About: I would like to own my own pup, but my lifestyle doesn't allow me to give it the attention it needs. Dog sitting is the perfect balance between allowing me to care for a pup when I'm available and not having to worry about the responsibility when I'm traveling. My family owns 4 cats - Peaches, Pepper, McCoy and Wonks. They are cool cats, and are mostly unbothered by other pups being around, as they grew up with my father's dog - Jake Dog. Jake Dog is a very intelligent GSP whom I had a hand in training and learning training techniques in both public puppy school and in home private lessons. Not that I want to train your dog, I just want to walk it and play fetch with it. I will only take in a dog that I am able to commit to full time for the duration of their stay. Dayna made sure we got pics everyday at both visits and we even got some FaceTime in on Sunday morning. They were well cared for...and didn't miss us quite as much as I hoped they would LOL. I recently lost my female German Shepherd; & a year prior my male Siberian Husky. My male Siberian was epileptic so I’m experienced in offering meds and know that having them on hand & on time IS A MUST for things of this nature! My shepherd was very elderly (about 14) & required a lot of extra love, care & attention also. So I am also compassionate about animals that need some extra loving. *I offer very basic kitty care. I cannot host cats in my home due to the prey drive of my husky, sometimes she’s ok with them, other times not. *I’ll do feedings for lizards as I have had a few bearded dragons myself as well so I’m knowledgeable here also. (But under no circumstances ask me to care for your snake, or your spider!) ***I offer potty breaks, walks, playtime, feed & water breaks, treat time, medication administration ALL in my standard fee.
