In your home or mine, I can address whatever needs you have for your pups. I do not have a fenced yard, but I have a tether and use that or a leash. Dogs are not allowed outside without a leash or tether at my house. I’m most comfortable with dogs being leashed until I know their recall abilities with me. The health and safety of your pet is of the utmost importance to me!

About: My entire life pretty much I've grown up around animals! I've had different rodent, and currently have 2 cats. The last 10ish years my family and I have cat/dog sat for multiple family members and friends. The last year I've cat sat for my neighbor multiple times. As far as regular work goes, I'm only doing part-time due to the limit on how many hours are being given. I'm also not enrolled in school, so my schedule has more than enough time to fit in some extra pet care. I have experience with giving medication (mostly pills), so if your fur baby has meds that are needed to be given, I'm more than willing. Like a lot of animals, I enjoy basking in the sun. So, taking your animals on long walks isn't an issue either. Your animals needs are my priority.

About: Hello, we are the Shapiros and throughout our whole life we have always loved, and owned, dogs. We have two of my own right now Our family lives on 1/2 an acre. The backyard takes up most of that, including a 6' privacy fence. Our floors are carpeted, though if any pet has an accident we are willing to clean it. We are trustworthy, kind, flexible, and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that while you go on a vacation away for the night, or even just have a little "me" time that your pet is safe, and being treated as well as you would treat them if you were home. We have sat for several family members and friends in the past, even as a young teen. Whenever we have little get-togethers with other family and friends we encourage them to bring their pets. They can always roam free through the yard, and if needed a dip in the pool. We can promise that while staying with us, your kiddo will be taken care of as if you never left. I have been taking care of my two dogs since the 5th grade and I just graduated college. I love going for walks and playing fetch. I’m also content chilling on the couch and watching doggies nap. “Heather and her family greeted our dogs with loving, open arms. They have a lovely home with a farm which allowed the dogs to be entertained from their playpen with chickens and ducks. Our dogs are completely happy with no problems while they were visiting Heather and Family. Heather is great at communication and gets back to you right away. We asked for pictures and Heather sent lots of pictures to comfort us knowing our girls were safe and well loved.”

About: I have experience with many types of dogs of all sizes and energy levels! My dog, who is a coonhound mix, gets walked a lot, but is very chill and super friendly with other dogs. I’ve also cared for dogs from an aggressive lab mix, to a 4lb chihuahua. I had a long-term dog sitting job in college where I frequently gave medicine, assembled natural food plates, and exercised multiple dogs with different ages and energy levels. I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to tend to your pup! My dog also requires a lot of attention, so I’m used to dogs who need multiple walks a day and lots of cuddle/play time. My dog gets walked at least 4 miles a day, and has constant access to food and water, as he eats pretty intuitively. While he normally just lounges around the apartment while I’m gone, he is crate trained and can he put up if that is what your pup prefers!
