“I had a fantastic experience with Crystal while she looked after my 9-month-old Snowshoe cat, Mavis, during my spring break. Right from the meet and greet, she knew her stuff. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. “Alexus was wonderful with our fur babies! We have grumpy 15 year Yorkiepoo, Dooney, that doesn’t do great with new people, but and he was fine with Alexus. She even gave Dooney his medicine. We also have a rescue Yorkie that weighs 2 pounds who needs to be coaxed to eat. Alexus let him sit on her lap and held his food dish until he was comfortable enough to eat! She’s the dog whisperer ? Alexus was great with communication, very flexible and sent us awesome photo updates every day. We would love to have Alexus look after our babies again, and would recommend her to others!”
About: I have been taking care of my families dogs for as long as I can remember and I also have my own dog and I love spending time with animals and getting to be a part of their happiness! I am currently working full time as a caregiver, however, I have Saturday evenings off and I have all day on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays off so I will have plenty of time to play with your animals! About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have had experience owning other pets such as geckos, cats, and snakes. I’ve been a pet sitter for a little over two years. About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life, at least 8 over the years, plus 9 puppies we rehomed to better lives. My mom and I were always the type to stop for any dog that needed help, so caring for them just became second nature to me. I was always the go-to in my family when it came to looking after them, no matter how many we had at once. Your dog will be in hands that genuinely love them. I have a flexible schedule so I'm available pretty much anytime. If you're able to book it, I'm always there and ready. I care for pets in my home and treat them like my own. I make sure they're comfortable, well fed, and never left feeling alone. I offer walks, boarding, and daycare.
About: I have taken care of a large variety of dogs since I was in middle school, outside of the 3 I have grown up with. I have always been reliable to feed, walk, play and give potty breaks according to each dog’s needs. I’ve worked with dogs ranging from 5 lbs to 150 lbs, and dogs of all ages. I work part time so I have plenty of time to care for your animals! I mainly work in the afternoons, but my house always has someone available for constant socializing. Whenever I am not at work, I am at home, and will have plenty of quality time to give your pet. :) I love to go on long walks, and have friends who like to join so your animal will be thoroughly socialized. I ensure your dog is never bored with plenty of play time and attention. I am happy to take your pet to a nearby dog park as well, if that is something you are comfortable with.

We have a guest house where I will board your pet, so no need to worry about any interaction with my current pets. I can offer a relaxing atmosphere and all day care on weekends along with morning and afternoon care on week days. I can also board or do drop-in visits for fish, hamsters, or horses. Your dog will love a relaxing mountain retreat! Your cat can enjoy a quiet vacation! I work full time as a teacher. I can board your pet all weekends or in the afternoons. I can take crate trained dogs anytime during the week but could only provide potty breaks every 6-8 hours. I am available for dog walks or drop-in visits any day in the afternoon or evening in the Chambersburg, Gettysburg, and Hagerstown areas. Your pet would live only with me in a private guest house. We have 300 acres to go for walks or chase balls! My husband and 9 cats live in the main house. Our cats don’t mind other animals but I can keep your pet away from the cats if you prefer. As a 15 year high school teacher, I am very trustworthy, authentic, and kind. I admit to being a bit of a “crazy animal person” as I try to pet every animal I see! I can be trusted with your animal for an extended time or just an afternoon walk! I can also board hamsters or horses.

About: I’ve grown up in a house full of dogs my whole life while also helping my mom with Rover. Right before COVID, we rescued a dog, and I trained him and since moving to Boalsburg and reuniting with my dogs I have wanted to bring more furry friends into our house for them to play with! I am home everyday, as I do work from home! I able to provide a morning walks as well as lunch and afternoon/night walks. Additionally, I am totally open to allowing your dog to make itself at home on the couch and bed! I want your dog to feel completely at home and give it a space to feel comfortable and fully itself. I will give them endless love and attention however they desire it!
