About: I have always had experience with dogs. I have had dogs my whole life and I know how to care for them. I have also had experience training puppies as I have had two of them. I feed and let my dogs out daily. I also make sure they get enough exercise and take them for walks as much as I can. We put one of my dogs on a leash while they go to the bathroom and let my other dog roam wherever she pleases because she knows the boundaries of the yard.

About: I’ve always been a dog family, growing up with always 2 dogs or more in my family households. When I was 20, I adopted my soul dog Dusty, who was extremely dog reactive. He showed me a lot of how to deal with reactive dogs, especially on walks and dealing with strangers who may not get that their dog may be friendly, but yours may need that extra space to be comfortable. I now also own two cats, adopted from the local shelter Paws and they have become my life. They are very clingy but also shy towards strangers. So I also very understand if you own some shy cats, I would love them just the same! I currently live all year in State College, work full time but still have plenty of time for my cats and still have more time for others. Just let me know 24 hours ahead or more and it can happen! I am fully comfortable crating all kinds of dogs, walking any breed, or dealing with any shy temperamental cat. I am a teacher who is home for the summer break! Since I am home, I am flexible and can fit to your scheduling needs! At our home, we prioritize safety, trust, and creating a comfortable environment for every pet. We have one dog, Obi, and one cat, both of whom are used to having visitors. Obi is always excited to meet new friends and loves playtime, while our cat is more independent and enjoys keeping to herself, but she’s used to having dogs around. When caring for pets in our home, we ensure walks are safe by always leashing our pup, and we use a lead for supervised outdoor play and potty breaks in the backyard. Obi is crated when we leave the house, ensuring he’s safe and secure. He has access to his food bowl throughout the day, allowing him to graze at his own pace. However, we’re happy to accommodate any special feeding routines or requests to ensure your pet feels comfortable and well cared for.
