About: We’re happy to follow any specific instructions you have for caring for your pets while they’re with us. If your animals are staying in our home, they’ll have access to a spacious yard where dogs can play and run freely. We also have a small dog and a cat who are well-socialized and have done well with other animals during previous stays. However, if any pets need to be separated for comfort or safety, our home is set up to accommodate that easily and without stress. Our main services include boards and drop ins. We also offer house sitting services; however, please note that we are not available for overnight stays at this time. We have a large, open yard where dogs can play and get plenty of exercise, as well as a designated playpen area in our basement for indoor fun and safety. If we’re caring for your pets in your home, we’re happy to follow any specific guidelines or routines you provide to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.

I want to ensure that your pet has a safe and relaxing time during their stay, I will provide a separate room for your animal if needed or requested, with their own bedding and play-area. I have several rooms in the house that are not used, so I keep this space reserved for your pets. I will collect your vet information at booking and take your pet to their vet if necessary; I also am a member of the local Dauphin County Animal Hospital, which I can use if needed for emergencies. About: I’ve grown up with so many animals my whole life. I’ve always had cats and dogs. And even horses, chickens, rabbits, goats, etc. Having a pet is such a necessity in my eyes. It makes a house a home. I’d love to care for your pet however needed. I’m currently attending Lancaster Bible College and I am 5 hours away from home (away from my kitty). I’m available Wednesdays after 12pm and all day Fridays. And some time in between on the rest of the weekdays if quickly needed. I am super cautious of personal rules and care for each animal. I know how to be cautious when entering an area where an animal might try to sneak out. I love to give love to animals and play with them or cuddle them, whatever they might need.

About: I have years of experience. i have had animals all my life and have taken care of all different kinds - turtles, sugar gliders, rabbits, ferrets, lizards, cats and dogs. i have had to take care of senior dogs, and of dogs that needed medications everyday for either seizures or for pain due to being hit by a car. I look out more for the animal than i do for myself it seems. I work from home, i can play or arrange services M-W til 3p, Th and Fri all day long, and the Weekends before 7a and after 3p they can be all mine. My home is not fenced in, however my dog is trained and comes when called and doesn't need a leash. If Dogs are coming to my home; they will require a leash and harness. About: I had only dogs for many many years and absolutely love dogs! I then moved abroad for the past 12 years and due to living in a building which allowed no dogs I decided instead to invest in a kitten.. Here we are, years later and I've become rather cat crazy! “Amanda was just what we were looking for! Our fur baby is a11 year old Golden Retriever with some heath issues. We really wanted to find a caring person with children( she loves kids) we knew this would cheer her up,and we were right! As a matter of fact when we picked her up it was almost like she wanted to stay! She was depressed for the first day we brought her home, which to us it was a good sign that she had a good time! We will be bringing her to Amanda in October. I highly recommend her!”

“From the start I new my dog was in good hands with Laura. She took the time to get to know me and my dog Miles. I like that she limits the number of boarders she takes so it is not overwhelming. I appreciate that she showed me the set up for where the dogs stay. She sent me daily updates on how he slept, ate, etc, and videos of him playing with some of the other dogs. He was clearly having fun! She also sent a video of her interacting with Miles which meant a lot. She clearly enjoys the dogs and I feel very comfortable leaving him again, and look forward to another vacation!”
