About: I've raised both of my dogs since they were puppies and understand how important consistency is. I enjoy learning about each dog I meet and discovering ways to connect with them. Dog hugs are just a plus! My pet care availability will typically be before 8am and after 4:30pm during the week. I would also consider overnight bookings during the week. Weekends, I am typically available at all times day and night. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs. I live in an area with a great walking trail and a dog park we can visit. About: In the past I have volunteered a Forever Paws Animal Shelter as a cat room specialist. My job was to complete health checks, socialize, feed, groom, and clean the cats, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the rooms they dwelled in. I actually met my cat there! We created such a strong bond that I had to take him home and we have been inseparable since! About: Large Animal Science graduate, have completed the vet tech, dog grooming, and agility courses at BCAHS. Experience with diverse/exotic animal caretaking rolls, canine cpr certified, lots of experience with difficult dog breeds. My schedule with work is very flexible. Usually I tend to walk my dog for a 1-2 hours a day. It is extremely important that my dog Nala gets exercise each day to make sure she stays happy and healthy. Sometimes I also take my cat on the walks as well (he loves spending time outside with his sister with his harness and leash on!). Weekends have much more flexibility with my schedule. I then moved abroad for the past 12 years and due to living in a building which allowed no dogs I decided instead to invest in a kitten.. Here we are, years later and I've become rather cat crazy! About: I've raised both of my dogs since they were puppies and understand how important consistency is. I enjoy learning about each dog I meet and discovering ways to connect with them. Dog hugs are just a plus! My pet care availability will typically be before 8am and after 4:30pm during the week. I would also consider overnight bookings during the week. Weekends, I am typically available at all times day and night. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs. I live in an area with a great walking trail and a dog park we can visit. I also have an available crate (Large) with a dog bed and plenty of dog food/treats to share.
