When I was in high school I started pet sitting all over lancaster and when I was a senior I went to school to become a veterinary assistant which lead to tech school. A decade later I am still in the veterinary field doing what I love… saving lives! I have experience from small animal to large and even experience with exotics/pocket pets. About: I have a very friendly mini labradoodle who LOVES visitors and one cat who is also very comfortable with dogs visiting my home (he’s also very happy to stay independently in other areas of the home if needed). I have three young children who live with me 50% of the time, who are also very high energy and love running around with dogs. Since I work from home full time, I’m able to walk dogs multiple times during the day and don’t have to crate during the day. Large three floor home, small yard, very close to multiple open outdoor spaces for dogs to run. I work from home full-time, so have lots of flexibility to care for pets! No need to crate daily, and can offer multiple daily walks. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I have a lead for those who want to stay outside for a bit and several leashes for short bathroom breaks. About: Happy to help with all your animal care needs! Even shy animals seem to take to me quickly. I have house sat for entire homestead farms, caring for ducks, cows, dozens of cats and chickens. I have always felt very connected to the natural world and have a great empathy for all creatures great and small. I began training and caretaking my own dogs at age 10. I fostered for years as an adult before adopting my Hawaiian rescue dog. Friends and family have relied on me to assist with their pets a lot in the past few years.
