My husband and I wanted to go away for Valentine's day weekend to get some alone time and we have never been away from our Sheldon, who is a clumsy, gentle giant and lovable doberman pinscher puppy (1yr and 2months and 80lbs lol). My husband was thinking of boarding him at a kennel and I could not stand the thought of him being locked up in a cold pen like a wild caged animal. Honest to goodness (Rover did not pay me) I told my husband about this commercial I saw about people who offer dog services- Rover.com. My husband was skeptical and well, I thought it would be better than a cold pen, where he would pee and poop in his area and let out for so long per day. The site was easy to use and i knew what type of person i was looking for. I wanted my baby to be in a home where he would be loved as their own, warm, and in constant contact with humans (if you dont know anything about Dobermans, they are called velcro dogs because they are attached at your hip and have to be where ever you go). I looked and read Marie's profile and I just knew she was the ONE! Her family was awesome, they loved Sheldon and she gave us frequent updates of their adventures, runs, and how he he'd wind down at night and even included lots of pictures! We could tell he was having the time of his life! Marie and her family put our minds at ease knowing we left him in good hands. We could not be more grateful to have found them. Sheldon came home with a second family. We highly, HIGHLY recommend them! If they are in your area, she is the highest qualified dog sitter and we will be using her again in the future for Sheldon.”

About: I was raised with many pets, including 2 dogs. A pit bull and a shitzu mix. We raised kittens to find them their forever home. I bottle fed and nursed puppies that were without their mother. I learned the value of money by walking my Aunt's shitzu until I started high school. I naturally had an unspeakable connection with animals my whole life. I couldn't ever imagine my life without them. As of right now, our home is being ran by 4 dogs: Coach, Stella, Winnie, and Sage. And 2 cats: Sunny and Ash. Our backyard is big and fenced in. We let them out for an hour or so to get playtime and exercise in. Taking them for walks is not a good idea because Winnie can be reactive. We crate all of our dogs. They eat separately in their crates. Feeding instructions will be left in our refrigerator so they get their adequate amount. They also have slow feeding bowls.

About: We’re happy to follow any specific instructions you have for caring for your pets while they’re with us. If your animals are staying in our home, they’ll have access to a spacious yard where dogs can play and run freely. We also have a small dog and a cat who are well-socialized and have done well with other animals during previous stays. However, if any pets need to be separated for comfort or safety, our home is set up to accommodate that easily and without stress. Our main services include boards and drop ins. We also offer house sitting services; however, please note that we are not available for overnight stays at this time. We have a large, open yard where dogs can play and get plenty of exercise, as well as a designated playpen area in our basement for indoor fun and safety. My home is not fenced in, however my dog is trained and comes when called and doesn't need a leash. If Dogs are coming to my home; they will require a leash and harness. Customers will advise on how animals needs to be serviced in there home.

About: I started back in 2010 with an adopted Cat who made such an amazing first “pet” that became family! After meeting my now husband, we adopted 2 beagle brothers who were 1.5 years old! Unfortunately one became very sick but we still have his brother who will be 12 this November! He loves car rides, treats, and walks around our neighborhood! I’m currently a stay at home mom which gives me plenty of time to spend with your furry family member! I teach my 4 year old son preschool and enjoy a lot of outside time to get our energy out! I have a 4.5’ aluminum fenced in backyard with a 2 foot puppy fencing along the whole interior to ensure the utmost safety and keep your mind at ease. I have a very safe neighborhood with sidewalks to walk your pet. The neighborhood is also adjacent to our district school with a 2 mile walking path for all community members to use! I use this often to give both our dog and my children the ability to release energy in a safe space!

About: I have taken care of 14 cats all at once, experience with newborn babies bottle feeding them and taking care of them as well as all other age kitties up to 18 years old even including giving them insulin! I have 11 cats myself and fostering 3 kittens and have two dogs as well! i love animals! I am very well trained and experienced with cats and dogs and take great care of them. I care for each animal as if they were my own! :) I am free on weekends and during the week I work from home so I am flexible to come whenever is needed so let me know! I would make sure everything is set to your accommodations and needs! Whatever you need done will be taken care of on top of giving them love, care and attention they need!

About: I have taken care of many animals through out my life and i’ve had them ever since I was 5 so I am confident in knowing how to take care of someone else’s pets and the value of how important it is. While I couldn't meet her beforehand, we put in a plan for her to get my keys so she can meet Bandit and take him for walks. She was very professional and from what I can tell, Bandit enjoyed his time with her and the walks. Highly recommend Marian and will definitely be using her for future needs!”

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was 10 years old. I have worked and help care for dogs, cats, and birds! I am willing to help with every animal out there as well! I am available to help with medication and treatments if needed! I work full time in Camp Hill, PA Monday Thru Friday 8a-430p. So If needed I would stop by your house before and then directly after- obviously unless I’m staying there for the night, then I’ll get to care for your pet all night! I know of many animal(dog) parks in the area near my house, but love to take animals on walks if applicable! I am also willing to help bathe them even if that means taking them to a animal bath at pet store and such! Since I work a set schedule Monday through Friday, food and potty breaks will be at regular times and consistent times throughout the week. And in certain circumstances, I will be able to stop by during my work shift if need be. I typically will stay the evening if doing a overnight sit, so the pets have company throughout the evening In case anything arises. I am capable of handling medicine, and any special requests you might have in regards to your pets!
