rest of the day to give your pets plenty of attention, care, and love! I have a fenced backyard and a super friendly, medium-sized dog, along with a cat who spends most of her day exploring outside. If your pet needs privacy or separate space, I totally understand and have room to accommodate that.
About: I've had a variety of pets in my life more often than not. Pets become family members and I want to be your pet's second family! Let me take care of their needs when you need time away on vacation or work prevents you from doing it. I'm willing to help in any way with senior pets and I have the energy to keep pace with your high energy pets. I am finishing my 24th year as a middle school teacher. If I have patience with high energy 5th graders, your pet will be a piece of cake! I am a 5th grade Science and Social Studies teacher. During the school year I am available for early morning check ins and any time after 4 pm. during the week. My weekends are open to fulfill your needs at any time. Between June 1st and August 14th my schedule to help you out is wide open. In your house it is your rules. I will follow whatever guidelines and directions you have for me. At my house, I am willing to crate or not. Whatever your preference. I do have a nice sized yard, but unfortunately it is only fenced in at my pool. I would have to supervise your pet in my yard.

About: fostered 3 litters of kittens, pet sat for family friends with a dog and 2 indoor/outdoor cats, I have cared for a senior dog and also senior cats before. Im graduated from high school on summer break waiting to go off to college and looking for something to do with animals because I love them! I have no other job so Ill be available really any time Im needed There is a fenced yard with our family dog Ezra to play with, also 2 cats, I love walking dogs and dont mind letting them out or taking them out often. “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We will definitely be calling again to have them watch our little fur baby!”

About: I am a Boxer Mom for my 2 girls Jesse & June. We have a single family home, with a 6 ft privacy fence yard. My boyfriend and I both work from home full time and are extending our care to other dogs. We have had dogs our whole lives and want to help families that need dog & puppy care. 🐾 I currently work from home full time. I take our dogs out every 3-4 hours, but able to do more if needed. We have a large yard and are able to offer lots of play for high energy dogs, and lots of love to the slower snuggly ones. :) We have a 6 foot vinyl privacy fence with 2 gates. We crate train our dogs if we leave the home, when we are home they are out with us at all times. We do have 2 additional crates here with us.
