My first fur baby Elli, a dachshund recently passed away; in saying that I am letting you know that I'm an expert in senior care and giving animals medications as well. Her meds were a full time job. I walk my dog almost daily and love to exercise animals, so I'd love to walk your animals too! Just a part-time registered nurse over here looking to fill my spare time and love on some fur babies! I'm a per diem registered nurse who works evenings and nights so I have lots of time from morning to afternoon to care for your pet. (I have a diabetic cat with kidney failure, so I have experience with difficult medical conditions.) I've had dogs and cats for 8+ years. I live on a farm so I'm always on the go. I love playing fetch or tug of war, going for walks or anything else active, but I also enjoy lounging on the couch with my pets as well. My favorite breed is the Labrador Retriever, but I love all the other breeds as well!
About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have had experience owning other pets such as geckos, cats, and snakes. I’ve been a pet sitter for a little over two years. My true passion for pet sitting comes from my desire to be accompanied by them, dogs specifically. I work with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and personalities. Dogs of all backgrounds tend to gravitate towards me and I have never had any negative interactions. While studying for my undergrad, I was actually in charge of all the live animal specimens present on the University grounds. Feeding, exercise, and handling/care were done daily, which can explain my comfortability and familiarity with pet care. I currently am home as I finish my masters degree online so my daily schedule is fairly free. I workout and do part-time contract work when I am not doing schoolwork. I’m extremely flexible and will be willing to meet your needs as best as possible. Simply put, I treat the pets like they are my own. I ensure they are met with sufficient attention, exercise, nutrition, and safety while under my supervision. Minimizing stress is my biggest concern (my dog has separation anxiety so I know how it can be). I’ve found it helpful in the past to use my own dog as a bridge between myself and the client’s pet, as his presence tends to build confidence and reassurance.

About: I had only dogs for many many years and absolutely love dogs! I then moved abroad for the past 12 years and due to living in a building which allowed no dogs I decided instead to invest in a kitten.. Here we are, years later and I've become rather cat crazy! We have 4, 3 of which we brought with us all the way from the UK to love with us here in Danville. I love how each cat carries their own personality, likes, dislikes and quirks and I have learned to be patient a great deal thanks to these little flurries of fur. I also once owned rabbits, chickens, peacocks, fish, a squirrel named "Giblet" and spent time around cows and pigs as well. Animals give us warmth and love, be it a cozy chihuahua or a frowning lizard and I love them all! I am new here in town and wish to establish myself as a carer and guardian of your pets when you need a hand. I genuinely will love and cherish them in the short time I might spend with them.. Their safety, happiness and calmness are important to me and I will give all my devotion to them while in my care or in your home. I hope to be here for you anytime you need.! We have just moved here from the UK in mid 2024. Our 4 cats are the biggest part of our lives and as I work from home I am so attached to them! That freedom can also allow me to care for your pet as well and love them as if they were my own while you are away! For now I have decided to offer myself up to visit your home when you wish to feed, walk and play with your pets as well as those necessary litter box details if you have cats.. I am honest and dependable with a deep love for animals and for being kind and gentle. I won't just feed them and leave.. Whether you have dogs, cats or any other animal, I will spend some time with them, make sure they feel safe and warm and be your eyes and ears during your absence. I would be thrilled to send you photos or video or even a live face to face call with your pets. I am a southern boy raised by strong southern women and I absolutely will respect your home, property and pets. In the near future I will also offer a boarding option as well after I've settled in here in Danville. I am willing to travel a but out of the area if you need as well. Other services I will consider providing are house sitting your home with or without pets. I am flexible and truly well meaning and respectful and hope to become your "Go-To" Guy!

About: I have been passionate about the care of animals ever since I was a child. I’ve owned 4 dogs of my own and would love the opportunity to care for your fur baby. I now have the time and space to offer my home and large, fenced-in yard to dog sitting services for your dog’s needs. Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine. I work full-time from home, so I’m able to provide constant supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. My own dog, Kip, is part of a consistent schedule that includes two to three walks daily, outdoor time in our large fenced-in yard, playtime, and downtime for rest and cuddles.
