“Amanda was extremely helpful, attentive, and reliable when we needed to board our doggie, Gastón. She was flexible in us bringing homemade food for the 4 days Gastón would be staying with her and she gave me all of his things back in pristine condition. On the evening of our pickup, our flight was delayed by close to 1 hour, which pushed back our pickup time. She was extremely understanding when we communicated this with her. We offered to pick him up the next morning, but she shared that she is fine with us picking him up late that evening, which we definitely really appreciated! Also, Gastón gets dirty faster than other breeds, but Amanda kept him clean and he came back to us in the same condition we brought him at the start of boarding. Last but not least, Amanda shared updates with us for all 4 days, sending us photos of our lovebug and letting us know how he was doing that day. It relieved a lot of anxiety for us while we were away. We are extremely grateful for all the careful attention Amanda paid to our pup and will definitely be leaving Gastón with her again!”

About: Had pets my whole life. I walk all the time and know where to take them and have an SUV with enough room to fit them in. Have 2 children who adore all animals. I have a full time job, Tuesday through Saturday, but I’m usually home around 2-4 pm. I’m available every evening and can stop to let them out during the day because of my job flexibility. I love both ends of the spectrum. I love being active and taking dogs for walk/runs. I also love relaxing and cuddling with them and getting to know what their preferences. Will follow all strict diet rules and keep a very clean house to avoid unwanted eating restrictions.

If your animals are staying in our home, they’ll have access to a spacious yard where dogs can play and run freely. We also have a small dog and a cat who are well-socialized and have done well with other animals during previous stays. However, if any pets need to be separated for comfort or safety, our home is set up to accommodate that easily and without stress. Our main services include boards and drop ins. We also offer house sitting services; however, please note that we are not available for overnight stays at this time. We have a large, open yard where dogs can play and get plenty of exercise, as well as a designated playpen area in our basement for indoor fun and safety. “Jordan was exactly what my wife and I needed for our dog Rosie. We found ourselves unexpectedly needing a someone to watch Rosie for the day while my wife and I attended a weeding in town. Because Rosie needs some special attention after having been attacked when she was younger by another dog, it was important to find someone that could take care of Rosie the way she needed. Jordan was just that. She was easy to communicate with a responsive during Rosie’s entire stay, talking me through what she was up to and sending pictures and videos as well. Jordan even went above and beyond by introducing Rosie to her wonderfully well behaved and trained dog. Rosie can be unpredictable with other dogs, but She got along just fine with Jordan’s Shepard. I’d gladly bring Rosie back here any time I’m in town and would recommend anyone looking for a sitter do the same.”

About: I have been working at a Pet Resort for over a 2 years. I work at Neffsville Veterinary Clinic. I have two dogs of my own. I enjoy caring for dogs and playing with them and or just relaxing with them. I am currently working part-time. 2-4 days a week 6 hour shifts. Meaning more time with pets. I will be having a baby in February! So cat litter is something I cannot handle at this time. When I am there I will take them out as much as they would like. I will feed them the exact time you normally do. I will sleep with them so they know they are not alone. I will take them on daily walks. Or I will do what you are most comfortable with closest to your routine.

With a part-time work from home schedule, I’ll be giving lots of belly rubs and attention all day long. About: I know just how difficult it can be to be away and to find someone trustworthy to care for your beloved pets; especially those with medical and unique needs. That’s why I’m here: to make that time away as worry free and easy as possible! Friends aren’t always around to help out, and no one likes to stick their pups in a kennel. That’s what inspired me to become a sitter! I have a huge passion for making sure that pets are happy and healthy! There’s just nothing like bringing a smile to a pet’s face, so I can’t wait to do the same for your fur kids! I’ve been a lifelong dog owner, but have tons of experience taking care of them to boot! I currently live with my dog, a Chihuahua/Papillon mix, Rosie, and she is the light of my life! I grew up looking after pups and have experience with tons of different pets, from dogs and cats to fish and Bearded Dragons! In addition to taking care of may pets, I’ve also been a volunteer for the Suncoast Animal League, where I took in and fostered pups in need. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet in-person or video call. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pet and your care expectations. No one knows your pet better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pet tick! Finally, me and Rosie love meeting new dogs and cats! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. I believe that the cornerstone of any good stay is communication. For me, good communication begins before your pet comes under my care, as I love to get as much information about you and your pet right off the bat! Getting a good idea about your care expectations is just as important as learning about what makes your pup tick. With that information in mind, I like to start thinking as early as possible about what a dream stay would be! During the stay, I like to send regular updates with accompanying pictures, so you can see just how well your pet is doing while you’re away. In addition to pictures, I like to send detailed information on anything you need to feel in the loop—from behaviors to meals to exercise times. Going the extra mile is just what I do best! *For house pet sitting, I am a currently working in Pennsylvania and able to travel with my dog, who is dog/cat tolerant & house trained, to you for 2-3 day weekend stays within 5 hours of Lancaster,PA.

“Amanda was extremely helpful, attentive, and reliable when we needed to board our doggie, Gastón. She was flexible in us bringing homemade food for the 4 days Gastón would be staying with her and she gave me all of his things back in pristine condition. On the evening of our pickup, our flight was delayed by close to 1 hour, which pushed back our pickup time. She was extremely understanding when we communicated this with her. We offered to pick him up the next morning, but she shared that she is fine with us picking him up late that evening, which we definitely really appreciated! Also, Gastón gets dirty faster than other breeds, but Amanda kept him clean and he came back to us in the same condition we brought him at the start of boarding. Last but not least, Amanda shared updates with us for all 4 days, sending us photos of our lovebug and letting us know how he was doing that day. It relieved a lot of anxiety for us while we were away. We are extremely grateful for all the careful attention Amanda paid to our pup and will definitely be leaving Gastón with her again!”

About: Hi! I'm an animal lover who's been around & caring for them my entire life. Caring for pets has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I've grown up with animals and have experience caring for my own pets as well as dogs, cats, and other animals belonging to friends and family. My husband and I have experience with raising puppy litters over the years as well! I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I want to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. Whether your pet needs a walk, some playtime and attention, meals and medication, or simply some company, I'm happy to provide personalized care based on what works best for them. My schedule is very flexible and I'm responsible, dependable, and will treat your pets and your home with the same care and respect I'd want for my own. I love sending photos and updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and doing well while you're away! I work part-time from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility with my schedule. I'm usually able to work around your pet's routine and am available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting throughout the week. I'm happy to work with different schedules and do my best to accommodate whatever works best for you and your pets! I have two friendly medium-sized dogs (Shiba Inus) and a very social kitty who are very well socialized with other animals. They are all indoor/outdoor, so if your pet enjoys having some company, they're welcome to interact with them - or I can keep them separate if they prefer their own space. I have a private, fenced-in backyard where your pets can safely get some fresh air, exercise, and playtime. I want every pet to feel comfortable and safe, so I'll always follow your preferences and your pet's individual needs.
“Michael was very accommodating regarding booking my pup’s stay being that it was somewhat last minute. This was the first time I had booked with Michael, and everything was great. He was very attentive and communicated with me throughout the three-day stay. He did Pup Painting with her, and she came home with her masterpiece!
