About: I grew up having pets since I was born, including dogs, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs and others. My daughters and I have taken care of our neighbors and friends dogs, and we have experience interacting with cats from my brothers and friends. I consider myself a neurotic pet parent, and this was the first time I didn't feel that knot of anxiety when I dropped Belle off with a new sitter. It truly felt like I was leaving her with family. Belle clearly had a great time with them and didn't show any of the separation anxiety signs we usually see from her when we return from vacation.
