“Our two dogs seemed to be at ease with Megan during a four hour "day care" at her residence. They came home happy, tired and healthy. I think that's a good sign. I met her two dogs and found them to be gentle and well-behaved. Although our dogs were with her for only a four hour stay that day, she still somehow managed to get nice, little walk in for them! At this point, I feel comfortable with Megan and her ability to care for our doggies and would use her service again. She's very professional, cordial and accommodating. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a child. My parents owned 10 acres and I helped care for dogs, pigs, rabbits, birds, sheep, goats and more. I currently own a four year-old golden retriever who I have trained since a puppy, and I am currently beginning training for him to become a Therapy dog so he can bring joy to others, as much as, he’s brought to me. I have been a physical therapist assistant for over 15 years and I am looking to focus more on my family who is getting older and the more important things in life. I’m also looking to find a new path with animals, which is why I am available daily with notice to ensure there is comfort for myself, my dog and for you and your pet as well! I have a 2 1/2 acre yard, it is not fenced so I would need to know if your dog needs to be on a leash or is trained to stay by command. My dog Oakley is four years old, trained by commands and is extremely friendly and has never had any problems with another dog. I sadly cannot take cats because he is scared of them. I am home 24/7, so I am able to be there for all their care, especially if younger and needing to be let out more often or if older and need medicine given at certain times. I have a crate if needed that could be used for small, medium or large breeds.

I treat every dog like family and work hard to give pet parents peace of mind knowing their pup is in good hands. I’m currently a school teacher. So I will be available most days in the summer to care for your pet. This includes spending time with them, walking them, etc. I have 15 acres that your pup and I can explore. Mostly wooded, and does have a small creek. Your pup will get the opportunity to relax and enjoy the ability to either Lounge in the grass in the backyard or go for a walk through the woods.
About: I’ve pet sat for all kinds of pets including goats and horses. I have 3 cats and a lizard that I love very much and really enjoy meeting and caring for other peoples pets! About: I spent my youth training to be a vet and fostering dogs. I learned a lot at vet school, namely that I couldn't ever deliver the final act of compassion. So, I turned my attention to my true passion - caring for dogs! I have been dog sitting for over 15 years and I love it. Every new dog that I meet reminds me how much I love dogs. I am flexible to the needs of every dog I care for and will make their experience with me as similar to their home life as possible. I have two dogs of my own, but they LOVE meeting new dogs to play with. If your dog is not as keen to new friendships, I can separate them all with ease. I have only one hard line, I need to meet you and your dog before the stay. I have learned that it is the best way to ensure your dog's comfort in their stay. I did not always adhere to this and I have seen some very stressed out fur babies. I want your fur pups happy and healthy as much as you do! Thank you for your consideration. I work from home so, I will be with your dogs all day. If we have any grocery trips or daycare drop offs, they will be crated for those brief periods. We keep our dog-less activities to a minimum during pet stays. We have no fence and our dogs run off-leash. With your dogs, I will walk them leashed because dogs (like children) test boundaries. We also go to creeks and hikes very often, and your dogs will join us leashed (if you approve).

I haven’t even needed Audrey except for a couple times - but I keep her regular twice a week because CoCo loves her so much. I’ve called Audrey a couple times at the last minute or to add an extra day and she always come through for me. I could not have met a more dependable, reliable, awesome, and trusted person to walk CoCo twice a week since moving here from OH! We love her and think she is great!”
About: I gave been around dogs and cats for 16 years! My neighbors, family members, and friends always relied on me to take wonderful care of their pets! I have a part time job, but if you let me know ahead of time I will not schedule myself to work and be available to take care of your pets. I always let my dog out and walk him, make sure he always have water and food. I love to walk dogs and make sure to watch for other pets to see if they are friendly or not.

About: I am 24 years old and am looking for extra work this summer. I love animals and I have had dogs my entire life ranging in sizes. I’ve had pugs and a shih tzu as well as a black lab and a cane corso. I also have had several cats so I’m equipped and comfortable with them as well. I have multiple different handling experiences with different dogs with different temperaments. I have also taken multiple handling and training classes with a dog trainer.
