“This was our first time using Marian as a Rover sitter. She allowed me into her home to view the areas my dogs would be kept. It was a beautiful space and I didn't hesitate to leave them in her good hands. Within an HOUR or two of drop-off - we had an unexpected situation when one of our dogs became very stressed and sick due to the new environment. Marian kept me informed right away, was incredibly patient and compassionate and worked with me to come up with the best solution for my dogs. She even transported them to our home and transitioned our booking to drop in visits - which I so appreciated. She was kind, flexible, understanding - even after my dog had multiple accidents in her home - which had never happened before. She reassured us that she was a professional and used to these situations. We were able to proceed with our booked getaway ONLY because of Marians professionalism and kindness and flexibility. About: I’ve taken care of pets of every kind since I was little. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and spend time with their pets. I have experience with exotic and small animals/rodents as well and I am willing to care for them. I love animals and I can’t wait to meet your pet! **** IMPORTANT: I cannot enter homes that have glade, air wick, fabreeze etc… air fresheners plugged into the home or any other fragrances/harsh chemicals. I have multiple chemical sensitivity which is a medical condition. I am severely allergic to fragrance/chemicals. **** Dog Walks and Drop in Visits: I am available all day, 7 days a week and evenings. I can do a maximum of 2 dog walks/drop in visits per day. House Sitting: I am available for overnights at your home. Boarding: I can accommodate small and medium size dogs at my home. Dogs must be crate trained and their crate must be provided. Dogs will only be crated during the day while I am not in my home. I have an unfenced backyard outside for dogs to be let out. I can accommodate 2 potty breaks per day and unlimited play/potty breaks in the yard outside during evenings and nights. **I have experience with exotic/small animals and will watch your little pets too! I will care for your pet as if they’re my own and I always respect your home and your personal preferences. When caring for pets at my home, I have an unfenced yard outside for dogs. I do not own a cat or dog at my home so your animal will get all of my attention.

About: I've grown up with multiple dogs at a time, never had a period of time where I was not around dogs. I've raised them from birth to passing away. I love playing with them, caring for them, being there for them and providing love to them. I love going for walks in the parks, around development, etc. Whatever the pup/dog likes to do is fine with me, I have a lot of history with them so I'd be more than happy to provide for any dog! I do have a lot of references just not on rover, they can be provided upon speaking/meeting! I am very accommodating and can stick to your pets schedule as close as possible to yours! I can work my schedule around whatever is needed for care. For example, pets needing strict medicine schedule. I do work during the day but am available with notice! I can provide drop in visits, pet taxi to groomers or vets, dog parks, etc. Cages would need to be provided especially for multiple pets while I am out of the home. Pets have full range of the home. We have gates for the stairs at top and bottom!

One of my dogs is currently on medication so I’m comfortable with giving dogs medication if needed! I work a full time job and have my two girls to take care of. If your animals are staying in our home, they’ll have access to a spacious yard where dogs can play and run freely. We also have a small dog and a cat who are well-socialized and have done well with other animals during previous stays. With notice I can easily modify my routine to make sure I’m there for your pet In my home I current have it parrot proofed. So we have no chemical or anything toxic that can easily be gotten into. I also make sure not to keep any toxic foods in the house as an extra level of precaution and know that you cannot leave them alone because you never know what any pet will get into especially when their routine is disrupted

I then moved abroad for the past 12 years and due to living in a building which allowed no dogs I decided instead to invest in a kitten.. Here we are, years later and I've become rather cat crazy! Whether you have dogs, cats or any other animal, I will spend some time with them, make sure they feel safe and warm and be your eyes and ears during your absence. I would be thrilled to send you photos or video or even a live face to face call with your pets. I am a southern boy raised by strong southern women and I absolutely will respect your home, property and pets. In the near future I will also offer a boarding option as well after I've settled in here in Danville. I am willing to travel a but out of the area if you need as well. Other services I will consider providing are house sitting your home with or without pets. I am flexible and truly well meaning and respectful and hope to become your "Go-To" Guy!

“This was our first time using Marian as a Rover sitter. She allowed me into her home to view the areas my dogs would be kept. It was a beautiful space and I didn't hesitate to leave them in her good hands. Within an HOUR or two of drop-off - we had an unexpected situation when one of our dogs became very stressed and sick due to the new environment. Marian kept me informed right away, was incredibly patient and compassionate and worked with me to come up with the best solution for my dogs. She even transported them to our home and transitioned our booking to drop in visits - which I so appreciated. She was kind, flexible, understanding - even after my dog had multiple accidents in her home - which had never happened before. She reassured us that she was a professional and used to these situations. We were able to proceed with our booked getaway ONLY because of Marians professionalism and kindness and flexibility. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and professional sitter.”

About: I've grown up with multiple dogs at a time, never had a period of time where I was not around dogs. I've raised them from birth to passing away. I love playing with them, caring for them, being there for them and providing love to them. I love going for walks in the parks, around development, etc. Whatever the pup/dog likes to do is fine with me, I have a lot of history with them so I'd be more than happy to provide for any dog! I do have a lot of references just not on rover, they can be provided upon speaking/meeting! I am very accommodating and can stick to your pets schedule as close as possible to yours! I can work my schedule around whatever is needed for care. For example, pets needing strict medicine schedule. I do work during the day but am available with notice! I can provide drop in visits, pet taxi to groomers or vets, dog parks, etc. Cages would need to be provided especially for multiple pets while I am out of the home. Pets have full range of the home. We have gates for the stairs at top and bottom!

She communicated promptly and effectively and sent photos and updates throughout the weekend. I was so nervous having my pup boarded out of town for the first time, but felt that he was genuinely loved and cared for while there.
