Elizabeth took her time with him, allowed me to set up a meet and greet an did three separate days with him before my vacation when he would be spending 6 days with her. He did great and Elizabeth kept me updated the entire time. She obviously has experience with all types of behavioral and health needs and it is clear how much she cares for and loves animals. About: Hello! I am home for the summer and looking to spend my time with adorable pets and show them some love! I have been taking care of my two dogs since the 5th grade and I just graduated college. I love going for walks and playing fetch. I’m also content chilling on the couch and watching doggies nap. Most days I don’t have any obligations throughout the whole day and can work my daily tasks and errands around walking or checking on dogs. I always make sure my pets have water available all the time, especially in the summer. My dogs usually go on a leash when they are outside, and I feel most comfortable walking dogs with a leash. My dogs eat at the same time every day and get lots of attention when inside.

Justin is the son of a veterinarian and has had experience with many types of animals. Our daughters have never not shared a home with a furry best friend and are both nurturing animal lovers. We currently share our home with a very lovable hound mix pup (Finn) that we adopted from a local rescue at 4 months old. We also adopted an adult rescue kitty (Lewis) in the spring of 2022. “Wonderful experience for us and for Gus The Wonder Dog. We indicated at booking we would drop him off between 9 and 9:30 am and pick him up between 4 and 4:30 pm. We discovered before we dropped him off the first morning that our group would be eating dinner about 3 miles from the sitter's home. To pick him up at 4:30, return him to the B&B, and then drive back to dinner venue would have added about 15 - 18 miles of driving in somewhat heavy traffic. I asked if we could pick him up after dinner”

Dogs are not allowed outside without a leash or tether at my house. I’m most comfortable with dogs being leashed until I know their recall abilities with me. About: I was never allowed a dog as a kid, so I took any opportunity to walk and dog sit my neighbors and family’s dog. I lived with my cousin for 5 years who has a 60 pound St. Bernard mix. I take all diets extremely seriously, and I am always ready to play with toys, outside or just hang in the house depending on what your dog in in the mood for!

“Wow Missy is fantastic, she sent me messages before we took our dog over to make sure we were OK with everything. Made sure to introduce the dogs in a safe and controlled manner. Spent time with us settling our 1st time nerves and then sent updates and pictures the whole time Artemis was there. Our dog had a fantastic time and I think given the choice she would have stayed longer. We will definitely be going back and I will look at dropping her off for day care once a month at least to keep the friendship between the dogs going and make sure Artemis is excited to go over.
