When we arrived home and unpacked his bag, she had taken the time to handcraft an ornament with his name. This will be Bean's first Christmas and she gave us his first ornament. We suffered the loss of both of our beloved dogs, Cappy and Blue within less than 3 months less than a year ago. One from old age and one from cancer. We have been so careful and diligent with our new rescue Bean. She knew this and accommodated our paranoia with compassion and understanding. About: I was 10 when I first convinced my mom to let me have a cat and I have never looked back. I helped my local shelters by volunteering and fostering when I was 10. Went on the being the primary care taker to my childhood cats as they entered their senior years. This included giving them pills and liquid meditation as well topical wound care. Now I help my cats by occasionally giving baths, nail trims, teeth brushing, and some anxiety medications. About: I currently own 4 fur babies. Two dogs, two cats. I KNOW how important it is for pets to be properly cared for, because I want my pets getting the same worry free care. I've been taking care of animals most of my life, and worked for a professional pet care service. I make sure that my pets, and yours always get the best attention and care possible. Depending on the service, I can be there for a full overnight stay, anytime from Wed-Mon. If it's a simple walk, I will usually try to be there 10 minutes in advance. No matter what, my schedule is open In my home my dogs are always leashed when outside. My cats always have fresh litter, water and food. My dogs get fresh water 1-2 times per day. Depending on the service requested, I can make sure they're fed, empty their litter, water, anything to make sure they're comfortable! You'll get a picture each time I visit of your fur baby to let you know they're alright.

About: My husband and I are animal lovers in general and dog lovers in particular. We always worry when boarding our own dogs and, now that we've retired, we wanted to provide a "home like" boarding service for other dog lovers. We have 2 rooms dedicated for the dogs to roam free. Sofa for lounging and television or music available during their stay. Bright sunlight and large windows. We have a large kennel that is outside and the dogs are free to come and go through a doggie door in our kitchen. We have many years experience caring for dogs and our family currently includes 2 bichon Frise. They are both peaceful and friendly and love meeting new dog friends. We wanted to provide a reasonably priced animal boarding service close to home. We are located in Hunlock Creek, 25 minutes from Dallas or Wilkes-Barre, 15 minutes from Nanticoke. Drop off time is anytime from 9AM on and Pick up time is by noon or you must schedule another day. If special times are needed let us know. We will also board birds and small pets at a lower rate. Ask us. Please visit us to see our home ! We are retired and available most days full time - check the calendar. All boarders roam free during the day and sleep on floor or in bed you provide at night. Feedings and treats on daily schedule. Daily exercise in yard if good weather. Dogs roam our secured house freely. Will either be on leash or on zip run if in yard. If dogs need to be separated we have a room we use for that purpose. If your dog likes to sleep in kennel please bring with you or we will provide a kennel or cage (extra fee).
About: I have cared for all kinds of animals since I was a child. I put only three years of experience because that’s when I turned 18. I have dealt with small dogs, big dogs, medium dogs, cats, and other kinds of furry and non-furry pets. I am always off Monday and Thursday and have a random third day off. About: I've taken care and rescued all sorts of animals from guinea pigs to giant pitties. I have been in rescue for about 9 years. It comes out of pocket, but if I don't save them or help who will? I am also good at medication injection and oral administration of medication as well. I can do walks, check in's, doggy day care, house sit, etc. I will accommodate your needs for your furbaby. I am not afraid of bigger dogs as most people might be. I think of them as giant teddy bears. I will send plenty of updates and pictures as I know leaving your furbaby with a stranger can be absolutely nerve wrecking. Whatever makes my customer happy I will be more than willing to meet their request. Just give me instruction, your furbabies name, any allergies, medications, walk/yard time and frequency, feeding schedule, and any other information you see fit and I guarantee your precious furbaby will find a new friend! I am currently employed part time and in school part time this semster over at Johnson College for Veterinary Nursing. My schedule is pretty packed, but I will make accommodations with you to accommodate the needs of your furbabies or ones with scales. I moved in March of last year so boarding at the new place might be a bit busy. I do have enough room to accommodate at least 3 dogs. I don't have a fenced in yard at my apartment however I love to take them on long walks. I have walked dogs of all sizes. Super tiny to 100+lbs. I also have my own pupper Krypto so if boarding at my home please make sure your dog is other dog friendly as well as cats. I have 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 rat and a goldfish. If you are looking to board in my home I suggest a meet & greet to make sure your furbabies and mine are safe for their stay. I care for my clients furbabies like they are my own. About: I was raised in a household with at least 2 dogs at a time, not including the ones that we would foster here and there and I have been pet sitting for 4 years; throughout my time doing so I have meet all types of dogs with a variety of personalities and temperaments. I have worked with great danes to chihuahuas, including (mostly) mutts of different sizes. I have had to deal with very old and sickly pets that required a lot of time and devotion, and I have dealt with very young puppies that required constant watch. No matter what, my schedule is open In my home my dogs are always leashed when outside. My cats always have fresh litter, water and food. My dogs get fresh water 1-2 times per day. Depending on the service requested, I can make sure they're fed, empty their litter, water, anything to make sure they're comfortable! You'll get a picture each time I visit of your fur baby to let you know they're alright.
About: My wife and I have had our own dog Yoshi for 10 years and have experience grooming for even longer. I've worked at two different pet adoption clinics and kennels in WI, and PA as well as a pet resort! I am trained in (human) First aid and CPR as well as Pet CPR! About: I have cared for dogs and cats since I was a child. I have always had pets, and they were all family members. I went to school for Horse Husbandry. I have always been a horse person. We always had multiple animals in the house when my children were young. My dog, Nina recently passed at 17 and she had been my traveling companion all of her life. That being said, I am not an early morning person. I usually am up before 9 though. I recently moved to Dancing Hen farm with my cats. They are strictly indoor cats until the spring. They are fed wet food twice daily and always have dry food. I feed Dilly, my step dog premium kibble with Freshpet, cheese, eggs, and chicken twice daily. She gets plenty of exercise on the farm. All of our pets are allowed to sit, sleep, nap wherever they want, including our bed and the tables. Everyone has a different style of living with with animal family, so I would do as you do with your furbaby.

About: I have been around animals my entire life and I love them. I grow up with 2 pit bulls and a little min pin so size does not matter. I will enjoy walking and playing as much that is needed feeding, watering, etc. I’m always home even on the weekends so my availability is pretty flexible. I am also available to travel and stay for a short period of time if need be. I have experience with small and larger dogs. I have never had cat myself but my family does, so I have experience there also. I would never neglect any kind of animal when there with me. About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. My children are well versed in animal care and also understand giving space to a new animal, calm energy, etc. I will always setup a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Medications can be distributed, and special diets can be managed.
