She was very attentive and sent pictures to us showing what he was doing. We could tell by Blaze's body language he was happy with his stay. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5. My brother was very active in the dog community and often took me with him. I took care of his Rotwilliers whenever he vacationed and had several dogs of my own. I have been a dog sitter for friends and family my whole life and have taken care of dogs for my nanny families in the past! I am currently a part-time nanny, but fit in dog care in my off time! I only work two full days a week, Monday and Thursday, so I have plenty of time for my puppy friends! I love to help out other dog parents and want to make dog care my full-time job. The backyard takes up most of that, including a 6' privacy fence. Our floors are carpeted, though if any pet has an accident we are willing to clean it. We are trustworthy, kind, flexible, and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that while you go on a vacation away for the night, or even just have a little "me" time that your pet is safe, and being treated as well as you would treat them if you were home. We have sat for several family members and friends in the past, even as a young teen. Whenever we have little get-togethers with other family and friends we encourage them to bring their pets. They can always roam free through the yard, and if needed a dip in the pool. We can promise that while staying with us, your kiddo will be taken care of as if you never left. In the evenings I do have commitments to my soccer teams that I coach. However I can also stop by after 8 pm if needed for late night walks. I will come to your place and walk or if needed a short car ride to an appropriate area to walk your dog for as long as needed. Hikes, or long walks can also be included.
About: Ever since I was born, there has always been a cat or dog in my life. Caring for animals has always been a part of who I am. I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs for as long as I can remember, and I treat every pet like family. I love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and building a special bond with them so they feel happy, comfortable, and loved. I’m currently searching for a full-time job, so my schedule is very flexible. In the meantime, I’ll be able to give your pets the attention, love, and care they deserve. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’ll follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any special instructions you provide. I always make sure pets have fresh water, a clean environment, plenty of attention, and lots of love. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable and give you peace of mind while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you know your pet is happy and doing well.

“I am so very pleased with Cheryl and her furry family. Cheryl was very meticulous about assessing my dogs needs and care right from the start. My dog is quite skidish about new dogs, new environments and new people. This was no challenge for Cheryl. She was able to ease my dogs insecurities right away and allowed her 2 dogs time to meet our little girl on her terms and very cautiously. Cheryl was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and communicated with me throughout the entire stay with updates and photos. She also provided my dog with medications for her skin and gave us great feedback on how I may be able to better care for her allergies. Cheryl is a very responsible dog owner and it certainly carries into her ability to care for my dog as well.
