From the very start, she was so kind, patient, and understanding with Benji. He can be a little unsure in new environments, but she found ways to make him feel safe and comfortable right away. Liceth kept us updated every day with pictures and videos, which meant the world to us. Seeing how happy and relaxed Benji was made it so much easier to enjoy our time away. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares for every pet as if they were her own. We’re beyond grateful for her and will definitely be using her again — and recommending her to all our friends with pets! 💛🐾”
