About: I've had the privilege of loving a variety of dogs: a large rottie/shepherd mix, a rat terrier, and currently an american lab puppy. Now that our lab is beginning to calm down, I'm eager to use my energy to help other people care for their pets! We used Rover for many years and I understand how important it is to find loving, last minute care for your beloved pet. I'll be sure to show your pups the best of care while you're away! I live by Barclay mountain, south of Towanda and commute to the Sayre/Athens area for work, which allows me to check in on pets in a wide range. I'd be happy to swing by before and after work as well as on my lunch as long as your location allows! We have a large, unfenced lawn (one day planning to put in a fence for future farm animals) and a small pond on our large, wooded property. Our dog is boundary trained but we keep a long 50 foot lead for visitors! Dogs are welcome to snuggle up on the couch but generally expected to sleep in their crate or bed as bedrooms are off limits to our furry friends. When I come to you to care for your pets, it's important to me that I follow the usual routine that you've established with them!

Proper care consisting of following proper feeding schedules. Exercise consists of walks at the park and bathing if necessary. Lots of cuddles of pets if necessary and probably if not but definitely observant of pets needs. All animals will be given the respect they deserve. They are also allowed to go out when they want and get their paws cleaned when they come in. Water is always available to them. In July of 2025, we had to put our 14 year old dog, Roxie, down.. This was very depressing as she was the best girl. I'm generally off on Sundays and Mondays for work, and live close enough for potty breaks and I make my own schedule if enough notice is given.
