We discovered before we dropped him off the first morning that our group would be eating dinner about 3 miles from the sitter's home. To pick him up at 4:30, return him to the B&B, and then drive back to dinner venue would have added about 15 - 18 miles of driving in somewhat heavy traffic. I asked if we could pick him up after dinner”

About: When not traveling on business trips, I work from my home office, so your dog will receive 24/7 care! I’ve had dogs my entire life and my first job as a tween was pet sitting for neighbors. My current rescue dogs are Jake; a senior Coonhound mix adopted in Tennessee and Kiba, an adult Husky-Great Pyrenees mix adopted locally and is a recovering escape artist. About: Hello, we are the Shapiros and throughout our whole life we have always loved, and owned, dogs. We have two of my own right now Our family lives on 1/2 an acre. The backyard takes up most of that, including a 6' privacy fence. Our floors are carpeted, though if any pet has an accident we are willing to clean it. We are trustworthy, kind, flexible, and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that while you go on a vacation away for the night, or even just have a little "me" time that your pet is safe, and being treated as well as you would treat them if you were home. We have sat for several family members and friends in the past, even as a young teen. Whenever we have little get-togethers with other family and friends we encourage them to bring their pets. They can always roam free through the yard, and if needed a dip in the pool. We can promise that while staying with us, your kiddo will be taken care of as if you never left. “Daniel was fantastic with our dog, Moki. We were out of the country for 2 weeks, and not only was his long term price the best in the area, but his service was by far the best as well. He sent frequent photos and updates, and his updates were the most detailed and most fun that we have received from any sitter since we started using Rover more than two years ago. Icing on the cake: he offers additional services through Rover. We were able to add on a doggy bath and nail trim so that when we picked Moki up, she was nice and clean. Five-star experience all around, and we'll definitely use Daniel again! Thank you!!!”
