About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. My children are well versed in animal care and also understand giving space to a new animal, calm energy, etc. I will always setup a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Medications can be distributed, and special diets can be managed.

“Jule was a God-send for me while I was on vacation! She made sure their food and water was filled, scooped the litter boxes, swept up around the litter boxes, and stayed and played with the kitties for awhile. She took lots of pictures to send to me while I was away. My white cat, Tigger, hides whenever anyone comes over (he only stays out for me) and she had pictures of him laying on the couch!!! I have a part time job, but if you let me know ahead of time I will not schedule myself to work and be available to take care of your pets. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a child. My parents owned 10 acres and I helped care for dogs, pigs, rabbits, birds, sheep, goats and more. I currently own a four year-old golden retriever who I have trained since a puppy, and I am currently beginning training for him to become a Therapy dog so he can bring joy to others, as much as, he’s brought to me. I have been a physical therapist assistant for over 15 years and I am looking to focus more on my family who is getting older and the more important things in life. I have a 2 1/2 acre yard, it is not fenced so I would need to know if your dog needs to be on a leash or is trained to stay by command. My dog Oakley is four years old, trained by commands and is extremely friendly and has never had any problems with another dog. I sadly cannot take cats because he is scared of them. I am home 24/7, so I am able to be there for all their care, especially if younger and needing to be let out more often or if older and need medicine given at certain times. I have a crate if needed that could be used for small, medium or large breeds.

About: I’ve taken care of family and friends pets as requested for over 9 years. I have taken care of a mix of small to large dogs of a variety of temperaments. I have my own dog who is 4. I am experienced in the puppy stage so if you need help through those tough first months, I’m your gal! I keep a very tidy home due to having a young and adventurous pup of my own, so you’ll never have to worry about your pup getting a hold of something they shouldn’t! I currently work from home full-time. Working from home allows me to easily host pets in my home to watch, play and care for them with ease. I have a large fenced in back yard so trips outside are frequent and easy! On my lunch break I like to spend at least 30 minutes outside giving my dog time to walk around, sniff and get some play time in, and I’d be happy to do that for your pet too! When we first got our dog, I was only 3, so I have grown up around dogs and am very comfortable with small or large pets. I have taken care of other pets for neighbors, friends, and family when needed to walk, feed, bathe, or just take a quick visit to check in! I am currently taking summer classes, but have a lot of free time being home from college for the summer, so I can be available any day of the week for pet care. I am comfortable with early mornings to later evenings. I have a lot of experience looking after my dog for many years and love to walk outside, play catch outside, or do more calm indoor activities with dogs if needed.

About: I’ve lived with dogs for the majority of my life and have had the chance to care for plenty of pets! I volunteered with a rescue organization where my family rescued 2 dogs from! During breaks from school, I had the opportunity to work in a boarding kennel where I walked, fed, bathed, and played with all types of dogs. I am familiar with all ages of dogs and the care required. Even though I have had most of my life experiences be with dogs, I had the chance to volunteer at a cat rescue as well! When available for doggie day care and boarding, I have a large fenced in yard and I have two dogs in my home, so a meet in greet would be required prior to services to ensure all pets are comfortable. This would be in New Tripoli, PA. There is a nearby creek and park that I can take your pet to for walks if you would like. I am also available for drop ins, walks and care within the owners home! In terms of walking and check ins, I can come to your home and check on your pet throughout the day and take them for walks around your home or to a local park if applicable. Right now, I am in between jobs but also commute daily in between New Tripoli and Mcadoo/Hazleton PA. I am looking to pick up some walking and drop in shifts at this time within the locations of those two towns. I have a large fenced in yard for your pet to be able to roam freely and safely. I also have a pet friendly home and neighborhood to ensure safety. I am also able to travel to your home to provide care and make sure they are comfortable in their own environment.

About: I have taken care of pets for atleast 6 years and have had pets in my home for my entire life. I provide care, feedings, playtime, i can help with basic training in puppies, and transport your dogs if you need. I can also distribute medication if needed. I am currently working part-time and have plenty of time to play and take care of your pets. I can do boarding on weekends and some weekdays. I can do drop-in visits at various times during the week. I have a fenced in yard and a dog of my own that would love play with your pup. I can provide any specific care that your pup requires weather it is at my house or at the comfort of your home.

I am pet CPR and First Aid Certified, so you can have comfort that I will know what to do in emergency situations for your pets. So I feel my skills help me help people with their pets. I have done house calls for giving medication, nail trims, and pet sitting. I WILL NOT take care of your pet if they are aggressive or have bitten someone in the past. For unvaccinated pets I will not take care of them if they have bitten someone. No acceptions! ALL pets are prefered to be up to date on vaccines. I also require a meet and greet of your pets prior to any services so they get to know me and no complications arise, especially for house sitting. I will come to your house and do anything they would need, making it more comfortable for your pet. Whether it be walking your pets, pet sitting, giving medication, nail trims, or taking them out to potty.

About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. My children are well versed in animal care and also understand giving space to a new animal, calm energy, etc. I will always setup a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Medications can be distributed, and special diets can be managed.
