“She arrived a little early so we could go over Ollie’s routine and instructions, which I really appreciated. She was also very friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. She followed instructions, such as giving Ollie his enrichment toy and taking him outside. During the visit, there was an accident in the playpen that was not communicated to me and wasn’t fully cleaned up, and I also noticed Ollie’s water dish was empty. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to help, but I would have liked clearer communication about how the visit went. That said, she was good with Ollie and he really liked her.”

I’m available in the evenings from 2-7. I’m pretty flexible on what I can help out with and I can have a set schedule. I talk to the pet owner. They give me a plan to follow and they tell me what is needed. I meet the pet and follow the list
About: I’ve always had dogs in my home growing up and in the past year purchased a female Rottweiler. I’m her primary caretaker and have spent the last 12 months training her and expanding my knowledge of dogs. My daily routines are structured around my dogs feeding times, potty breaks, and walks/play time. My work schedule is also very flexible and so is our ability to start the day sooner or later depending on your pups routine. My home is your fur baby’s home. They will be welcomed here with arms wide open. The furniture and bed is theirs to snuggle up in and the fenced in yard is perfect for play time.

I have had 7 years prior experience with dogs and am a certified behavior trainer from the Middleburg Humane Foundation. I am honest,on time and respectful. About: Work from home, so have the time to dedicate to the care of your pet. Also have a large yard with electronic fencing, can pamper your pets as much as allowed. I work from home so can pet sit and ensure the pets are well taken care of. Experienced in several areas of pet care, not to worry about your baby being well taken care of. :D Can provide pet care daily or overnight stays, not a problem. About: I will give your dog my full attention as well as my children. We all love animals. My children are super gentle and loving and love to take walks so finding time to take your dog for a walk will be no problem! I am home all day so your dog will get lots of attention! I am choosing to do this because the kids want a dog but I am not fully committed to buying one of our own quite yet, so dog sitting will please everyone. I have a huge yard with the option of fenced in and unfenced areas. We have very few neighbors so if your pup is a barker it will be not a problem. Lots of space to take dogs for walks without running into other people or animals.

About: I grew up taking care of pets for neighbors and family, and have had many of my own. At home now, I have our dog Kona and a bearded dragon named Norbert, plus two kids. I'm comfortable with caring for all dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I'd love to send you photos and updates if you would like so you know how things are going while you are away. I can't wait to meet your furry friend! I'm home most of the day, so your pet won't be left alone for long stretches. I absolutely love taking walks so we will be doing plenty of those. If your pet needs a specific feeding or potty schedule, just let me know and I'll stick to it. Our yard isn't fenced, so your dog will go out on leash for walks and potty breaks several times a day. My Dog is super friendly and always up for a new friend. If your pup prefers quiet time or needs a crate to decompress, I can absolutely make that happen as well. I will go over your dogs preferences when I get a chance to talk with you. I'm more than happy to make accommodations to fit your pets needs.
About: I have cared for many different types of animals since I was a child. Dogs, cats, bunnies, rats and hamsters. Fostered and lived with many dogs. I currently have dogs and cats. They are the joy of my life especially since the kids (and grand dogs) have grown and moved. Couldn’t imagine life without them. I have two dogs and 2 cats to keep the fur guests company. Lots of play time in the fenced back yard. And snuggles on the couch.
About: I've walked dogs, as well as watched them while the owners were away since I was little. I don't currently own any larger animals, but I have always handled them. Any dog wouldn't be an issue I currently could fill pretty much any need! I have a few hours of every day that I am busy, but I can be available pretty much anytime! I have an unfenced in yard that I would keep the dog leashed within, but I also know many of the dog friendly hiking trails within the Altoona area. I would be will to do whatever your most comfortable with!
About: I’ve always had family animals that I’ve adored and that got my foot into working in rescue! I’ve work with extra small to extra large dogs, a lot of cats and some other species. I feel very comfortable with behavioral differences in different animals. I’ve worked along side very talented vets and techs that have taught me a lot about medical care, as well. I work part time at home with a dog and two cats. I take physical and mental enrichment very seriously for all animals. Any animal I’m caring for comes first everyday. A tired dog is a happy dog. I have friendly animals at home, a large crate if needed and a separate room set up for shy animals to warm up to the other animals. We have a large (not fenced) yard but we take many long walks a day to keep up with physical needs!
