About: I’ve owned dogs and cats. We do tend to spoil them. I have lots of room for them to run and play in our fenced in yard. We walk them on a leash through our nearby cemetery. Extreme heat, severe storms, dangerous ice, or conditions that could put your dog at risk may mean a shorter outdoor walk with the remaining time devoted to safe indoor attention and stimulation. Trust matters just as much. You’re trusting me with a member of your family and, in many cases, access to your home. I’ll respect your property, follow your instructions, communicate with you, and make sure your dog is safe and secure before I leave. I also want dogs to have the opportunity to be dogs. I’ll give them time to sniff, explore, investigate their surroundings, and experience what’s happening around them instead of treating every walk like a race. About: My home has been vet inspected as well as by the dog warden and I am licensed by the Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to run my business. I have had at least one dog for literally my entire life. So I have spent nearly 40 years with dogs, feeding bathing training and playing I am a stay at home mother. So I am at home 90% of the time. And when the weather is nice we are outside a lot. I have a fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence. There is a 6 year old female lab to play with as well as a female german shepherd puppy. We have gates to keep them where they can be looked after and crates if necessary I am a stay at home parent so I am around 90% of the time. My daily routine keeps me at home and therefore fully able to accommodate pretty much any schedule I have a fenced in back yard and plenty of room for separation while still giving dogs their freedom if necessary. I try to keep dogs routines as close as possible to when they are at home

About: My Experience My experience caring for dogs goes back well before I started doing this full time. In high school, I walked dogs for people in my community to earn extra money, so getting paid to grab a leash and spend time with dogs is actually something I’ve come back to years later. I also leave enough time between scheduled clients so your dog’s visit doesn’t feel rushed. Consistency is important to me, and regular walks give me the opportunity to learn your dog’s personality, routine, favorite places, preferred pace, and individual needs. Whether it’s 2 PM or 2 AM, a beautiful sunny afternoon or a snowy morning, my goal is to be someone you can depend on—and someone your dog gets excited to see because they know it’s time to go explore. Safety, Trust & Environment: Your dog’s safety will always come first, but I also believe dogs deserve to experience the world outside. Rain, snow, or shine—hot or cold—I’m prepared to get them outside and moving. In cold or snowy conditions, I’ll monitor their paws and comfort and follow any instructions you have for coats, boots, or other gear. Weather won’t scare me away, but unsafe conditions will change the plan. Extreme heat, severe storms, dangerous ice, or conditions that could put your dog at risk may mean a shorter outdoor walk with the remaining time devoted to safe indoor attention and stimulation. Trust matters just as much. You’re trusting me with a member of your family and, in many cases, access to your home. I’ll respect your property, follow your instructions, communicate with you, and make sure your dog is safe and secure before I leave. I also want dogs to have the opportunity to be dogs. I’ll give them time to sniff, explore, investigate their surroundings, and experience what’s happening around them instead of treating every walk like a race. About: Hello, I’m Kirsten. I have been actively dog sitting for the last 5 years in and around Washington county and Frederick county. As well as the surrounding areas. (Mount airy, woodbine, Frederick, smithsburg, Hagerstown. etc) As of September 2026 we do have a newborn. I do both overnights in your home and boarding opportunities in our home.
