Rocky is a pit bull and not too many people are comfortable with them because they do have a bad wrap. I was super excited to know that she was available the week of my trip! He was very happy to see her. Because of our history I was able to enjoy myself knowing he’s in good hands. He was returned to me very happy and playful. She is very kind and thoughtful and even sent updates and photos throughout my trip which was very considerate and soothing. I’m sure I will be reaching out to her again in the near future!”

About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. My children are well versed in animal care and also understand giving space to a new animal, calm energy, etc. I will always setup a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Medications can be distributed, and special diets can be managed.

About: I used to hate cats when I was a kid until I got my first cat, Sombra. She was found on the side of the road as a kitten by a friend and asked if my mother and I could take her in. I was hesitant at first, but decided to give her a chance. 9 years later, and I love her to death, despite her feisty attitude. Most recently,2 years ago, I found 2 more black kittens in an abandoned building, a brother and sister. We took them in with the intention of fostering them until they were old enough to adopt out, but unfortunately, since black cats aren't popular, no one wanted them. I decided to keep them for myself, and now Milan and Marcille are happily living together, with Sombra. (all of my cats are indoor cats)

About: I am in school to become a dog trainer. I’d love to have more experience working with dogs! I’ve been around dogs my whole life! I’d love to help care for your fur babies! I also work at Camp 4 Paws in Kunkletown PA and I’ve had experience working in other kennels prior! I am currently doing online school and working full time, my hours are 1-9pm every mon-fri. I also make sure not to keep any toxic foods in the house as an extra level of precaution and know that you cannot leave them alone because you never know what any pet will get into especially when their routine is disrupted

Just give me instruction, your furbabies name, any allergies, medications, walk/yard time and frequency, feeding schedule, and any other information you see fit and I guarantee your precious furbaby will find a new friend! I am currently employed part time and in school part time this semster over at Johnson College for Veterinary Nursing. My schedule is pretty packed, but I will make accommodations with you to accommodate the needs of your furbabies or ones with scales. I moved in March of last year so boarding at the new place might be a bit busy. I do have enough room to accommodate at least 3 dogs. I don't have a fenced in yard at my apartment however I love to take them on long walks. I have walked dogs of all sizes. Super tiny to 100+lbs. I also have my own pupper Krypto so if boarding at my home please make sure your dog is other dog friendly as well as cats. I have 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 rat and a goldfish. If you are looking to board in my home I suggest a meet & greet to make sure your furbabies and mine are safe for their stay. I care for my clients furbabies like they are my own. I make sure the furbabies are happy and healthy. I will make sure my clients needs and wants are met. If you need me to watch them at your house, your house will be treated like my home. I will make sure your home is like you left it. I love to send updates because I know leaving your furbabies is really nerve wrecking.
About: I have plenty experience with caring for large and small breeds. Have had many dogs in my family. Volunteered at shelters. I also attended dog grooming school. I am an operating room RN by profession for 28 years. Caring for pets is a passion of mine. Available for walks, pet sitting, & vacation stays. I am available days, evenings, & nights. About: I’ve had several dogs since childhood. I got my great pyrenees when I was 15; she lived 13 years and I cared for her until the end. I now have a rescue pup named Fletcher (after Fletcher Cox — Go Birds!) who is my whole life. We take several walks a day and find swimming holes whenever possible. I have experience with many different breeds, including and especially with big breeds that cause hesitation in some people. I currently work part time from home, so I am mostly flexible to work visits into my day! I am an early riser and happy to visit in the mornings or early afternoon. If you’ll be out for a long evening, I can usually make a visit around dinner time or later if need be. I am comfortable taking dogs into a yard to run and play, or taking them on a short walk around town to get some exercise and go to the bathroom. I’m also happy to simply stop by and play / spend time with the pup if you’re worried about them being alone for too long (I get it!).

About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. My children are well versed in animal care and also understand giving space to a new animal, calm energy, etc. I will always setup a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Medications can be distributed, and special diets can be managed.
