For the past 12 years, I've lived with and visited my best bud Zeke at my parent's house. I would love to have a dog of my own in the future, however for now I am hoping and so happy to take care of other's loved ones during the week and on weekends! I'm an active individual and enjoy taking dogs on walks, for car rides and the occasional ice cream or pup cup. I will give your animal all the love that they've come to expect because they certainly deserve it! During the week, I am able to visit (feed, walk, take out for bathroom needs) early in the morning (between 5:30 am to 7 am and in the evening (between 6-9 pm) In my current apartment, pets are welcome visitors. However, I am also happy to visit your home multiple times a day and stay with your pet when needed, especially if you are close! I work only 20 minutes away so I would have ample time in the morning and especially in the evening to stop by to feed, toilet, walk and play with your pet! This is especially great if your pet doesn’t do well in a new environment; I am happy to provide them with everything they’d need in a place where they feel the most comfortable!

I currently live in a pet friendly apartment with a small dog park and neighborhoods for walks. I currently work from home so I am able to hangout with your pup all day! I am a nurse working remotely, so I am home every day and can hangout with your pup! Our house has great temperatures inside and outside I am at home most of the time, since I work from home. I can spent a lot of time with pets. Our neighborhood (Manayunk) is very safe and not noisy. About: I’ve loved and been around animals since childhood. Growing up, my family had both cats and dogs. As an adult, I now have 2 cats of my own. I’m very passionate about human-animal connection. I am currently a graduate student taking night classes two days a week. This is something I’m hoping to fill my spare time with :) I view and treat animals with the same respect as I do people. Pets need not only the necessities, but a high level of emotional attention.
About: I've been taking care of neighbor's cats and dogs since childhood, including overnight house sitting. I've had cats for most my life and have worked with big and small dogs, young and old, including dogs that need a lot of exercise. I have experience taking care of other domestic mammals like rabbits, chinchillas, rats, mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, and hedgehogs, as well as exotic birds and reptiles. I'm a big animal over; I majored and worked in wildlife conservation, and am passionate about domestic and wild animals. I work freelance, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I am able to stay home a lot and be with the pets. I have a car to get to people's homes easily for daytime checkins/walks. Depends on the client's specific needs but usually for housesitting I stay at the house and am home often, so I'm able to give the pets attention and care, and let them out for bathroom breaks and walks regularly as needed. I can do basic household stuff like take out trash, clean up after pets, water plants, whatever is needed.

She was incredibly welcoming and kind to my standard poodle Sasha, who can be standoffish with new people at times, but seemed to have fully made herself at home, looking very comfortable and content in practically every photo I saw. Sasha definitely has some quirks and fears, but Rebecca was very patient and generous with her space and time to make Sasha feel safe. Would definitely book again!”

About: I have absolutely loved all animals all my life! I currently have a one year old lab mix. He is a fun and energetic pup who loves all other dogs he meets. He is a great play mate. I currently live in a pet friendly apartment with a small dog park and neighborhoods for walks. I currently work from home so I am able to hangout with your pup all day! I am a nurse working remotely, so I am home every day and can hangout with your pup! My dog is very energetic and loves walks and playtime, so your pup will get plenty of exercise if that’s what they want! We also allow pets on furniture and have big dog beds for the pups who prefer to relax 😊 I live in a two bedroom apartment that has easy access to grass, a dog park, and neighborhoods to go on walks. Since I work from home I can take dogs out as much as needed.
