I now have the time and space to offer my home and large, fenced-in yard to dog sitting services for your dog’s needs. Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine. About: In the past I have volunteered a Forever Paws Animal Shelter as a cat room specialist. My job was to complete health checks, socialize, feed, groom, and clean the cats, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the rooms they dwelled in. I actually met my cat there! We created such a strong bond that I had to take him home and we have been inseparable since! I have also volunteered in a cat veterinarian clinic in the past, administering oral medications and helping handle.

“I was overjoyed to hear that Emily was still available to sit my pups given the state of our world with the COVID-19 Pandemic! While working remotely has its advantages and disadvantages, one of which covers both: pets at home surrounding you when working, a blessing and a curse. I make sure they get plenty of playtime, attention, comfort, and care based on their needs. You’ll also receive lots of picture updates so you can feel connected while you’re away. Communication is very important to me, and I always keep pet parents updated and informed. I offer dog boarding in a safe home with a fenced yard for plenty of supervised playtime, as well as walks and house sitting. About: I have taken care of cats nearly my entire life and have grown up with them in my house. I have two dogs now in my adulthood that I care for. About: I cat sit for my neighbor for long periods of time when she goes away. I’ve been an animal owner since the age of 3. Currently I’m in school for nursing but don’t have classes Monday and Wednesday as well as the weekend. Those days I’m hoping to spend time with pets. About: I had only dogs for many many years and absolutely love dogs! I then moved abroad for the past 12 years and due to living in a building which allowed no dogs I decided instead to invest in a kitten.. Here we are, years later and I've become rather cat crazy! We have 4, 3 of which we brought with us all the way from the UK to love with us here in Danville. I love how each cat carries their own personality, likes, dislikes and quirks and I have learned to be patient a great deal thanks to these little flurries of fur. I also once owned rabbits, chickens, peacocks, fish, a squirrel named "Giblet" and spent time around cows and pigs as well. Animals give us warmth and love, be it a cozy chihuahua or a frowning lizard and I love them all! I am new here in town and wish to establish myself as a carer and guardian of your pets when you need a hand. I genuinely will love and cherish them in the short time I might spend with them.. About: I've raised both of my dogs since they were puppies and understand how important consistency is. I enjoy learning about each dog I meet and discovering ways to connect with them. Dog hugs are just a plus! My pet care availability will typically be before 8am and after 4:30pm during the week. I would also consider overnight bookings during the week. Weekends, I am typically available at all times day and night. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs. I live in an area with a great walking trail and a dog park we can visit. I also have experience with service dog training, cat care, and pet first aid & CPR. I work a full time job on a rotation night shift schedule-(I'm nocturnal! I'm available in the evenings & overnights on my days off, and every other weekend for all your pet care needs! (yes i can do VERY late check ins!) If you need pet care early morning or late afternoon I can potentially make that work too! I have a friendly senior dog to keep your dog company if they visit my home, and a dog play room with LOTS of toys. I also have a large crate for your dog to use if necessary. I will also come perpared with anything your dog may need for my visit -leash, bags, treats, water, bowl, ect! I will treat your house with respect and care for your pets like my own.
