About: I have been passionate about the care of animals ever since I was a child. I’ve owned 4 dogs of my own and would love the opportunity to care for your fur baby. I now have the time and space to offer my home and large, fenced-in yard to dog sitting services for your dog’s needs. Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine. I work full-time from home, so I’m able to provide constant supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. My own dog, Kip, is part of a consistent schedule that includes two to three walks daily, outdoor time in our large fenced-in yard, playtime, and downtime for rest and cuddles. Because I’m home all day, dogs in my care are never left alone for long periods and are able to maintain a routine similar to what they’re used to at home. When caring for dogs in my home, I provide a safe, loving, and structured environment where they’re treated like part of the family. Dogs enjoy two to three daily walks, outdoor time in my large, fully fenced-in yard, and plenty of playtime, enrichment, and affection. My home is calm, dog-friendly, and well-suited for providing consistent care, whether a dog loves active play or prefers a quieter, more relaxed environment. About: I've had the privilege of loving a variety of dogs: a large rottie/shepherd mix, a rat terrier, and currently an american lab puppy. Now that our lab is beginning to calm down, I'm eager to use my energy to help other people care for their pets! We used Rover for many years and I understand how important it is to find loving, last minute care for your beloved pet. I'll be sure to show your pups the best of care while you're away! I live by Barclay mountain, south of Towanda and commute to the Sayre/Athens area for work, which allows me to check in on pets in a wide range. I'd be happy to swing by before and after work as well as on my lunch as long as your location allows! We have a large, unfenced lawn (one day planning to put in a fence for future farm animals) and a small pond on our large, wooded property. Our dog is boundary trained but we keep a long 50 foot lead for visitors! Dogs are welcome to snuggle up on the couch but generally expected to sleep in their crate or bed as bedrooms are off limits to our furry friends. When I come to you to care for your pets, it's important to me that I follow the usual routine that you've established with them!
